Paid cash on delivery for a brand new Seagate 2TB data storage unit that is defective (only had 129 MB storage!). Unfortunately, I didn't check it out until the delivery guy disappeared with my money.
Now after pleading with them to do the right thing for three weeks, Lazada won't refund or replace this totally useless device, even though they promised to do one or the other. They are liars and thieves, and I will never buy anything from them ever again! I recommend you buy from a reputable store- not from Lazada!
A simple refund... due to a month's delay on item and the item is all bent and broken looks like someone used it as a chair for a BBQ party... its an oven for god's sake... also had my wife close down business just to bring back the broken oven to the the courrier. After speaking to probably 30 agents in a span of 3 months. They refund me through lazada wallet... and now i gotta wait again... because apparently theres another approval blh blah... cost me time and money... will be filing a case with the DTI...

I ordered an item, which never came, and i sat and waited for it
I have then had contact with at least 5 of their customer service people, live chat and e-mail, and they all tell me different stuff. One moment they say its on the way, the next they say it has been cancelled, and then they promise it will come before a certain date(told me that everytime i didnt come on that certain date)
I havent gotten any service or help as to why there is so much trouble with my package.

Do you ever noticed that all favorable reviews in this blog does not allow you to comment? This is probably because it is done by themselves just to save their image or skew the data. My suggestion is for all of us with unfavorable reviews to continue posting our disappointment with this online site and drive the last nail on their coffin. After seeing all the bad reviews, I am surprise they are still around FOOLING other customers. I guess there is one born everyday.

It is stated that i will have my order this November 22-24. It's already 23, but when i track it at LBC's site. It says that it is received in LAZADA. When will you ship it? Product searches on Lazada feeds you products they want to sell you... not the products you ask for. Go ahead and specify a brand or style or size or whatever: they probably have it but that's not what you'll get. It won't be just what you're looking for. It might be there but it's usually not shown first. Want a specific brand? Too bad, you have to sort through all of them. Want a specific style? Too bad you have to sort through all of them. Want a specific accessory for your phone, computer, TV, guitar, or whatever? Too bad you have to sort through all of them.
Obviously, it's this way because that's the way they want it. It's entirely reasonable to show what you want first, THEN related items. Something so blatantly unhelpful can't possibly go unrecognized by them. After all these years, they obviously don't give a hoot.

My package never arrived but it was tagged as delivered, and there even was a proof of delivery but it's not my signature! My order was paid via cc. I also heard that some people had the same experience as mine.

I was trying to buy a laptop charger and a tempered glass from lazada. I am in region 8. I already ordered about 6 items from their past shipping fee policy but now, damn, every item i add to my cart has a shipping fee of 1000+ even for a freaking 300 peso tempered glass which is not that heavy and not that bulky. Fvck this new shipping policy. I hope lazada's Sales starting from August 2018 will fall, until they realize this idea of theirs is just utter bull$#*!. Get your $#*! straight lazada! First of all It is not my fault that you deliver incorrect items. The reason why we do online shopping is for convenience but this lazada is a total mess! It's been two months now since I return the defective item but i still didnt get any response. I call customer service a few times now and they can only advise you that they will coordinate to them and I will receive feedback within 24-48 hours. F*** LAZADA.

Relentless and Constant, anything you purchase higher that $50 dollars in LAZADA you are shooting urself on the face, your purchase will most likely will fail. I can't even reach their hotline number. I waited for 15 minutes and the last thing I heard forwarding then it ended. Knowing how poor their customer service they should hire more. Also most of their product are damaged, last December we order Christmas Light and it was shorted. Second they don't check if it is the right order. We received 3 slippers wrong size, 2 item (manicure set and make up brush) not as advertised or not the same item that we order. Sh*t.

Last October I ordered a 55" 4K TV from Lazada and the product arrived a couple of days later. Fast delivery but upon turning on the TV, I was greeted with flashing red, blue, white, black screens. That was on October 23. I called that same day and they promised a pickup as soon as possible. I have been calling several times after and get the same response that they are waiting for an answer from the pull out team. I am fed up with the same assurances that the agents tell me but nothing has been done so far. Don't buy from Lazada if you want to avoid headaches. Instead of being a convenience, Lazada is a big joke and mostly inconvenient.

Delivery is so slow. Package arrived in the Mandanue hub but 2 days passed it was not yet delivered. The hub is 30 mins or an hr away from my shipping address. Very disappointed. Customer service chat is a joke.

I ordered a boxed board game from a Chinese vendor thru Lazada and what arrived was an empty package which I refused to accept. Upon checking its tracking history it was successfully inspected by customs so I know that the item exists and was lost or stolen by Lazada or its courier. Thank God it was COD but i was really looking forward to owning the item. In case Lazada still cares to make up for this poor service, it is Order# 288 694 422 833 016. Until it's resolved, I will tell everyone I know to never order from this scam site again.
Lazada is ok... but what really annoys me, is there is no way to know if an item is available locally or it comes from abroad, other then opening each item... very time consuming, I would think it very easy for the programmers to separate... perhaps incluse an asterisk or something like that and save a lot of frustration on the buyers part

I have ordered maybe 500 items from LAZADA, especially during the pandemic. Some items I got were from SCAMMERS, and some I ordered from LEGIT, authorized sellers, or from "official" laz mall, brands, but have poor quality. They were shoes, bags and dresses that did NOT pass the QA test maybe? Some dresses I bought for 1,500 but the cut was odd, the stitching was bad, or it looked very cheap- something you can buy from DIVI for 200. The shoes I bought for 700, broke after 4-5 uses, when I go to church. The bags I ordered, were sent in a plastic bag, FOLDED! And stuff for my daughter were from scammers! That cost me- 500 each, about 3 of those orders, for my child- were different from the ones they advertised online. AND LAZADA management does NOT care.

Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
