You may ask yourself should I purchase a refurbished laptop from these guys, well you can definitely purchase a bargain, and they deliver the goods swiftly with the added protection of insurance. Please ensure the laptop meets your requirements when you order as it can become troublesome if you have to return for exchange, however Kelly Wilsons customer service went above and beyond to meet my needs. People are quick to write bad reviews but not so quick to offer positive ones. Thank you lap top. Com for meeting my needs.

They send me a laptop that won't even turn on. They don't respond to my urgent request for refund and are not afraid of customers complaining to Consumers Affairs. They don't provide you with a phone number and are basically impossible to reach.

I was looking for a modestly priced laptop to be used for a 3d modelling program. I'm by no means a computer expert so I had a number of questions and Kelly was extremely helpful. We decided on a computer and it had a few issues prior to being sent and Kelly immediately offered a full refund or a suitable replacement. We found a great replacement and organised for it to be sent the same day.
Providing I don't have too many dramas with the computer in the future, I'd definitely recommend considering these guys if you don't want to spend huge amounts of cash on a brand new laptop.

My Toshiba recently had a melt down and thought I would try and find a new laptop without Windows 10. Found Laptop.com.au and the HP8540P. I am so impressed with the HP. Came loaded with Windows 7 professional and I have now loaded up Microsoft Office, printer, email, etc, all without any problems. I love the keyboard - I spend most of my day typing and this is a very easy keyboard to use especially the numeric pad. The service I received from Laptop.com.au was fantastic. Ordered and received within a week via courier. I prefer a mouse to the touch pad and this works great. So far no dramas, I am not a computer geek but a 65 year old "computer" aware user. I am so impressed on how easy the HP is to use. It looks great and is a lot more sturdy than the newer models which are so thin. Would certainly recommend that you have a look at Laptop.com.au website before you purchase your next laptop. They have a good range of products and I have had no problems at all dealing with them.

I have appreciated the prompt responses to my emails from Kelly. She arranged for replacement software under warranty and ensured I wasn't out of pocket for the postage. At all times she was courteous and helpful even offering helpful suggestions re getting the best performance from my new laptop. It's the first time I've bought a laptop online and even though there was a slight hick up (which can happen anywhere) Kelly's after sales service was excellent and the problem was resolved.

I purchased an ex-demo laptop from these guys. Unfortunately the battery was not working 100%, but when I emailed my issue back to them I got a response within 48 hours and a new one was dispatched within 36 hours. I needed to replace the battery itself and they sent me a YouTube video to show me exactly how.
I would definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a Toshiba Tecra laptop from this website, because my current laptop was extremely slow at the time. I spoke to them about my laptop that I've ordered and they told me all about the laptop, when it will be delivered and they also helped me with any problems I had on the way. At the time they said that the shipping has been delayed for the next week, but they sent a 32 GB Flash Drive for my patience.

My current laptop was in service, and it came back just before the laptop that I bought was about to be sent. I set everything up on my current laptop, and it worked just fine. I then emailed them if it was possible to get a refund. They replied within 24 hours saying that they refunded the full purchase. I am greatly appreciative of them.

I definitely recommend this website to anyone who is looking for a great quality refurbished laptop.

I read a lot of the reviews here before purchasing. I am unsure why there were some negative reviews.
I dealt with Don and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was kind to explain in detail a laptop that suit my business needs and helped with other research.
The laptop delivery itself was prompt and couldn't be happier with the quality of service rendered.
I highly recommend

What do yo say about a company who does not reply to emails two and a half days after being sent. Good before service communication however to date have received no after sale correspondence. Laptop (MacBook Pro) described as "... excellent condition. Im sure you will be pleased with it. No dents and no noticeable scratches" however I received laptop with a dent on right side of screen. Purchased extra warranty however this appears to be worthless given to date the comp and refused to acknowledge my emails (x3)... anyway if you are reading this review you have been warned and I will continue to update re progress or lack of. It appears it's off to the office of consumer affairs (vic) I go to lodge a formal complaint given the lack of correspondence to my emails

Bought a charger from them and was dispatched in the day. However when I went to return it - I had to ask them 3 times over a month for a refund. When it was eventually processed, they charged me $10 for putting it back on the shelf...'restocking fee'.

