The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

Glasses are crooked and lenses are not set in properly. Before ordering, we had emailed a question about return policy. We never heard back and now realize we cannot return them
This my third purchase from lensabl. The lens quality is superior to the retail store that I used in the past. This time I added the anti-fog coating. It really works.
While the glasses were installed properly, I noticed top and bottom edges were only partial polished. I wish Lensabl clearly state they only polish the outer facing sides of the lenses.
Lenses are great but my bows on my frames arrives all stretched out and they would not stay on my face. Had to go to an optometrist to have them adjusted.
Everything went ok except I can't wear the glasses due to the lenses being blurry. I need to return the glasses and have them corrected, as of now they are useless.
So worth it. Got to keep my favorite frames and half the cost at the optometrist. Even with insurance would've cost close to $400, Lensabl saved me so much money. This is tge way to go!
Just got my glasses and they are difficult for me to use. Reading is hard and the print is not clear.

I ordered lens for the frames I already have. It took a few weeks to get them but was well worth it. I will for sure be putting another order in for a second pair of lenses I have.
I sent in some glasses to get new lenses put in but the replacement lenses don't quite fit properly in the frames. One of the lenses sticks out quite a bit so I'm worried it may fall out eventually.
I ordered lenses replacement for my sunglass frame.
The first service took about 10 business days.
After receiving the product, I realized the tint color is lighter brown (my order was darkest gray), which I ended up with sending back for re-do.
The second round took about 11 business days.
The new lenses have similar light brown color, which I did not observe significant difference from the initial order.
Pro:
• Easy to fill the order.
• Response from the customer service was relatively timely.
Cons:
• Processing time is slower than expected.
• QC failure delayed the product delivery.
• It took a week for them to inspect the lenses and decided to do re-do.
• Tint color in order form is misleading. The Gray tint color is more lighter reddish brown in person.
I would like to suggest changing the order form and add picture of actual lenses.
I also would like to see accurate order status.
Hopefully, I wish the Lensabl to come up with more competitive service over the similar online service provider.
Tip for consumers:
Gray tint was more reddish brown.
When I am wearing this sunglass, I can clearly see the red color is enhanced.
If you are looking for true gray tint, it might be better to order elsewhere.

The processing time was speedy and the process for sending in your frames was pretty easy. It's awesome that they send you a prepaid box. My only complaint is that there is no in depth info regarding the color/polarization of replacement lenses. If I had had more info, I would have ordered a different lens color as I'm not happy with the brown. It is very brown, almost amber. When you click "shop lenses" you'd expect there would be a description with maybe images of the different lens types, colors, coatings, and polarizations before beginning the order process. But instead you have to make the decision during ordering with little to no information. So I chose brown because my previous lenses were brown. But when I received them the new lenses are way more brown than my original lenses. It would have been nice to have a "match color to current lense" option or something like that. However, I understand that I chose the color and that's not Lensabl's fault so aside from that I would definitely recommend them!
It was a bad experience,I had to travel abroad in 3 weeks so it was enough to get them back but no,they sent my glasses back in 2 months,so it was terrible for me.

Great job but the lenses are too thick and heavy so I'm looking for another lab to make them thinner, that's why everything is better in person.
Well, I was excited that the new Bose Tenor sound sunglasses could now be purchased directly w your prescription lenses to order. But I learned quickly after when you do, the Bose website takes you to this third party Lensabl site (that looks very similar to the Bose webpage) so you can supply your and upload your personal prescription. The website claims your order will "six business days" once it "arrives" at their lab. Be aware! This is completely false! Your order will take up to 6 weeks! But they won't tell you that! Oh, and btw, once your order "arrives" at the lab, it's no longer able to cancel the order! You are now stuck waiting and waiting and waiting while your order still says will ship to you in "6 business days". I contacted customer care via email bc there is no phone number and they won't give you one even I after I requests to speak with a representative, and they kept saying to me that there was a problem w my
Lenses after their "quality inspection" and they had not passed and needed to be remade. This happened three times a my order (hmmmmmm big red flag there too!). Anyway, I called Bose and spoke to them only to learn that once you click that button on their webpage to have your new Bose glasses w a prescription lenses Bose has nothing to do with your order and they can't help you at all (the order number you get is not even a Bose web order number they can track). I will not buy from or recommend anyone order from Lensabl due to this horrible experience and customer journey I had to go through over the seven weeks just to get my over $500 order.

Easy to order, could have used a better model of myself virtually wearing the frames. I saw on other sights I could move my head around wearing the frames and that really drove my frames decision.

So it took exactly 22 days from which I over night my bose temp frames in to have them put in prescription lense, I know the tracker is a bit off but besides all the negative reviews I've read they got my lens here in about 20 days so I would recommend them and the fact that te bose tempo frames r a bit curved which prolly why they had to re do it twice and the tracker resets, but overall I'm a happy camper Thanks lensabl!
