DO MOT ORDER FROM THIS BOUTIQUE! I have three outstanding orders, dating back as far as December 13,2024. They have close to $200 of my money, I get no answers and no product. I've been told the pre-order from December has not yet been received, yet I can see the item in stock and am able to add to my cart. Emails are only answered once a week at best. No weekend customer support.

Then received a very snarky email basically stating oh well it is what it is. This company has no class their products are subpar have a chemical smell to them. Buy from somewhere else. They are good at taking your money right away. My order was placed on 2/6 I paid for expedited 2 day shipping. It's the 18th still no item. So if you need this for a certain date like I did find another retailer. Also they do not refund they only offer store credit. They do not answer emails until after they know the product is shipped then blame the shipper. I emailed 3 times the final one asking them to cancel. So do not expect to have it in 4-7 days. Just want to clarify that for you. Just buyer beware with this company.

I purchased an item from Kandy Krush on December 25,2024. It is now 2/2/25 and I still have not received my item and when I look up my order on their website it states that the order is"unfulfilled." I sent out an email inquiring about my item and was given the run around about shipping delays due to the holidays. The holidays are long over and I still do not have my item. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and Kandy Krush is holding up the dispute by not communicating with the credit card company. Do not order from Kandy Krush unless you want to donate your money! I did not add photos because it contains my personal information.

At the time of purchase, before you completed your order, we transparently communicated under the Add to Cartbutton that our processing time was 4 to 7 business days due to an increase in order volume and a temporary staffing shortage. This information was visible to all customers, and we also posted a notice about potential delays in responding to emails, with an expected response time of 3 to 5 business days. Additionally, our auto-response email confirmed this delay when you first contacted us.
We created the shipping label for your order on February 10th, and tracking information shows the package was processed by the post office on February 18th, with delivery confirmed on February 20th. This was all within the 4 to 7 business day window we communicated, so there was no issue with the fulfillment of your order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
We also want to address the chargeback that you initiated. The item was delivered to you, and the chargeback has been processed with your bank, meaning you have already received a refund.
