It was easy to shop on your website. Loved all the choices you have. I thought I was supposed to get a $30 coupon for my first visit, however I didn't receive it or find a place to even enter a coupon code.
I selected a small table lamp which I really liked the look of. I measured it, and I thought it would work perfectly on my table. When I received the lamp, it seemed very small, and it wasn't actually as tall as the description, so I had to return it.
So far its been an easy experience. I like the deals this site has.

UPDATE: Within 2 hours of posting my review below I received a phone call from Lamps Plus customer service offering to replace my lamps. In the end they ended up completely refunding the purchase to my landscaper who will be writing me a check. Appreciate not having to send back the product and finding replacement products in their catalog. If this had happened immediately upon me requesting warranty service this would have been a five-star review.
My landscaper purchased 3 low voltage path lights Sept 2021. Installed them November 2021 and all three have already failed. These lights are supposed to have 1000's of hours on them.
They say the product is passed its one-year warranty. ALL THREE FAILED! They don't even sell them anymore. Avoid this company at all cost!

I called and a representative informed that replacement of the thin glass shades are not available I would like my account to be credited There was only one return shipping label issued, the lamps came in two shipping cartons Please inform what steps needed at this point

My experience with Lamps Plus has always been more than satisfactory. However, this last parcel delivered by FedEx was partly smashed and torn. The fixture inside does not appear to be damaged, but I won't know until I install it.

My lamp is terrific; however, the wrong shade was sent. I called customer service, and they told me they'd ship the correct shade (without my needing to return what I'd already received). It hasn't arrived yet, but I'm assuming all will be resolved in the end.

Spent a $1000 for two outdoor lamp fixtures for our church. Sales took the order, but they did not know (for which I find incredulous) that there was only one of the lamps in stock. This was ordered in March, got the notice the other will be sent end of April. Our remodel project in on hold till then. They offered to take the other back, but by the time it got there and the church received credit it would be nearly three weeks, might as well wait.
IF their logistics were better, sales could have looked and said one is not in stock "do you want to wait or look at something else?" This is an easy fix for most companies, but after reading other reviews, I see that Lamps Plus doesn't know what the fix is.
They got us this time, but there won't be a second. If you choose this company, make sure you ask enough questions about your 'full' order.

Only complaint was that the two shades were nested together as they were shipped and it left a crease on one of them. I believe it may go away, but it could have easily been avoided if there was some foam or padding between the shades. Otherwise, very well packaged with lots air bags.

I've made purchases from LampsPlus in the past, and have always been satisfied. The only reason this purchase got 4 stars instead of 5 was because one lamp shade was slightly bent upon arrival. It looks fine when not lit, but the small imperfections can be seen when the lamp is on.

After speaking with the sales rep and customer service, I returned faulty outdoor lights using the provided FEDEX return label and bought replacements. I emailed about my refund again and cannot get a response. Still no refund either. They claim 5-7 business days. This is going on since May. Lousy customer support.

Return processing takes about 7 to 10 business days from when the package is delivered to our warehouse, and once that is complete, it takes about 5 to 7 business days for the refund to post, depending on the bank or credit card company.
However, we have tried to reach you by phone as there is confusion regarding the items returned and from which order, as there were two orders and returns both for outdoor lights. The labels used do not match the order ID provided on the email and review, so that is why we have called to try to clear this up. I'm not into ultra modern or trendy fixtures; rather traditional in style but needed the bronze finish. We have high ceilings and I'm hoping this fixture will be all I hoped it to be. I bought two matching way lamps for my living room end tables called Onyx Night-light Table lamps items#*******. I fell in love with the beautiful design of lamps after I first laid eyes on them & to have built-in night light was a plus. Well sad to say, I had issues with using 3 way bulbs settings in lamps from the beginning & 7 months ago the 3 way setting does NOT work any more at all. Any other words, no more night light. That sucks! I have lost all confidence in ordering items from LampsPlus. You know their prices are not cheap!

I have two very old Japanese figurine lamps. My parents got them in 1949 and they were passed to me My pagoda shades are in bad shape from years of packing/moving—general wear and tear over 53 years. I was glad I could find so many styles to choose from here!
But when I received the shades one was damaged I contacted on a chat line and had an immediate response. A new shade was sent. Customer service is always a big deal with me.
First choice to come up on internet search. Great site!

I bought four outdoor lamps about $1000 and never received them. They refused to replace the lamps, and I have to eat up the cost myself. It is a company without any dignity and no honesty. There are lots of much better lamp stores out there. DO NOT buy anything from LampsPlus.

Shopping was easy. I don't even know why web sites are still asking this question. Shopping is always easy. Instead they should be asking if the product purchases met my needs/expectations - dumb question. ANYWAY Product quality is just OK. Crystals are attached with a thin wire which was lose on every crystal and because of that all crystals looked saggy, hanging on one side. I had to twist each wire to make them tight - and that finally gave it an appearance like the one on the web photo.

Bought 2 bedside lamps. Defective switch on one and don't expect the 2nd to last long. Switch quality in inferior.
They want you to return the defective lamp before they send a replacement, which is inconvenient. We did not keep the box. Who would have thought they were selling merchandise of that quality.
Talked to a gentleman named Mario, very nice & competent and he sold us another lamp and explained that credit would be issued when the defective item is returned.
Not thrilled, but I can live with the return process, what I'm dissatisfied with, is the lack of oversight in their purchasing group. I understand cheap imports but a twist of the lamp switch knob would have made it clear that this is not a safe item to introduce to the consumer market.

Lamps plus has patiently sent me a number of items as we figure out fixtures in a new-to-us, small house were down-sizing to. They've been great about a couple of needed returns, and the wide selection allows the decorating imagination to expand!
Great selection, prices are reasonable, and there are some bargains if you shop carefully!
I needed a wall hung, double swing-arm lamp to serve above a queen bed: Most understandably have wide profiles but in a small bedroom the bed needs to sit partly below a window, so this lamp needed a narrow base. It looks great!
