I ordered a bag(vintage paris) last mar9, it says 3days i will receive my order however i just got it mar22. I was disappointed with the item since it has a factory defect and the picture was diff. From the actual item. Very disappointed, i may not order from them in the future

I order sjcam m10 + and they send me a brand new sjcam m10 shocking! I return it and wait for just a week mybe before they update that they received my returned item and wait for a couple of days and they updated me agian that they replaced the item. Good im excited until the item arrive and when i check the package huh tae its an sjcam m10 again! Nadoble ko yung order ko. Kinancel ko yung isa with OrderId ******* through online. I even called their customer service to confirm na cancel na yung isa kong order. I just needed to wait 6 hours para magrefresh na cancel na yung order ko sa Order list ko.
And now after more than 6 hours I received an email na shipping na yung both orders ko na pareho! I called their CSR again and wala daw nagcancel ng order ko! Now I need to ask everyone at my house to not accept the extra order I made and I need to wait for another 5 to 16 days para mabawi ko yung binawas nila sa credit card ko!

I opened an account with Hellopay to get more discounts as it was promoted by Lazada. It was a total disappointment to wait for more than a month now by just verifying my account with Hellopay. Until now they are still holding my funds, I can't order in Lazada using my Hellopay account. I am very worried now that I have not yet heard any thing yet from Hellopay for the last 4 days, I am not sure how secured this site is. I have not given any assurance that I will be getting my money back. I'm very displeased with the kind of service when it comes to refund... I emailed them regarding my concern, contacted customer service several times. And all they can say that they will get back to you after 2-3 days. And they will send an email regarding the conversation. It' been 15 days since they got the refunded item. No email, no call, no feedback... very frustrating. Very irritating when you call CSR and got answered with the same punch line over and over again. I will not transact again with lazada.

Their attracting the customers by the CONVENIENCE OF SHOPPING ON LINE but my experience totally negates the CONVENIENCE ptomised by this FRAUD SITE! Aside from delivering wrong and substandard products, The customer support given was totally crap not even close to poor. The only option for return is via LBC and since Batteries are not accepted in LBC, which by the way THEY DON'T KNOW, EVEN IF IT IS THE ONLY OPTION FOR RETURNING THE ITEM, MY CONCERN WAS PASS TO MORE THAN 5 CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND I GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I was even assured that it will be picked up on a certain date but, no one came, worst is no updates were given to me via phone nor email, I have to email them over and over again too follow up but, then again different answer. It's my first time to join and shop with Lazada! I'm so pissed off! They sent me an email that my package will arive at 7 or 8th of March! And until now my effin package is still not here! Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