Thank you to Staff they have excellent service. I had a problem with a battery. Once informed the staff swung into action. They contacted me and let me know what they were doing. They sent me a another battery. Which works a treat. Thank you again. I will be telling my friends.

They sent the wrong machine (which was also damaged and not working). They only responded after consistant threats of legal action via no less than three channels of communication. They (Don) was very rude and entirely unhelpful and tried repeatedly to make it out to be my fault. I sent it back for a refund and eventually got it but only after a months worth of BS. Avoid this place like the plague. I have complained to ACCC... I suggest you do the same.

Yes, the laptop my son received was not the unit we ordered and it did indeed arrive damaged. I was very anxious about bring "burned" yet again by an online trader - especially after reading some of these reviews and I may have sent them some alarmist emails. It took a few days for Don to get back to me about a resolution but eventually we sorted out our differences and the laptop has been returned to them (reply paid) and I expect a full refund in the coming month.
It was unfortunate our machine had issues but once Don was on the case, all the problems were resolved. Yes, he can be a little abrupt but he is no doubt a busy man and I thank him for his patients and understanding in helping me resolve this issue. At this stage I can continue to recommend Laptops.com.au - but I think patients on the part of the buyer is key here. Flying off the handle will not solve the problem. - thanks again Don...

Had to email about a faulty disk drive, on a laptop i use for business. I received an email back that morning offering a replacement disk drive to be posted to me because I need the laptop for work, along with a video tutorial and quick instructions.
Wonderful, quick friendly service! Very happy to deal with them and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I don't normally expect much from online stores, especially when I was buying the cheapest laptop I could find. Unfortunately when it arrived the screen was cracked (the dents in the box seemed to indicate it didn't have the gentlest of trips!). How suprised was I by the customer support I received from Laptop.com.au. All I had to do was email them and they would respond straight away, even over the weekend. They arranged to have it replaced, helped me find a similar product, and sent me the new one even before the broken one had been sent back. I don't normally take the time to do online reviews, but this was the best experience I have had from any company. And the laptop they sent works well and has acheived what I had hoped. Thanks for your help - I will be back!

They only tale credit card payments, which is a bit of a concern at first. And there was a Little bit of communication hiccups at the beginning, but it all worked out brilliantly. My daughter recieved a perfectly working out of the box mac book and I couldnt be happier with the commmunication that followed. I will be getting my next lap top through these guys too.

Very helpful, great service, quick cheap delivery, great price

There was a minor issue (software i believe) with the touchpad on a laptop i recently bought. Kelly has been very helpful and patient with me in answering my questions and resolving the issue.

Just bought 2 x Lenovos - one 32g gamer and an 8g worker
All specs met as advertised
Machines v clean and loaded up with windows 10 and working perfectly
Don Ho was responsive by email and provided v good price including express post.
All good though I was v nervous at first after reading some of the negative reviews. Only had the two laptops for a week but so far not a problem and would recommend them and will use them again.
PS I live remotely and rely on air express and the packaging to protect both laptops was first class

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad Y700-171ISK. It came wit a broken key and its battery drains in just one hour. I tried to contact them by e-mail but they won't reply me.
I don't know what should I do now. I also purchased additional 1 year warranty. Now All my money is a waste.

I bought an HP laptop worth 659$ I asked Kelly if the laptop is not defective, she replied that it's all working. But when I got the laptop, when I turn the power button on, the screen remains dead and the capslock LED light keeps on blinking. I sent an email 3 times to them but they're not responding anymore. Goodbye to 659$

Was recommended to this place by a friend. Extremely Happy with service and product. Dealt with Jesse via e-mail. I did have an issue with the battery after originally getting Thinkpad W530 but issue was resolved shortly after with a new battery sent to me.

I must admit after reading the reviews on this page i was a little nervous after buying a Macbook pro from this company especially when i didn't even get a conformation email after i bought it. That was on a Friday, on the Monday i received an email my computer was on it's way by Wednesday It was delivered and a great laptop no problems working really well

I paid for a laptop from the site 3 days ago now and was asked to complete the verification i did so and my order was changed to disptached i was then told i would get a tacking number that same day it i have sent 2 emails and both have not got replys and i still do not have a tracking number
