The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
I had ordered a pair of safety glasses from stoggles and wanted to get prescription lenses in them. Stoggles had referred me to lensabl for this service. I placed my order on 5/1 and requested a box to send my glasses in and this arrived about a week later. After sending my glasses off the website tracker updated to show it was received (5/18) and in-process and never changed past estimating shipping in 5 business days. On 5/28 I got an email that my lenses had not passed quality control, they would need to be redone, and apologized for the delay. The tracker then updated to show it was delayed and still continued to show shipping in 5 business days. No further updates happened on the tracker but on 6/12 I received an email that they were shipping my glasses. I received my glasses on 6/14 and they were packaged beautifully.
Overall, the lenses seem very nice and I am pleased with the quality of the work. I anticipated that it would take a couple of weeks to get my lenses made (plus some time for the shipping box to be sent to me at the beginning) but I did not expect that it would be quite this long. It might have been slightly less irritating if the web tracker had actually changed throughout the wait.

When I received my frames, they were broken and are now unusable. I am very disappointed as the frames were in perfect condition prior, and I just needed the prescription updated.
This was a very smooth process of mailing in the frames, selecting the type of lens, anxiously waiting, and being very pleased with the timely, polite service and the great result.
I have not received my glasses. I am concerned they are lost. I know some of the confusion is on my part however communication of the order has not been great

I thought my transition lenses would get darker when out in the sun. They just get slightly tinted. I'm happy that I was able to use my own frames but I wish my lenses would get darker.

I was impressed with every aspect of my experience with Lensabl. From the ease of placing my order to shipping it and the process of keeping me informed.
I bought a pair of Bose Frames sunglasses and thought it would be a good idea to have my prescription put in them. I sent them to Lensabl to get that done. Lensabl was able to make the prescription and they fit the frames perfectly. The turn around time was close to 2 months but considering the global pandemic that seems to be on par with the rest of the world these days. I would advise against going this route not due to Lensabl but because the Bose Frames are much heavier and definitely more cumbersome than normal glasses. I pair mine with my MacBook to use a Webclient since I'm on the phone all day. The Bose Frames sound great and make great sunglasses but are very difficult to get used to for all day wear. I had Lensabl make my prescription in transition lenses and I will say they get darker and stay dark longer than any other lens I've owned. Also, the curve of the lenses are not conducive to a bifocal prescription but Lensabl found a way to make it work. It took a minute to find that sweet spot for reading but it is there. Overall I'd use Lensabl again for a normal pair of glasses but I'd make sure I had a backup pair to cover the wait time. I'm sure once the pandemic comes to an end Lensabl, like everyone else, will have better turn around times.
Lensabl has had my glasses a month! Impossible to reach because they don't have a phone no. Available Don't send your glasses to them for a lens change.
Was delivered to every standard I had hoped to receive! Excellent service even when behind schedule I was given notification on every process being done.

Sent in my Oakley Holbrook Rx... frames with my prescription... boom I had my glasses back in just a few weeks for a unbelievable price. I will be using them again for my next frames.

It took 2 weeks to receive a box to ship frames for lens replacement, and over 5 weeks to receive the ordered replacement lenses. When the lenses arrived, the case I mailed was not returned.

I did not see the mention of "don't send cases". I sent the Tiffany cases with my Tiffany glasses and you kept them and sent me generic Lensabl cases. I am NOT happy about that!
I placed my order Sept 2 and didn't receive the glasses back until Oct 17. Part of it was my fault - I shipped the box to our old address. I contacted CS and they sent out a new box to the right address away. It was easy and fast to get my new box. I believe you received my glasses around Sept 20. I kept checking how long it was to process my glasses and it kept saying it would ship in 6 days. I know due to COVID that things are slower to I let it be. But sometime in Oct it seemed way too long. I emailed and found out that there was a quality issue with my glasses. This is were I feel like you dropped the ball - I wish I would have received an email saying exactly that there was a quality issue and things would have been delayed (and would be another 6+ days...). I didn't really like that I figured this out by contacting customer service - all while the dashboard for my order was saying it would ship/process in 6 days. I've used you before and it was great and I will probably use you again... I am just disappointed with the lack of communication with the quality issue and wish the dashboard reflected the correct processing time.
All good but trifocal is too distracting and in the way of total vision. It is actually not needed and the lenses would have worked if only bi focal. Too bad.
I normally have a great experience with you guys I guess you couldn't put the lenses in this time but I still haven't received my refund after receiving my frames back
Mailed them my frames, took about a week for them to make the lenses, and the quality is excellent - will def. Use them in the future for all my glasses.
