Lazada is always reliable thus I will give them 5 stars regardless which country. In Thailand companies are much more reliable. In The Philippines they try to scam you so watch out. Never do business with them outside Lazada
I usually buy my cat food, electronics, clothes and food stuff because they usually fulfilled their 48 hour delivery. However, my past orders are now at least 5 days overdue and when you track the order, they are sitting in their collection hub center and not moving at all. I called customer service but that was a very disappointing experience as they kept saying it would be out for delivery soon. I asked for a specific time frame but they could not offer any at all. This is Lazada's own logistic company and they can't fulfill their delivery at all. Truly disappointing to see this once great seller declining right before your eyes.

However, it's not all " if you know what you are buying and do a little research first you would be satisfied" I do all research, read product reviews before placing order. Their items were just not handled well. Maybe from their merchants or courier? I received a broken blinds(upper and lower metal cut to half) and a defective nebulizer- no mist or whatsoever coming out. I mean, does that need a research and all?
And reading from these reviews, returning the package is not a guarantee you'd get a refund or a replacement. So, why waste my fuel and money? Already wasted money buying broken stuff.
I recommend buying appliances, devices and breakable products at LAZADA to NO ONE!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and just wanted to get the correct one. The same day I made the wrong order, I called. To make the story short, the 1st rep fed me all wrong info on how to go about getting a replacement or a refund since she said they do not have my size. When I called again tp start the refund process bec I already received the item, the second rep told me no refunds can be made because it was already received! An absolutely WTF moment! I have been a frequent and loyal buyer but they treated me like this! Don't buy from these people! Consider yourself warned!

I ordered two items for the 1st time. A guitar for my friend (I was shipped to her. The handle almost disconnected to the body) and a bluetooth speaker (that takes forever to connect). We shipped it back and filed for replacement. But they refunded it. The thing is my friend doean't have valid id and she can't claim the money to lbc. Been sending emails and messages to lazada but their customer service takes a long time to respond. Don't waste time calling their hotline, they can't help you.
When they finally responded and said they will replace it into store credit within 48 hours, but when I checked it they still haven't sent me the voucher code and 3 days already passed. I really regret doing transactions with them.

How come when I tracked the status of the item, it was declined? When I can see that my card is already charged? Also I can not track anymore because the tracking window vanishes right after the order number is written? Order number is *******. And stimated delivery is June 20-21. I really hope that this is only a small error and will turn out good because I have a long list to purchase in Lazada. I will not recommend you until Things are cleared.

However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. My purchase arrived more than 15 days after buying and paying online.
The perfume I got was fake. I still have an original bottle that I bought from duty free. The scent is so different. The one from lazada stays for a minute then nothing. No scent. There were minute detail differences on the bottle and box from the one I got from duty free and the one from lazada.
This experience has really been disappointing, frustrating and a total waste.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure the item you are buying is authentic..saving a few bucks is not worth anything if you get a fake product.
I ordered a Coffee Machine end of last month and Completed the order process on their website and gave me my order number. To make sure that my order really went through, i checked it using the order number but it shows me no order has been made. So i Contacted their chat Support and i was advised that they have my order and it will be delivered between Oct 2-5 so we waited and no one showed up but we've been receiving sms from them that the item will be delivered. I decided to get in Touch with them and chatted to their chat support and again i was advised that the item will be delivered but this the delivery date has been moved latest Oct 10. I've been patiently waiting until i got frustrated. My ordered has not delivered up to now and no email updates received from them. Their service is too bad!
Lazada has the worst customer service. I have one experience where the customer service staff left our conversation abruptly. I am happy to decide never to buy any product from Lazada Philippines again.

Hi Lazada, I have ordered a bag from your website. However, I was shocked with the shipping fee, it's Php 800.00 for a Longchamp medium-sized bag. I am not familiar with the shipping fee mechanics, but I think 800 pesos is too big and considering that I am right here in Manila area, why should it be 800 pesos, I am totally near. I ordered item on February, but haven't received any update until the end of May. And guess what they send me: "Your order has been canceled, Reason: incorrect delivery address. But I received many items on this address. After this they refunded only item price on Lazada Wallet. So I paid delivery fee and didn't get the item. Impossible to contact customers support, as they have chat bot on their website, what a joke.
The item has been packed by the seller for days! DAYS! And Lex PH, which is the in-house delivery service for Lazada, hasn't picked up the shipment yet. Total incompetence!
Delivery can be done in a matter of hours nowadays, why is it that picking up the shipment from the sellers take a long time?

Ordered a drawing tablet last Dec. 13 but no shipment to date (Jan. 3,2017). It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered 3 items from Lazada under 1 order number. Although 2 arrived on 2 different dates within the week, I was still waiting on the delivering of item #3. I checked the status and it states delivery is in 2 more months. That is insane-where is it coming from anyway?
I requested that the item be cancelled and the response was "Please be advised that cancellation of imported items is restricted. Please be guided that the standard delivery time frame for imported items will take 21-25 business days."
I never thought that was imported, I could have gotten it locally. I would stay away from LAZADA. No more business from me nor recommendations.

I ordered a $500 product with a Live Up account and was promised a 10% rebate. It said that the rebate would automatically apply when the item status is changed to delivered. Item took 2 days to change to delivered status (which required an email and call from me to get changed). When rebate came, it was only $0.70 and I had to give them another call asking to rectify this issue. Was promised vouchers to cover up for the missing rebate but have yet to hear from them yet. This is absolutely ridiculous, issue after issue and I am still nowhere closer to getting my money back. DO NOT USE LAZADA.
