I booked tickets and paid everything, shortly after got an email that ticket issuance was delayed due to technical issues. Even after 2 weeks I still did not receive the tickets and do not get an answer from customer service. Cannot recommend booking with them!

Firstly, they've sent me an email asking for a photo of my credit card for authorisation in order to process my ticket. I've declined that and switched to buy from another company only come back to find out they have taken my money.
Emailed them back asking how could they take my money from me before I authorise the payment and they said the ticket has been issued and the authorisation is only needed for security purposes?! (Why the hell do they want a photo of my credit card at the first place if they've issued the ticket and processed the payment?) So now I've ended up with 2 exact same tickets and they are refusing to refund my money! Total scammer. Please avoid by all means!

We booked a multi city travel one month prior to traveling. On the day of traveling they cancelled a flight ticket, with out even any email notification or phone. Due to covid a flight was cancelled. I never received the service. Its been over a year and I have received no refund no voucher nothing. They are holding $2,000 of my money. They were going back and forth with and contacting me up to October but since then I have been unable to talk with anyone via email or by phone. It feels like an absolute scam.
They sold us a ticket with sneaky fine print that said the passenger needed to check out of the airport, go to another terminal, check back in and go through security again with less than 30 minutes. We called the airport and they said the passenger would never make it in time for the flight. Kiss and Fly did not care or offer any meaningful resolution and we lost $1,000 because we had to buy another flight that was legitimate. This is a total scam, DO NOT be tempted by the cheap fares, you will regret it.
No matter what the price of the flight you find, it's simply not worth booking through these guys. They are awful. Bad customer service, unhelpful, rude and not interested in you having a good experience. Please, save yourself the headache and boycott.

Awful, since the booking they have changed my flight date, time, location more than 5 times. Now I cannot get a hold of them either by email or phone. The line drops the call after waiting for 7+ minutes. I do not know the times of my new flight or if it is even real. My original booking is the only thing that appears. DO NOT USE! They keep claiming its the airline canceling all the flights but I am less than a week from departure.
On 24/07/22 my flight was changed and I was unable to make the new times work, so had to cancel being told I was entitled to a full refund. The airline informs me that they processed the refund to kiss & fly on 05/08/22 and I am still fighting with them for my money 07/02/23. I have made over 20 phone calls and emails, and they keep giving me generic answers that they are waiting on the airline. I have sent them email correspondence and refund reference numbers from the airline and they refuse to give my money back, almost $3,000. Do not trust this booking agent.

Our flight was cancelled one day before our flight and we would like a full refund for all charges. It appears that you have used a different card than the one we provided - likely to eliminate customer agency in cancelling our flights. Please return a full refund for our departing and returning flights.

I've ordered a few tickets for a flight using the tickets.lv (another domain of the same company). However, after some time, they cancelled my tickets with a reason like "There is no available seats on the flight". The interesting moment that afterward I managed to buy the actual same tickets on the same flight in the same day. So, it seems like a total scum, they're just saying "Smth goes wrong with the booking" and just never refund the money.
Seems like the refund might be possible only when sending complaint to governing body in Vienna Austria.

I bought tickets from these crooks for United airlines, now my flight got cancelled and asked United to give full refund. They issued refund already to them and sent receipts to them, but these $#*!ing people keep saying they did not get anything. I called customer service 3-4 times a day and one of the guy said if I have refund receipts I can send them and he will give mr refund immediately. Guess what, I sent them receipts which shows how much refund United give them and after calling weeks and weeks there answer is they have to confirm amount of refund with United. I don't understand if receipts shows how much amount refunded why the $#*! they are keep saying we need to see amount. It is so simple, amount I paid to them should refunded to me because flight got cancelled by United, it was not my fault.

Kissandfly has the most inefficient customer service that I have ever experienced. Further, they do not name the insurance company that they use for ticket insurance. All the writing in the site are very vague and they will try their hardest not to refund your ticket. They cancelled a paid confirmed cancellation of my ticket without my consent. I have never seen any agency take decisions for the customer. My opinion is that Kissandfly should be flagged as fraud in all the flight tickets apps android, google and apple approved.
