I'm very disappointed with the customer service. Despite my calling 3 times to confirm about delivering my order, it was never delivered. I will not place any order from lands end again.
Fashion plays a big role in my life. I always pay great attention to trends, fabrics, items, fit and other important details. I must say I am quite a bit of a fashion geek:)
I spend most of my money in fashionable items, pieces of clothing, shoes and accessories.
What I found great about this website is the wide range of choice, models and different types of approaches to cover all my personal and social needs. I can trust the fabrics, the way clothes are made, how they fell and fit me and, last but not least, the excellent customer service. As if it wasnt enough, pre-orders allow me to take a bite to the new trends to anticipate and surprise all my friends and acquaintances at social gatherings.
About the wide range of choice, I can really chose among classic items such as skirts and pants, but also little precious and fancy things like knitwear. Orders are quickly processed and it does not take long to receive them. And mostly, return service is unbeatable. Why go out shopping when you can do it from home?
What really captures me about the entire concept behind Stylewe is its social approach to fashion, something that is finally not controlled by a few people but rather something that evolves with people, follow their tastes and expectations rather than making them follow it no matter what.
I strongly recommend this site to everyone has an interest in fashion in each one of its dimensions and for those looking for the ultimate trends and developments.
One last thing: I hope this website will stay with me for a long, long time.
Terrible company. The first time I purchased my items in store on their computer my credit card information was stolen, despite them telling me they delete all our info when we leave. A employee used my credit card info to go to on a local shopping spree. Thankfully, my bank was able to get my money back pretty quickly. This year I decided to protect myself and order my items from my home computer and I thought my experience would be better. I could not have been more wrong. Its been almost a month now with no clothes whatsoever and school has already started. I've contacted customer service and they could not careless. They told me that it will take another month for me to get my items! They only thing they could offer me is faster shipping! I asked for at least a discount or money off my order for the delay and she said they could not. This a terrible business that has no regard for its customers. They seem to take advantage of the fact that we have to go through them each year for our school uniforms.
Also, the clothes are very low quality and do not last the entire year. The 'leather' braided belt I ordered last year fell apart within a few weeks. The knit sweaters are practically see through and snag. Bad products, bad business.
I will never purchase from Land's end again. Their 'FREE SHIPPING' probably means to wait for farmers to harvest cottons from the field then decide to make the clothes I ordered! I understand 'delays can occur' but from placing an order to shipping takes 3 1/2 weeks? I ordered items from different stores last weekend and I already received those items, another thing that is irritating is that they don't even send an update email about the status of the order, no apologies for the delay or whatsoever! Hey Land's End- YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER WHO LIKES TO SHOP A LOT!
First & Last time ever doing business with Lands End. Their quality of product is complete garbage and their customer service is even worse. Never again. Beware!
Ordered a stocking to match the rest of the family for new granddaughter... supposedly ordered Persimmon thread but it looks mango! No help from customer service :((
Great user-friendly website with lots of quality clothes to choose from. You can even get a company logo or monogram printed when you order from them.
I ordered 4 pair if boot cut Jean's with a 32inch inseam. Size 4 black and blue colors. Size 6 black and blue colors. My big complaint is not 1 out of 4 pair of Jean's measured a 32inch inseam. Returned all 4 pair of Jean's. Won' t be ordering again.

I receive a catalogue in the mail. I go on line to order a product that very same day. Not available. No back orders permitted. It happens all the time.
I've been a customer since the early 80s! These folks are outstanding - definitely one of the best spots for Internet shopping for apparel and home! Superb quality, phenomenal customer service, easy returns, and my favorite thing, lots of 100% COTTON CLOTHES!
I purchased a beautiful bathing suit with soft cup bra, and when it arrived, the cups were a size D. When I called to request a B cup, which I have always ordered in past years, I was told they only sell C and D cups. However, this years catalogs only seem to sell D cups. What designer or buyer in their right mind would expect a woman with an A or B cup to buy a suit with a D cup? Do they not realize how absurd we look with giant cups that go concave with nothing to fill them up? I went to a local alterations shop to see if they could replace the soft cup bra with an appropriate sized bra, and they said no. I ended up cutting out a bra from another bathing suit and did a patch job so I can at least wear my $65 top. It ain't pretty, but no one will see the inside. I have bought my suits from Lands End for over 30 years, and obviously, this will be my last purchase... unless someone grows a brain and figures out the vast difference between an A, B, C, or D cup. This has always been a company that did not treat women's clothes as "one size fits all" but obviously they do now.
I ordered a puff jacket. It was too large so I started a return and they charged me $8!
I will never use this company again.
Sizing has become a problem. I have old Lands End tankini tops that still fit size 14 and 16. Now a 14 won't even make it over shoulders. Can never order from here again.
Regular, long time customer
Tried to order several hundred dollars of monogrammed tote bags
Completed the lengthy order and asked for delivery later this month in a one week window
Rep and 2 supervisors said they couldn't "hold" an order.
Doesn't make sense-I didn't request delivery next year
Suggested they " hold" the order-no response
Subsequent research shows that Lands End has lots of consumer delivery problems
I will try a store
Requested removal from all Lands End mailing lists-what's likelihood of that happening?
