I placed order several weeks ago and have not received the merchandise. The request for this review is the first contact from company since order was placed.

This is my third time using Lensabl to update a pair of glasses -- two pair of sunglasses, one pair of regular specs. Worked perfectly all three times.

Thank you lensabl for replacing my glasses! This is really awesome. I will make sure to recommend lensabl to everybody in need for quality prescription glasses.

The quality of the lens seems really poor. It's not consistent throughout, and looking at different angles seems to show some non smooth places on the lens.

The new lenses were fitted well into an existing frame and the prescription handled accurately. Happy with the outcome and will definitely return to buy other lenses.

Over 2 months and still havent got my glasses EVEN after recieving an email saying they have been shipped/. NO truth in any answers, no phone numbers to call, just lies when they DO respond

This is maybe my third time using Lensabl for glasses. There is a reason. They have great customer service, easy site to use for ordering, great product. What more is there to say?

The whole process was quick and easy. I had doubts I'd be able to get my prescription in my sunglasses but it was done. I was shocked that I'd get a case and glasses cleaner with my purchase.

I sent in a perfectly good pair of frames and replaced the lenses. It was simple and easy to do. I got them back in a good turnaround time. So pleased. I'm sending in a few more frames.

Was pretty straight forward to order, the prices are decent. The glass so far are great. Overall a great experience would recommend to others and use in the future.

So glad I found Lensabl. I love my frames and was looking for an affordable way to replace my lenses. Lensabl made the process easy and lenses arrived pretty quickly.

Love my rimless glasses! Was nervous to just send a pair in with my prescription …. But they came back in perfection condition with my bifocal prescription done perfectly! Thank you

Glad that testing is done but it is still not very good. Progressive lenses not adjusted right, have to hold head down to see out of the top of glasses for it not to be blurry, very annoying.

My lenses were not correct when received. Got them checked and rx was not close to correct. Sent them back for correction, frames were misplaced. Not a great first experience

The lenses I received are nice and of good quality but it is unfortunately not what I ordered. I also had noted that I wanted to keep the original pair of lenses and they were not sent back to me.

I love my glasses. I shipped my frames to them, lenses were put in quick and I had them back within 2 weeks of shipping them out. The only issue I had was my original frame case was not returned.

I purchased the echo frames from Amazon, which are a pair of glasses with Alexa built in, so I wanted to get prescription lenses so they could be my daily glasses. I went to lenslabl and after an extra 2 weeks after what they told me with no updates or contacts from lenslabl, my lenses arrived incorrect. Because I had already gone to 3 other lens manufacturers that were overpriced or the glass didn't fit in the frame, I returned the frames. I returned them whilst I was in the process of attempting to get a refund for my faulty lenses, because I was about to reach the end of my return time on the frames. Now I've been to 4 different representatives every time I ask for a refund, on the same email reply, and they are still attempting to say that they need pictures of the lenses in the frames to see if there "really is something wrong with the lenses". They have "generously" offered to bend the rules and replace my lenses if they find something wrong with them, but refuse to give me a refund. Do not buy from this website. There are many others that offer comparable prices and better service.

There's not enough space here, so I'll just point you to the numerous emails I exchanged with support (case *******). If you can't see it, let me know and I'll forward the complete thread. In short, after a lot of convincing, Lensabl decided to redo_one_ lens of my specs and not the other. They only decided to polish the edges of the other lens. I had indicated to support that only redoing both lenses would be acceptable to me. I finally gave in and let them do just one lens.

And the result is as I expected. The new lens (right) looks significantly better that what was there before. There are no gaps and the white border is much less than what the previous lens had. Unfortunately, since Lensabl declined to redo both lenses, the left side lens still has a white border. Only the border is a little less conspicuous since it was polished, but it is clearly visible. I now have a pair of >$200 glasses that are asymmetric and have a wide white border on one lens and a much thinner border on the other. This is my third pair of glasses done at Lensabl. The next time I need lenses, I will take my chances with a different company, thank you.

The lenses came out great! Perfect vision. I was skeptical having ordered glasses online in the past that had some distortion in the vision but these are great. Plus the case was an added bonus!

The step by step process to register my prescription and measurements. Receiving the return package for my frames, was great. In a week my glasses were finished and on the way back to me. Awesome!

Great to work with, great result and beautiful work. I am very please with my replacement lenses in my own frame. Very nice presentation. Will order lenses for more of my frames from this company!

I was sent a package thinking it was my glasses with the lenses in the frame but it was just one single lens this is awful and now I can't get in contact with anyone
