Nag order ako ng motorcycle parts from SEC motors (order no. *******), after nila ma verified tinawagan nila sister in law ko sabi damage na raw yung item at last piece, eto na yung problema kung di pa ako tumawag sa taga SEC Motors wala akong ka alam alam na ako din pala kailangan tumawag sa LAZADA para e cancel ang order ko at mag request ng refund! At meron pang isang item na kaparehas na kukunin ko nalang sana pero kung diko pa tinanong kung on hand ba yung item para akong tanga mag oorder tapos kakaltasan pero wala na pala! Buti kung sobrang bilis ng refund eh hindi!

Up until now, I haven't heard back from ANYONE from your company regarding the status of my refund. It's been a month since I returned the blender to you and up until now, you still haven't processed anything. Is this how you do business?
If this refund is not processed within this week, I will file a complaint with DTI. You guys are seriously awful and for the worst reasons:
(1) You don't sync with your partners. LBC asked me to put the blender inside a tupperware-like container before I ship it back to you. Seriously? Did you ship the blender to me with that package? Did you know how much that would cost me and do you think you'd return it back? NO way I am spending more for a blender that doesn't work.
(2) I returned the item to you and I didn't get any acknowledgement email/call/SMS. So how would I know if you actually got what I returned?
(3) No updates or whatsoever. So you inspected the item, found it was indeed defective and DIDN'T email/sms/call me back.
(4) Your customer service people are lousy. You keep promises you don't keep--even your supervisors do that. NOBODY WITHIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY OWNS THE ISSUE and I, being the unfortunate customer, is left spending credits to call your company and being bounced around from one unhelpful representative to another, and from one irresponsible supervisor to another.
(5) Promise to call back but never does. So what's the status now? I'VE HEARD 10 PROMISES OF GETTING A CALL BACK BUT HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY."

We're sorry to hear about what happened, Ana. As per checking, the transaction got invalid, reason for it to be cancelled. There maybe some mismatch with the order and card details. Please be informed that the amount may remain floating usually has time frame within 5-15 banking days. However, some banks may take up to 45 days especially if card used is a debit card and/or not issued in the Philippines. This is a policy imposed by the bank and not by us or the merchant. The deducted amount from the debit card was not collected by Lazada. It remains in authorization status that's why the amount appears to have been taken out of the card. But again, since it was rejected by CYBS, we did not collect the payment. The money will be reversed automatically when the issuing bank's authorization expires. The time frame will depends on bank's policies, not us. Customer can follow up on bank regarding that one. Should you have concerns other than this, please feel free to contact us again. Thanks!

Wala kwenta ang Lazada, nag order ako sakanila set of 2 yung order ko, dumating 1 lang, nagfollow up agad ako pagkakita ko na 1 lang ang dumating instead of 2, mahigit 1 month na akong nagfofollow up for my missing item pero wala pa adin action. Magaling lang sila sa bayaran. Ang katwiran eh hindi na dawnakikicooperate yung merchant ng missing item ko. Hindi yun problema kung talagang reliable ang Lazada gagawa at gagawa sila ng action, kesyo irerefund nalang daw nila, lecheng refund na yan 3 weeks ko na nadidinig sakanila yan ah. Guys may naka experience na ba na mag cancelled ng order using debit card? Nagcancelled kasi ako dahil di updated yung details ko. Then nadeclined yung order ko dahil nag update ako. Nag ask muna ako sa customer service live chat if pwede na hindi ko i-receive yung order ko dahil hindi ko na cancel on time. Pwede naman. Kinausap ko yung delivery guy at pumayag naman. My order was never delivered due to wrong address? There was a person who went to our village and asked where I live claiming they were from Lazada. My neighbors told them that we are just 5 houses away from where they were at that time. My neighbors were leading them the way but this stupid $#*!s declined as they told our neighbors that they are not bringing the items we ordered. So what do you call this? Plain stupidity? Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