Ive been purchasing Lands End swim wear for more than 20 years and was accustomed to high quality materials and workmanship that usually resulted in a swimsuit lasting several years. I began using a new swim suit from LE in mid-Jan 2016, but was dismayed when in late Feb the fabric across the backside began disintegrating. I ordered a replacement on March 1, only to have the same thing happen again less than four weeks later. This time in addition to the backside, both side seams began losing their integrity. When I complained to Lands End customer service I received the following: Thank you for writing to Lands' End. The Industry standards for swim items are for three times a week pool use for three months. That's even with rinsing after each use as the chlorine will break down the Spandex while using and it's almost impossible to get it completely removed with rinsing. So basically, LE is selling swim wear that cannot be used for swimming. Using their industry standard formula, a suit can now be expected to last just 36 uses (3 times per week for 12 weeks, roughly one summer). Yet neither of the two suits Ive used this year lasted this long, and the second one began to disintegrate after just 15 uses, less than half the so-called industry standard. Lands End was once known for its high quality clothing and swimwear that could be counted on for several years of use, not just weeks. Those days appear to be long gone.
I've noticed the quality of the men's products has gone down, specifically their cordoroy and other 'lower end' pants. They often have clearance sales, which have excellent discounts, but the quality of the products on them seems to be really poor. Maybe that's why they are placed in the clearance section. Here are two pluses regarding the clothes. The men's sweaters are reasonably priced and well made. The pants (other than clearance or jeans can be ordered with lengths tailored to within 1/4", not the usual inch, so you can get a more accurate length. Another good thing about their pants is that they have long length options. Since I'm 6'3", I sometimes have trouble finding pants long enough. No problem here. I've never had trouble with returns--just cut out the return label and paste it on the package. Luckily I've never spoken to customer service. I can't vouch for how good or bad it is. Additionally, the standard shipping takes about 7 to 10 days, so if you need something in a hurry, you'll have to pay a premium for the shipping, which can be expensive: in other words, you should plan ahead.
"Not only did the jeans I purchased not fit (the "rise" was too short), but when I realized it would cost me almost 25% of the purchase price to return a pair of jeans I had purchased from Lands' End, I thought I'd find a storefront and return them there instead. To my dismay, there isn't a Lands' End near our northern Virginia home! Online I found two locations near where we would be spending the holidays - and again - image my dismay when I got there to find BOTH the Sarasota and Tampa locations are "permanently closed!"
ASK me if I'll EVER buy from Lands' End again!
HAH!"
We wear a lot of Lands End clothing. But I have two complaints. Ladies supima tees get small holes in cloth and mens super tees get holes around cuff. Need to address these problems
I ordered a petite dress which was way too big so I decided to return. It cost $15.95 in shipping charges both ways. That is way too much for an item that I won't keep. I will not order again.
Lands End NOW charges for return shipping. They sent me the wrong size pants so I returned them, two months later I called back to find out what happened because I never heard anything from them. They stated they have all returns at FedEx and once they reach a certain amount FedEx will then send all returns to Lands End. First of all who ever heard of this nonsense?!?!? Then, three months later I called them back and spoke to a rude lady and she advised me they no longer have those pants available so they can only do a refund less $7.00 for the return shipping that they sent me and know where did it say we would pay for that.
So the nuts to all this is when you hear Lands End goes out of business because of Covid-19 that's BS. I call it "SELF DESTRUCTION"! I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!
Answer: They charged me shipping on my order. (I no longer patronize them because they charge for shipping returns, even if the product is deficient.)
Answer: Beware of Lands End's current "free" shipping scam. We get emails almost daily from Lands End offering discounts on certain items or even any item they carry and the have also been offering "free" shipping. Of course almost every online shopping site is offering free shipping right now. The difference between all other sites/sellers free shipping is that they will either give it to UPS, FedEX, or the USPS and those people make the actual delivery to your door in a few days. I'm assuming it is an effort to save money Lands End "free" ships packages via UPS BUT only to your closest major postal facility and drops all the "free" shipments there. It is then up to the USPS to sort everything and deliver the package to your home. This can result in a delay of from several days to a week or more. Our latest purchase was dropped at the sorting facility on 12/5. From there it needed to be sorted and delivered to the mail facility that handles home mail deliveries. Bottom line is that we didn't get the delivery until 12/9. That is after leaving the Lands End warehouse on! 2/2. I get shipments from LL Bean or Amazon purchases delivered in 2-3 days. The response we got after questioning Lands End was that if we want deliveries in 2-3 days we would have to pay for shipping. Considering the delivery times I get from other sellers offering free shipping, I think Lands End is misleading customer's expectations of "free" shipping. Come on Lands End, I want that big brown truck to bring my packages to my front door and want it to be REALLY free or you have lost a long time customer.
Answer: I don;t know about knit pants but I have had the Starfish for a couple of years now and they don't become baggy--just a little but they bounce right back after washing. I was very happy with mine, went to get a new pair and ended up with a pair I cannot wear. Dismayed to find that returns are too complicated (expensive, too) so will be getting out the sewing machine to make them fit (they are huge in the thigh). I think the problem lies with having ordered Tall. The old pants are just Regular. Be careful about sizing!
Answer: Several years ago i ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses from LE. I had to send two back for a different size. The replacement dresses were a slightly different shade of the color. Then had to send all 5 dtesses back to get all same color. What a mess!
