Had hoped for more

The lenses took a very long time to come back. After about 3 weeks, I checked the order and saw there had been an error in the QC process and they had to go back again. I can respect that level of detail - but I wasn't notified until i reached out. There were no text or email updates on receipt of glasses, start of new lenses, that a flaw had been detected, or that they had been shipped back. I had really wished for even basic communication, but it didn't happen.

Reading glasses

The quality of the product is excellent. The price is excellent. I like the concept of recycling.
The order took longer than I expected. I dont recall the exact time but I believe it was 2-3 weeks after I mailed the frames there.
I assume it has something to do with covid19 and maybe booming business for you.

Superb work!

Sent in my favorite pair of aviator sunglasses from 25 years ago and Lensabl put new, no-line bifocal lenses in them and they are now the coolest glasses out there. THANK YOU!

Not super impressed.

I still haven't received my glasses or contacts yet, both seem to have been issues that I did due diligence to prevent, My contact prescription was shipped without calling to verify my scrip as noted. Now when I pick up the contacts at the post I'll have to send them back before getting my new ones. The glasses were just canceled and refunded even though I asked to change the order... very smooth.

Work glasses

I was happy to see that there was something out there at such a low cost. You service on doing my lenses was very slow and it took 1 month or more to get here. I sent several emails in regards to this and did get reply's. I feel it should have not took so long to get my glasses when I mailed them the same time as my co workers and they received there's 1 to 1 1/2 weeks after you received them. I was a little disappointment my took so long. The website new updated my glasses on what you were doing with them. Other wise I love my glasses

Buyer Beware!

I made the mistake of sending my Cartier frames to Lensabl. I checked right after the tracking site showed a delivered status and reached out to them. Got a response 3 days later that the frames were LOST. After multiple emails and threatening legal action they were magically found. I kept checking on the status of the order and got an email today that they BROKE the frames while adding lenses. Never in 30 years of wearing glasses have I had a company break frames. I will be pursuing legal action if my frames are not replaced but please avoid this company at all costs.

I found an old pair of RayBan sunglasses w/out of date Rx. Frames were in great shape. I sent the frames and current progressive Rx to Lensabl.
I received a notice indicating QC found an issue with the first set of replacement lenses and there would be a slight delay.
When I received the re-lensed glasses, my first reaction was WOW.
Nothing beats an experience that exceeds expectations.

Lenses don't quite fit properly

I sent in some glasses to get new lenses put in but the replacement lenses don't quite fit properly in the frames. One of the lenses sticks out quite a bit so I'm worried it may fall out eventually.

ABOUT MY NEW GLASSES

Well, I submitted and emailed to you all about a size change. I need a s/m and a L/M was shipped instead. As for my prescription. I can't focus in my glasses so I need to send them back because the frame falls completely off my face when I look even slightly down, and my prescription is totally wrong. I'm waiting for the return Information to send them back for the S/M frames and a accurate prescription.

Lenses are incorrect

Ordered Bose Tempo frames with Rx polarized sun mirrored lenses. Took a month and a half. I was sent a pair with Rx polarized lenses and loose set of mirrored non-Rx and non-polarized lenses in the case. I paid $80 extra for the lenses and did not receive them. Asking for a refund.
When you pay $440 for sunglasses you expect the product to come correctly.

Unprofessional at best

I sent in my glasses. After over a month, I contacted customer service. I was told they needed a day to locate my account. The lab misplaced my glasses. They thought they located then and sent a picture of my frame, but it wasn't mine. Four more days and no response, so I followed to myself and was told they found them. No offer up rush the order. I waited another will for the lenses to be completed. Then, promised overnight shipping and they arrive five days later. Horrible customer service, no accountability, and will never use this company again.

I have a small face, almost all general medical goggles are too large. Stoggle mini's and the lensabl progressive lenses are perfect! Finally, I can see and have goggles with lateral protection! Thank you!
