New glasses for old frames

One word: Awful.
The Service is totally disappointing.
The product (lens) delivered were wrong, and can't be used.
Two weeks promised delivery turned into 6 weeks. And after this 6 weeks delay, can't imagine another 6 weeks trying to see if it can be fixed!
This has been the worst way to spend U$600 and end up feeling absolutely cheated.

I need the bi-focal Lens. It is why I ordered the glasses. It was apart of the prescription and order I sent in. I opened the glasses last night there is no bi-focal as apart of the lens. I need help correcting the issue. I get daily adds from Lensabl but it is a Mystery of how I contact Lensable and speak to someone about the issue and get it corrected

More Communication Needed

This is the second time I've used Lensabl. The first time was great - easy process and quick turnaround. This second time, not so much. Lensabl needs to improve their communication processes. First, I wasn't alerted that there was missing information from my order. It wasn't until I logged on to their site (after a week was already lost) that I realized I needed to take additional pictures. After that, weeks went by with no update on my order. After a back and forth with a customer agent I was told that they had to get more work done because they failed a quality check. At this point, it had been 6 weeks since I had sent my glasses in. This frustration could be easily remediated if the status on the customer portal was more detailed. Showing "in the lab" for weeks on end doesn't provide any confidence that my glasses are being worked on or an indication on when I could expect them back. Additionally, if a pair of glasses doesn't pass quality control, then an automated notification should be sent to the customer to alert us to the delay.

Absolute Perfection

I ordered the new Razer Anzu smart glasses and took advantage of the partnership they have with Lensabl. I just received my frames back earlier today with my prescription lenses. I have to be honest, I was very skeptical about an online prescription, but as soon as I got home from work and put them on, I was absolutely astonished at the accuracy and overall quality of the work done! I am definitely a customer for life with Lensabl. Top notch work without breaking the wallet prices. Very very impressed and happy! Thank you Lensabl!

I had some prescription lenses placed in my stoggles and I am so pleased with the result. For over a year now I've lived in goggles and a face shield at work and that's ON TOP of my glasses. Now I have my stoggles with my prescription and a shield and I'm giddy. Going into a covid patient's room is like hanging out in a sauna with all your clothes on. Now I can be in there and not panic because my glasses have fogged under my goggles, under my shield. Thanks lensabl.

This is my 5th or so time using Lensabl. Once again, I was very happy with the glasses and I saved a ton of money. It seems however that each time I use them, it takes longer and longer. This time around it took almost a month between the time I sent in my frames and when I got them back. Plus, there was no communications whatsoever with status. Thankfully, I was in no rush to get them. Edit: I gave 3 stars, however 5 stars was posted displayed in my review. I hope this is a coding error and not intentional!

Great product, slow delivery

Bought 2 sets of lenses for my Razer smart glasses. Very happy with the end result but very unhappy it took almost 6 weeks and many emails to get the product. That was without sending any frames into the company.

Terrible experience

For some reason my last review showed up five stars and that isn't the case. To start with it took them a week to even respond back via email as it's the only way to communicate with them and they only responded because I tweeted about it. They get two stars for getting me my frames back after three weeks and the prescription lenses. The missing three stars is for the fact they KEPT my case for my glasses which is 10x better quality then the one they send out. Additionally in my case was the charger for my Razer Anzu glasses so now I can even use my smart features on my glasses because they took my stuff…

Delayed and not made

I ordered two pairs of lenses and was hoping to receive them in a timely manor. Unfortunately after several weeks the time to completion had not updated so I made an inquiry about their status. I was told they hadn't passed inspection and new lenses were only 2 to 3 days from being complete. Seemingly all was well, however after several more weeks I didn't have any lenses and no update from the company. So after inquiring again I was told they were waiting to be shipped, or rather one pair was. At this point I learned they didn't know what glasses the second pair was for. It had been over a month since the glasses had arrived at their lab. I had already had contact about their status and this was the first time I learned about this. Needless to say, that's terrible service. They should have sent an email after a week, or even asked me in the first inquiry. All this has told me that they didn't even check on my lenses the first time I asked or they would have seen that. The companies customer support is just smoke and mirrors.
