I ordered progressives and I've sent them back twice because they aren't right (seeing double). The 1st time it took 5 weeks to get them back and they still weren't right. Now I have to send them back again. Very frustrating.
Great Service... the process I have to be completely honest was easy, I liked the tracking feature on the website, and despite taking a little longer than expected once I received my glasses I was very happy with the finished product.
I bought a pair of the bose tempo glasses and needed prescription lenses. No one local would do it. Bose recomended lensable and I'm glad they did. From ordering to sending out my frames then receiving the glasses I couldn't be happier. This is the way to go from now on.
I used lensabl to get Rx lenses put in my Stoggles safety glasses. It took several weeks to get my glasses back. I wish I had gotten a notification when my frames were received by lensabl so at least I would've known they made it there safely. When I finally got them back, the lenses each had a small circular mark/engraving on them in the corner. Weird. It doesn't affect my vision so won't return, especially since I don't want to wait another month to get them back again.
The only problem I had was the delay because it didn't pass their quality control. But this is normal as they want their customers to be satisfied. Their lenses are nice and precisely finished. Totally recommend this website!

It may have taken a while to make but getting the shipping notifications got me all excited. Once I got them I was very impressed even to the point of showing all my friends by letting them try them on.
I've ordered several lens replacements with tinting from Lensabl (new lenses for same frames), and each time has been both good and bad. When I order grey-tint lenses, they arrive exactly as specified. When I order G15 lenses, though, they are *never* right the first time. It happened last year, and it has happened again. While Lensabl did agree to remake the lenses last year, shipping the glasses back and awaiting the correction means another ~2 weeks or do without my glasses. (I'm still waiting to see if they'll agree to redo this year's error.)
As you can see in the photos, G15 level 1 tint (as shown on Lensabl's website) is really just a hint of color. But my glasses (as shown) are nearly a level 3.
Compare that to the grey level 1; what's shown on the site is exactly what received.
I would hope that they would be upfront in admitting that they have quality-control issues with (at least) this particular tint type, but so far customers must simply wait and hope for the best.
I should add that these were both ordered at the same time and shipped together—but evidently no one ever looked at them side by side.
So, as to the ratings, service could definitely be better. Quality, value, shipping all depend on whether they get it right. And what seems clear is they can get it right—half my order was perfect—but it's very inconsistent.

I cannot used it my stoggles. The prescription lens is not right. I got double visions when I used it. I have to see my eye doctor and I was told that the lens was way beyond not my correct sight.
Lensabl put new bifocal lenses in my frames, which are from Germany. They did an excellent job and they were prompt too. I will use their optical services again.
For my next pair of my glasses I would like the leans more darker when I driving. And when I outdoor.

I would say that I am am very satisfied with the results of the sunglasses I ordered.

I will say, that my lenses in the Rayban frames I sent them, could not accommodate the prescription,

I sent my frames almost 2 months ago. They keep telling me 2-3 days. Then suddenly my lens "failed inspection" and the wait time grew to 5 days. I have been told since May 10th it will be 2-3 days but they still have done nothing. They have no phone number listed on their site so only one person Jayme will respond by email usually 48 -72 hours later. I have canceled my order 10 times but they will not send me my frames back or refund my money. I believe they broke my frames and are just hoping the can stall me long enough to make me give up. I'm not giving up. They are telling me the can't refund my money but they aren't sending me my lenses are my frames that I sent by overnight mail.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!

Got my glasses today, and they are wonderful... feels good to be able to see better, although I am embarrassed to say that I haven't had glasses in a few years since breaking my others, but these are just what I needed... ahhh life is better, thanks again

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
