Very pleased with the product. When compared to the replacement battery from HP the specifications were exactly the same at a nice discount. I could have gone less expensive on line but looking closely the specs were also a lot less. Also appreciated the instructions on initial charge and conditioning, very helpful. Everything is working great. Pay a little more, but well worth it.

I recently had an old HP laptop updated but the battery was long expired. HP said replacements probably not available and they were having great sales on new laptops... There were detailed instructions with the battery on how to break it in for peak performance. A pleasant change from some website's. I definitely recommend getting your batteries from them.
I received and installed this replacement battery without any issues. However after following the enclosed instructions and a few charging/recharging cycles for the past few days, I am surprised the replacement doesn't seems too good. (After fully charging the battery 100% last night and powering off the laptop the battery was at 56% the next morning) I will continue to refresh for a few more times too see how it lasts.

I purchased a laptop battery from them back in early November. Literally emailed them the day after I got it (dated Nov 15th) to say I don't need it and would like to return it. I waited a week then called and got a voicemail (really?). Left a voicemail. No response on either accounts. I have several laptops at various stages of life and when they need a battery in the future, I won't be going to this company again.
