Ordered lenses 2 months ago. I still haven't received them. Requested a call back, requested a manager, requested a refund, and they ignored my request. They would respond close to a week later and say they were working on the order. Last request on the status, they said the glasses didn't pass inspection and are working on the order. Worst service I have ever had

These lens are very clear and focused, that is the only good thing. I actually feel like it would have been alot better to find a local lens replacement. After having to go to an Optician and get a PD Measurement done and emal it to the company, It took almost a 6 weeks to get my glasses back from the lab. When they came back packaged and insured inside a wonderfully structred blue box, with a new white glasses case of a triangular shape, and I inspected them, I found small damage spots that weren't there before shipping. Along with the lenses not quite being fitted properly, but only well enough to not outright notice. A small overlap on top of lenses to frame. They serve the vision purpose, but I will never use this service ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

I picked your service because your website indicated that you'd ship to me well within 2 weeks. Since I sent in my order it's been amost a month and they still haven't arrived. 2 weeks ago I was confused as to why my status on your website hadn't changed and the shipping time ETA remained the same. I messaged support who proceeded to tell me that I needed to redo my measurements. I sent in my measurements and then once again had to proactively ask your team to find out whether or not they worked. This has been an awful experience.

Over 2 months and still havent got my glasses EVEN after recieving an email saying they have been shipped/. NO truth in any answers, no phone numbers to call, just lies when they DO respond

I made multiple attempts to contact customer service to get updates on my order and to find out why it was taking so long (3 weeks vs 5-7 days as advertised). Some were ignored, one took over a week to answer. The lack of a live person to speak to if there is a problem is a major issue. My glasses finally came back after 3 weeks and the nose bridge was loose on one side. I would never consider returning it to you for repair since I can't wait another month and have no desire to have to deal with your customer service (or lack of) again. I'll be sure to tell all my friends on social media all about my experience!

Could not read with new glasses. Appointment pending to verify the prescription and determine where the error occurred

I sent in 2 pairs of sunglasses to have prescription lenses put in. It took over a month to get them back, with very little to no communication on Lensabl's end that they even received my glasses. When I reached out to customer service (twice) to inquire about my order, they replied by saying that the glasses go through several quality inspections through many lab stations to ensure the quality of the lenses and that's why it takes so long. Well, I ordered gradient lenses for one of the sunglasses and when I got them back, I noticed right away that although the prescription seemed correct, they cut and installed one of the lenses upside down so that the lighter color of the gradience is on top and the darker on the bottom. Let me repeat that - the gradience is upside down! It is so ridiculous and when viewed next to the one that is correct, it looks like I could have eyes going in completely opposite directions!
How could they neglect to see this and correct it if they go through so many checks and balances?! The worst part is, the only way to get in touch with them is via email and I'm guessing it'll take another month to fix the problem if they'll even fix it! So disappointed and full of regret that I sent my glasses to this company :(

Ver satisficed with my experience! Lensabl allowed me to give new life to my old pair of favorite frames.
