Steam Account Stolen
January 15, 2025

I bought a steam account with a key inside (black mith wukong-order SX466AA5C160) after 2 weeks it was taken away, I can't log in anymore, they changed email and password probably via recovery email, the support is useless (probably bots) in 3 weeks and about twenty messages they asked me the same 2 things several times, only wasting time but not solving anything,
They are on the side of the thieving merchant, obviously it is convenient for both of them to resell the same account many times.
Do not buy steam accounts if you also do not want to waste money and time with the support.

Horrible support

My money is gone and i do not have anything recieved, my order is canceled and I have not heard 14 Hours from Kinguin. They told me it takes 24 H for an answer but this is not acceptable they have a huge Fee for their 24/7 Service and that service is absolutly shxt so i am never buying from this website again just use G2A

Purchased Monster Hunter: World from Kinguin with no problem, however for its expansion DLC Monster Hunter: World Iceborne which I bought from the seller USA Software and Games the activation of the key results in an error saying it is not available in my region despite the page specifically saying that the key is not region locked.

Tried contacting the merchant and have not received a reply. Trying to contact costumer support as well.

Bought an assassins creed for 65 euro's…
Bought an assassins creed shadows for 65 euro's for my xbox series x, code was already redeemed when i told them this my case was just ignored and i still got no reaction. They literally sold me a useless key. They make it sound like it was my fault "Based on our understanding, the key in question has worked as intended, so we cannot consider the product defective and, therefore, are unable to issue a refund." THIS IS FALLS THEY KEY WAS USED BY SOMEONE ELSE THEY SOLD ME A USED KEY I GOT NOTHING WHEN I PUT THE CODE XBOX TOLD ME THEY KEY WAS USED BY SOMEONE ELSE They lie about it being used, with an used key, the key was USED before i bought. I have the proof DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT SELLS USED KEYS AND THAN LIE ABOUT IT. "Our investigation, conducted in collaboration with Xbox" THEY KEEP LYING... Xbox doesn't help anyone investigate anything... and it was a key already redeemed so when they say it was redeemed as expected it means by SOMEONE ELSE, THEY SOLD ME A USED CARD... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. Will fight this in court already contacted my credit card conpany for fraud. "Since the key was used after your purchase" NOT TRUE... Do you have some kind of dyscalculia disorder?

SCAM
November 6, 2024

Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant.

After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow.

You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game.
I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bull$#*! responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response.

Should I take legal actions?

Email was hacked and the hacker used it to sign up to kinguin.net and go on a shopping spree, wanna guess why they used this site. Well apparently according to customer service this site is not responsible for anything on this site. If you are a scammer or thief then this site is a haven for you with no consequences. Naturally that means I was not refunded.

I bought an office key for mac and it was claimed by someone, most likely the merchant, before I could use it. Kinguin customer support took around 10 days to finally resolve the claim and they say since the key was claimed after purchase, it must be my fault. They work with shady merchants so be careful buying from them as Kinguin will do nothing to help you. Kinguin might look cheap but if you run into any problems, they will screw you over.

Despite claiming certain merchants have great standing you cannot add a review to them nor view others. I bought to copies for me and a friend and had it bot sniped seconds after purchase so I couldn't refund or anything. Used to trust the site but it seems as they don't care about customers views or experience.

It's very likely you will get used or invalid keys from them, while they just give excuses to deny the problem. Don't risk your hard earned money and choose a reliable seller like fanatical, gmg or simply buy from Steam on sales.

They sold me a key that had already been used, with no refund. First purchase from this site and I was immediately scammed.
Looking at all of the other reviews it seems buying on this site is a real gamble, with the chances of actually getting what you pay for becoming increasingly unlikely recently.
Will never give these people my money again, and wouldn't advise anybody else to trust them either.

Well, well, well... Ordered a game, all pumped up, ready to dive into a new world within 2 hours. Guess what? 20 hours later, I'm still waiting! I started imagining their digital delivery system involves a pigeon wearing VR goggles, getting distracted by digital breadcrumbs. By the time I got the game, I'd already created a whole backstory for this pixelated pigeon and its misadventures! On the bright side, once I finally got to play, the game was worth the wait. But seriously, if you're offering a 2-hour delivery, make sure it doesn't turn into a 20-hour epic saga of its own. Pro tip: Maybe train the pigeon to avoid the Matrix? Game on, but remember, time flies... unless it's a digital pigeon.

I raised a support ticket with Kinguin and they claim that it has been 1 year since activated and they cannot do anything about it. So buyer please beware buying from this site. Happy end... After so much trouble.

I recently encountered an issue while trying to activate a valid key on a certain website, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The website initially stated that the key was valid for the "rest of the world," without specifying any particular countries. Assuming that Switzerland, being outside the EU, fell into the category of "rest of the world," I proceeded with the activation process.

However, upon refreshing the page, I was shocked to discover a message stating that the key could not be activated in Switzerland. This contradictory information left me puzzled and frustrated.

To resolve the issue, I reached out to the website's support team, but to my dismay, I have been entangled in a two-day-long back-and-forth without any concrete solution. What's even more disappointing is that the seller of the key has not bothered to respond to my inquiries at all.

Overall, this experience has been incredibly tiresome and has left me feeling let down. The lack of clear communication and unresponsive support has hindered my progress and wasted valuable time.

Please take note of this company. They refuse to replace your faulty key simply because you opened it. How on earth are you expected to know if the key is invalid if you don't open it? It's absurd! I have escalated the issue to PayPal in the hope of getting a refund.

EDIT: after 10 days, many emails, refusal to refund, finally got money back via paypal.
U have mixed feelings, I hope they improve customer support.

Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars. No one should lose time with ridiculous claims by support.

I bought an ESET Internet Security license from them for two years, after three months the license stopped going through claiming the license already in used. After an inquiry it turns out the license is registered on other computer.
I was able to contact with the owner and he told me they sold me a stolen license.
I opened inquiries about the issue in their customer service. For now, they are not answering.

Purchased a code from the site that was already used/redeemed. Contacted support and was very patient in giving them ludicrous amount of information they requested. After more than 10 days - they still refuse to refund me or replace the purchase with an active key. Beyond fraudulent.

I'd never use Kinguin again!
I'm all for a bargain but their not worth it. 1st, while advertising Office 10 for $34, at check out they add 2 BS fees and the price goes to around $41. But worst, their access code did not work! I tried all 3 ways they suggested before reaching out to their Customer Service. Initial response was reasonably timely, 1/2 a day maybe, but instructions were not clear so I wrote asking clarification questions. After no response I had to hire a tech at $80 to get it to work. More cost than just buying from recognized places for $100, plus delay and aggravation! I'd give a 0 stars if I could!
