Very old pair of frames that I loved and wanted to use as sunglasses, my dreams came true! Lensabl did a wonderful job.
I purchased some special frames from SLYK Shades and they recommended Lensabl to fit them to my Rx. I had some unexpected difficulties with the frame, so it took longer to get the right ones sent to Lensabl for my lenses. During this process, Alex was my go-to guy and kept me up to date via emails. If i had a question, he got back to me with an answer within the day. The process of online ordering (even for my complex progressive lenses) was smooth, but humans reached out to verify some of my details, to be sure they got it right. I just received my glasses back this week and they are clear and sharp and i am delighted with the results. I would use Lensabl again anytime and will recommend to friends, too!

I'm very disappointed that I can not see out of my stoggles after lensabl put in my prescriptions. I am a front line worker and now have to wait even longer to use my stoggkes, let alone paid a bunch of money that is completely wrong.

Really bad. It took almost 2 months to get my glasses
Ordered lenses 2 months ago. I still haven't received them. Requested a call back, requested a manager, requested a refund, and they ignored my request. They would respond close to a week later and say they were working on the order. Last request on the status, they said the glasses didn't pass inspection and are working on the order. Worst service I have ever had
These lens are very clear and focused, that is the only good thing. I actually feel like it would have been alot better to find a local lens replacement. After having to go to an Optician and get a PD Measurement done and emal it to the company, It took almost a 6 weeks to get my glasses back from the lab. When they came back packaged and insured inside a wonderfully structred blue box, with a new white glasses case of a triangular shape, and I inspected them, I found small damage spots that weren't there before shipping. Along with the lenses not quite being fitted properly, but only well enough to not outright notice. A small overlap on top of lenses to frame. They serve the vision purpose, but I will never use this service ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.
Took a while to get them but worth the wait. I love my glasses! The prescription lenses are perfect and the frames are light weight.
I picked your service because your website indicated that you'd ship to me well within 2 weeks. Since I sent in my order it's been amost a month and they still haven't arrived. 2 weeks ago I was confused as to why my status on your website hadn't changed and the shipping time ETA remained the same. I messaged support who proceeded to tell me that I needed to redo my measurements. I sent in my measurements and then once again had to proactively ask your team to find out whether or not they worked. This has been an awful experience.
My daughter ran out of her contacts a couple of days before vacation and I literally went online, uploaded her prescription, paid a SMALL fee for expedited shipping and they arrived at my door 48 hours later! Perfection!
