Just do your own research. Hundreds of people got ripped off, including me. Took me three weeks to get any shipping information at all. Tried calling, the number was disconnected. Tried customer service Chat on their website and got passed to four different people before I got the information. They gave me a weird shipping number that only worked on one website: a Chinese shipping company. That is when I got my last huge red flag. On the website it displays "New York" as the company hq which is a total lie.
Once the jacket arrived, it was the right size but the measurement they had on the website was incorrect. So, I tried to return it. Guess what? Their return policy is that you have less than two weeks to return the item ONCE it's shipped. However, since this scam is based out of China, there is NO WAY to return anything on time unless you reside in Beijing. Save your money and steer clear.
Their customer service is slow and ridiculous. The company that they use to send the package lost my order and they offer me some discount for next time. Like "not only that you lost $70 but we going to make you keep ordering with us". They don't let you write a review on their own website, which make their high rating just UNTRUE.
Better hope whatever you order fits. I've been trying to get credit for a return I sent back over two months ago. I've inquired multiple times and they had the audacity to tell me to call my bank. Ever time I ask for time line or details I get a lame answer. Ridiculous return process considering the average cost of the items.
This company is a tragedy (for the Buyer). There is no refund possibility and that's how they're making their money. Quality = mediocre. Service = non-existent. Oh... and... just in case you decide to pay for something with them and charge it to Capital One's Master Card... forget disputing. Capital One just "passes the buck" saying Master Card won't approve the refund. Lattelier contributes to this scam by having their products delivered via a Fulfillment Center. When you call the Fulfillment Center, they say [about Lattelier] "We hear that all the time about them. We only ship for them, so we don't have anything to do with their return policy." So... if you buy from this company, you do so at your own risk. If the product doesn't meet your needs... well... you're out of luck. I will never buy from this company again... and... I am closing my Capital One MasterCard account. It is time that Consumers stand up for their rights!
If I could've given them negative stars, I would have. I bought a pair of boots 2 months ago and still have not received them. I've gone to the tracking site and it says in transit, two months later!? Maybe they're swimming over!
I never receive my packages, and I asked my apartment. My apartment has a delivery room and people who manage all the packages, I already said in the previous email.
They have a history of all tracking numbers to this apartment, and this does not include my tracking number. Also local post offices such as ups and usps do not have my package either.
But they still ask me to contact the delivery provider while I even don't know who is the provider. They just don't want to solve the problem. I paid $100 for nothing but writing all the emails and calling many times.
Do not buy from them. They are scams and their customer service is awful. I ordered beginning of March and now it's nearly the end of the month and of the three items I bought, two I never received. One item I received correctly and is poor quality and not worth the price. I received a skirt that was in the wrong size, and the third item, a blouse, has never showed up. They said that it was out of stock and apparently they think it's normal to keep their customers waiting for weeks. That's not normal and not okay.
Ordered shoes in November for my daughter. It is January and the shoes still have yet to arrive. Don't think they ever wills. No costumer number is valid or works. On-line chat help doesn't work. You send an email to company and wait a day for a response if you're lucky. Items get shipped from China. Help is close to non-existent with this company. Tried to cancel order. According to company, I have to wait for the order to come and pay to return the item or refuse the package from the carrier. The company will only refund the item once they get the item back and they deem the item is in good condition. This company is a joke. Just stay away. It has been nothing but trouble since I ordered from them.
Bought slippers in January and they are HORRIBLE! I contacted them immediately asking for a return and talked to "Lexi," she said I need to contact the "after-sales service." I follow all instructions, ask for a return label, and get no reply. I check in regularly via email asking for the return label. Continued to get ignored. 11 months later I ask if they are ever going to answer me and they tell me I am too far past the 14 day return date! I have been asking every month for 11 months! Customer service phone number doesn't work, chat doesn't work, emails NEVER returned.
