I have been shopping with this wonderful family owned and ran boutique for years. I have always loved the clothes, shoes, and jewelry I bought and recv'd. Customer Service has always been fabulous to work with when needed. I have never had a poor experience!
I placed an order on January 15, and I still have received my order or any type of updates. Very poor customer service. Will never buy again from this company.
Never got order could not get any response till I popped up on her live in comments then she finally messaged me on messenger very hateful. Well not very buisness like for sure, said my package shipped and I need to figure it out so my loss I guess. I would not order from her. I will not again for sure.

I loved everything about my purchase with Krush Kandy Boutique, from the selection, descriptions, sizing advice, payment and delivery.
I purchased 2 sweaters on January 17, and they were just delivered.I sent 2 emails the lables were created and just sitting in the warehouse. She finally answered my first email and gave me this excuse of 4-7 business days until shipping, it had alreayd been that long. When it was shipped I think they sent it the slowest way possible. I wanted to have these before Feb 1 for my daughter and I to wear before Valentines Day was over. She's never answered my second email I sent a few days ago - I got an automated reponse that they are very busy and can take days to respond.
One of the sweaters has a horrible smell, if I can't get it out I guess I'll just throw it away bc is sounds like a return is a nightmare.
Lesson learned never buying from this place again.
They have such a wide range of jewelry and stone options! Nothing like you have seen before!
I ordered 11/20 and was shown in stock. Then they were preordered to ship January 25. Now I'm told "sometime in February. Poor service! Don't order from them. You are sent generic email replies only!

I purchased 4 sweaters. 2 are very poor quality and the third one has a horrible chemical smell. I haven't received the 4th sweater yet and i ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Right now the status says it hasn't shipped yet.
I cant return the other 3 sweaters because they are considered holiday (Valentine's Day) and therefore are non refundable even for store credit. It does not state anywhere in description that its final sale and that its holiday. When I checked out it still didn't say anywhere that the sweaters were holiday and final sale. You have to really look for this in their return policy.
Do not purchase from this company.
