The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
They switched out the lenses and the prescription is great but when I got the glasses back they'd been stretched apart and so they didn't fit my head and face right like they had before.
First time customer, and really satisfied. Just started needing reading glasses and bought a new pair of frames with the hopes of getting new lenses fitted at a reasonable cost without having to go into a store. Found lensabl though a quick search but was hesitant to pull the trigger given some prior customer concerns around turnaround time. Well, it took about 3 weeks start to finish, which is pretty quick considering I placed my order before Christmas and I also chose to have lensabl ship me a box. If I wasn't so lazy, I could have cut out almost a week by printing out a ship free label from lensabl and dropping my frames into the mail myself. Add another week or so of shipping back to lensabl, and then another week to fulfill my order and get it back to me. I was surprised to see my frames in my mailbox considering they received the frames Christmas Eve and managed to turn them around and get them to me by the time I returned to work after New Years.
The workmanship is first rate and I've had no problems with the lens fit, quality of lenses, execution of the prescription itself, or any noticeable issue with the frames. They even returned the original sunglass lenses in case I wanted to go back to shades in the future. And price was very competitive vs. other online options and MUCH less expensive than local brick & mortar establishments. I plan on coming back again and already told a bunch of my friends to give it a shot. Thanks!
Very easy to ship my current glasses to Lensabl, They communicated via email throughout the process and I felt very comfortable with their quality control.
I ordered lenses as they were partnered with Stoggles PPE eyewear but due to the need for a script, I used the company Lensabl as that is who Stoggles had agreement with. The product arrived on 12/30/20'to Lensabl and I received them yesterday on 3/1/21! I emailed 3x and in 3rd email was a message that said " **PLEASE NOTE: Sending in multiple emails will delay our response time further** I emailed 3 x from Dec to March after initially being told my 2 pairs would ship in about 10 days. The order sat in what they called production for months. With that said, when the package arrived the lenses were fine and packaged nicely. I gave 3 stars for that but I wouldn't give higher due to the email statement and disappointing delivery.
Ordering the lenses online was simple but that is the only positive part of the experience. I ordered the Shamir thin lenses, not because i have a particularly strong Rx but to keep the lenses thin and consistent with the lenses in existing frames- which had to be replaced due to a scratch in the middle of one of the lenses.
Along the way, Lensable lost my frames- thankfully I had taken pictures of them before sending them to Lensable so they were finally able to locate them, otherwise who knows how disastrous this experience would have been.
It took 6 weeks to receive my glasses and when i finally did get them, the lenses are as thick as Coke bottles... on rimless frames no less... NOT a good look. Also screws attaching the lenses to the frames extending well out of the back of the lenses towards the face. I am now dealing once again with online customer service, which can only be done only... also a be negative, to return the lenses and issue a credit.
This has been an all around frustrating experience.
Everything was good, except for a hitch in the road. I have used Lensabl before, and was very pleased with the product, so I decided to purchase another set of lenses for my new frames. Moments after I made the order, I realized that the address was incorrect, so I sent a message to customer service to update my address. Customer service confirmed that my address was updated. Weeks went by, and I checked up on the order, only to find that the mailer box was sent to my old address. I messaged customer service about this and they wanted to charge me more money for a new box to be sent out, when it was really their error. It wasn't a lot of money, but the principle of customer service had been acknowledged, and left me a little upset as to why there was a delay in the box. Other than that, I mailed out my frames and received them with lenses to specification. I am happy with the overall product but hope that customer service can improve and have the capacity to do something simple like update an address way before shipping ever takes place.
Dealt 3 times in less than 9months and each one was not a pleasant experience. 1st one - lens cracked in 5months, shipping of glasses took more than a month. 2nd one - Site had no updates. Had to reach out to customer support multiple times and none of the committed dates were met. Took more than 6wks. 3rd one - Glasses came back with one of the nose pads missing. I believe they have just 2 customer reps - Tony and Shavelle and their manager Rudy Widjaja. Dealt with each and all of them way below par.
NOTE: Lensbl conveniently posted "Lensabl attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond" which is absolutely not true. This is what the email was which had no mention of a resolution - "Once again, we apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused. We are committed to using this feedback to improve our service standards and ensure a much more positive experience for all our customers in the future."

I have a really complicated prescription and they made the lenses perfectly! It took awhile, but for the $$ I saved from the regular optometrist, so worth it!

Ordered December 2, got my glasses January 19. And I ordered dark lenses, and got regular ones. The customer service people are very responsive, but the product sucks.
I'm very impressed. It was a short while to complete my lenses and they look great! I got transitions and they are perfect! I would recommend to others!
It took over a month to finally get my order. When inquiring about it, customer service would take days to respond, and would not even answer my questions.
Overall the only place for prescription lenses for Bose that is officially recognized by Bose. But pricing and a very long timeframe are a bit of a downer.

I ordered new lenses for my existing sunglasses. They were delivered perfectly. On top of that, new nose pads were installed on my glasses, which was greatly appreciated!
I wish there was an option for a darker sunglasses lens. The replacement feels cheap, even thought it wasn't Also, I would LOVE to know how to best submit a claim to my insurance, my eyeMed has rejected every pair I have bought- I feel like I'm missing something.
I just received my new glasses & they were made to the wrong prescription. My set from Warby Parker made from the same prescription is perfect, but these are so far off they are simply not wearable

I received my glasses today and I am beyond thrilled. I had a pair on vintage Chanel frames and I had problems finding a lab that would put prescription lenses in them. Super happy with my experience
I contacted Lensabl to make sure they could fabricate lenses for a pair of Rudy Project prescription inserts. I included a link to the manufacturer's website where they could find all of the information about the insert and the frames they're used with. A Lensabl rep replied that they could, so I placed an order and shipped them my inserts.
A few days later, I checked my order status on the website and discovered my order was on hold because they needed the "Ocular Center Height (OCH)," a number they did not ask for when taking my order. After doing a little research and realizing it was impossible to determine my OCH once they had the inserts, I decided it would be better to have the lenses fabricated by my local optician. I emailed Lensabl to cancel the order and obtain a refund, but they refused.
A day after that, I noticed that the website still said "Ocular Center Height (OCH) is required to complete your order." I inquired again about my order status and was informed that "You can disregard the missing information for the OCH. It is not required and we have everything we need."
When I finally received the inserts, it was immediately apparent that something was wrong. My vision was dangerously poor, and the glasses were unwearable. After some experimentation I realized that Lensabl had failed to correct for the geometry of the inserts when installed in the frames. Clearly, Lensabl did *not* have everything they needed and proceeded to fabricate the lenses anyway. Now, I have a useless pair of glasses and the best they are offering is a 25% discount on a do-over. This is not acceptable.
Hi Tim - we have been in constant contact with you over this issue, and apologize for your experience. While we had everything we needed, your inserts required a special intermediate Rx from your eye Dr, based on how close they sat to your eyes. We are sorry it didnt work out, and have refunded your order in full.
As usual, the glasses were received back in good condition with new lenses. This is my family's 3rd set. This set took a bit longer than usual though.
I love my new lenses! They're absolutely perfect! Best of all, I paid less than HALF of what I would have at Lenscrafters! I'll definitely be buying my lenses from Lensabl from now on!
After waiting more than six weeks for the sunglasses, I got them, and the lenses don't work for me. The alignment of one eye to the other is off and I get double vision.

I have a mixed review. I am pleased with their service and my glasses are good. The tint on my sunglasses could be darker and I am still testing the bifocal (got them yesterday).