As others have said it is impossible to reach them. No way to return or exchange. No packing slip in package and no phone number. I have an email receipt which clearly states the size I ordered (medium). I received an XL and seem to be stuck with it. Worst part - I love the jacket!
I am having my bank dispute the charge. I am also contacting the BBB.
I ordered a tip which cost almost $200, and I received wrong size and the material is not worth $10. No return address. This store is clearly scams and I wished I read the story of people before purchasing the item.
Do not count on a refund, even if they send you a wrong item. I bought a pair of shoes for $99, tried to exchange for a smaller size, but they kept sending the same size. I ended up receiving the same size for a third time. No refund for shipping back, and the refund for the value of shoes shows $10 after all the deductions that I don't understand. Lattelier must be making money on first-time customers. After such experience, nobody will order again. The company Aponic Inc is listed a a suspicious entity. And there is a good reason for that.
Ordered shoes, they didn't fit right.Emailed to request return label on July 6th, got response asking whats wrong with item on July 10th. Explained that shoes don't fit right and asked for return label. Today is July 24th, no response.
Would not recommend this wed site to anyone.
This company will bill your credit card and not ship merchandise. The address on thier website is a fedex station and they said Lattimer ships empty boxes from the using Great Neck New York business address on thier website. (.This addresd is a FedEx station address not a place of business)
Not the best quality. Shipping takes forever. Buyer Beware! I do not recommend purchasing from here. They are a company from China, similar to SILK MAISON & NAP LOUNGEWEAR. Sure they seem to have an active and large following on IG but do not be fooled by them. Also they do not pay their influencers, but gift them in exchange for "free 1-3 items clothes" for 1-3 posts. Please do not be fooled by these companies! Read the comments!
I would not trust this company. I placed an order over a month ago. Tracking it has gone stale. No reply to emails sent. Challenging on my credit card.
I've had several issues w/this vendor. Product arrived almost 2 months after date of purchase. Cheap looking/materials. Not solid. Purchased a size 9; which is my size every where. The shoe was not only a whole size small and but narrow! Not even medium/regular width. All of my heal was sticking out of the shoe. Could not get my toes past the chain. The site does not state this so that customers can take this into account when ordering. There are no Customer Product Reviews on the site. Attempting to return. I have to pay for the cost of shipping (again, does not state this in their return policy) which is as much as what I paid for the shoes. They will not accept the return unless I provide a Tracking #, and it can take up to 2 weeks for me to receive confirmation of my return. (It needs to be inspected before they issue a refund.) Then another 2 weeks BEFORE I get my money back. You have been warned. Never again.
Buyer beware as this is scam site that has horrible actual and verified consumer reviews. They also have no return or refund policy. Most of the reviews that are associated with this company on sitejabber were generated by the company itself. The product quality is horrendous if you actually ever receive your purchase. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off consumers
I never received any kind of confirmation email and when asked for a tracking number they sent one from a legit shipping company which was invalid so no doubt fake (and then followed up with another number on a sketchy site that provided zero info).
Item was ordered almost a month ago and no sign of it. Especially outrageous as they charged a ton for shipping.
Thank goodness I used Paypal, so at least I got my money back from them.

Please guys! Do not buy anything from this store! Not only is the quality badddd even though it looks great on the website and photos, but I have been chasing for my refund for almost three months now.
The return address on their website is an address in the USA, which for me, would have been a very small return fee, so I did not care that it was up to me to pay that when I ordered.
However, when I told them I was sending my order back, they gave me an address in China. I sent that there and paid £25 in royal mail fee (i am based in the UK). I naturally asked for this to be refunded. I gave them the tracking number. This was done 21 March. Now Royal mail tracking stops when my item arrived in China on 31 March. The follow up is a Chinese website and I do not read Chinese so have no idea where this is.
Now they refuse to refund me and they said it is my responsibility to send this with tracked (which I did...) and that they will definitely not refund the outrageous shipping fee. So yeah, avoid if you don't want to have them do your head in.
