Cosmetics makes my skin off. It dried out. I have never experienced such problem. DOest'n worth to waste your money
I have a love/hate relationship here. I love the matte lipstick I hate that if anything is wrong it's difficult to deal with them. I am also a creature of habit so it's annoying that they change out product randomly an then that's it you never see it again. They sell at ulta but it's limited an of course it's none of the colors I wear. So in the end I feel stuck. The product is high quality, it's nice, but I dunno but ten in your color just in case it gets the ace of you love it
On 8 /7/2020 I order the makeup special for $49 Dollars it cost me $51 Dollars it called K Duo set with the free lipstick I never received the makeup it was a Birthday surprise Gift for my Granddaughter. Kylie Jenner cosmetics took my money I had to clean two apts to earn the money I am low income person I am 60 years old lady. I am still waiting to get my money back or the makeup I keep sending emails even a copy of my receipt the date the confirmation number in the last four digits on the credit card they said it takes 3 to five days still did not get anything yet. All they do is telling me they will look in to it. I wish there was a number so I can call to corporate office. I was very disappointed for my Granddaughter Birthday I did not have else to give her I wanted to give her kylie Jenner make up I will never ever buy anything from her cosmetics again
The customer service for this website is very bad. It takes a week to get in contact with the customer service people and a I never got a email with my tracking number so I thought my package was lost or something and I tried contacting the people there but they never responded.
So i was super excited when i finally bought one of kylies liquid lipsticks. I bought Leo and the color looked so beautiful online and when i took it out of the packaging. It took multiple layers to not streak, and i still have streaking problems when i had the layers on. About an hour later, the lipstick starting clumping and specking off. FYI, when i wear lipstick, i sip out of straws and am very careful, but with today's makeup technology that should not be necessary. Nonetheless i did it with kylies matte liquid lip and it still did that. When i tried to take it off, it took four makeup wipes and 10 minutes, which still didn't take it all off and it took skin off my lips leaving them raw. I'm so disappointed. I've been a fan for so long and quite frankly, never $#*!ing again and i buying her products.
My first time purchasing Kylie Cosmetics and oh my, how disappointing the whole experience was. It took over a month to receive it and when it finally came, one of the products was half full. I contacted customer services and their response was that is how its suppose to be... hmm, okay so i just spent $25 on this crap? What a bunch of scammers. They should be ashamed charging that price point and giving their consumers that sort of quality.
Color not the same as picture. Looks like an orange brown on me. On the picture the color is darker and and is more of a pink brown which is what I wanted
I explained to customer service this shade appears pinky-lavender in color. Customer service agent Karinna tell me it's because of my dark pigmented lips. Extremely rude and racially prejudice. Will never shop here again.
Their website literally didn't even ask me for my credit card or anything and it went right though without confirmation. I thought oh well I guess I like this lip stick but NOT enough to waste $30 on. Trying to send it back to get a color that I actually would work to order and they won't do a thing. Not opened nothing. I saw the color and didn't even bother. Wow. You must really care about your clients to not do right by people after your website literally didn't even confirm my order. Pathetic.
They even told me to send a photo with specific instructions so I did. The emailed me back to say you're stuck with it. Kardashian garbage that they love their fans. Not enough to even do right by them.
The product I received is NOT the color shown above; it is orange-ish! And they don't allow refunds OR an exchange for a different color?! I wanted to love this product and recommend it to all my girlfriends, but no way now! I will also leave this negative review on the Better Business Bureau website and other websites to inform as many people as possible about my negative experience, and to dissuade them from doing business with this company.
Purchased two of bundle at the holidays and wanted to return one since I had not wanted two and the additional purchase was in error however Kylie Cosmetics doesn't have a return policy AT ALL for anyone I went all the way to the California consumer mediations board nope they stood behind Kylie cosmetics and I'm stuck with a bundle of crap because my daughter now says that the makeup is poor quality
Worst customer service service ever. I order some products for a Christmas gift. I should have received it during the first week of December. I didn't get anything and probably USPS lost my package. I wrote right away to their customer service, and they told me to wait. I told me I Had a deadline for December 20th and I needed to get it before that. They waited until December 16th and told me they will finally send another package since I didn't get the first one and that I should wait 7 to 10 business days... They don't listen to you and don't care at all about their customers.
Bought (2) skin care packs and only received one. Customer Care doesn't care but they will when I have my credit card reverse the transaction. No wonder she is so rich, she rips everyone blind.
Never, ever again.
If I had to rank different products of Kylie cosmetics on the first step will be the Lip Kit, eyeshadow palette second and face palette thirs and Kyliner fourth it is in terms of my personal favourites.
That girl knows how to make some pretty spectacular products)
My order didnt reached, I paid in advance. Customer care is not even bothered. Never order online.
