Not correct prescription

I'm not sure if my doctor gave me the wrong prescription or if Lensabl messed it up but these are supposed to be computer glasses and I can't see more than 10 inches away from my face in them.

Mostly good

Submitting info on-line was well laid out
Price was more than fair- progressive sunglasses
Took what I think was a rather long time to get glasses back- almost 4 weeks(might have something to do with holidays/end of year/C-19)
Disappointed the glass case I sent was not returned-it's pretty much sized for my frames

Will likely use again, as I can purchase unique frames from other sources and have lenses put in

Personal Attention at it's Best!

At last I found a service that would fill my prescription using my own favorite frame. This frame is a designer, gold-filled frame. Although brand is not listed as OK on website, Customer Reps accepted pics of frame and approved it for placing an order.
I opted going first class with Transitions. Unfamiliar with technical jargon I used item price as indicative of features and quality. Every option offered as addition to basics, was selected.
I am amazed at personal attention rendered by corporate staff during entire production process. This included multiple contacts, including online ‘live' to determine pupil centering. Dispensing accuracy, it appears, is more important than delays resulting from vendor/customer interaction.
Some options selected turned out to be impractical considering high power of my prescription. Staff recommended alternatives, along with pros and cons of such substitution. Eventually, my total order cost exceeded the initial, pre-paid estimate. However, I was not charged for resulting, additional cost.

First time: Excellent fit. Can't say more. Following delivery of completed order staff offers assurance of follow up in case of problems
Yes, after receipt of completed order, lens accuracy was verified by prescription dispensing optician. Fitment adjustments were minimal. An excellent experience!
Caveat: Like anything else, allow a day or two to completely adjust to a new pair of glasses.

You can't cancel or modify your order after you place it. I've been waiting for over a week to hear back from their EMAIL ONLY support (if it even exists) to find out when I might receive my refund which has now been 2.5 weeks since they initially responded and said my order was cancelled.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, is what everyone should do with Lensabl.

Excellent clarity.

These lens are very clear and focused, that is the only good thing. I actually feel like it would have been alot better to find a local lens replacement. After having to go to an Optician and get a PD Measurement done and emal it to the company, It took almost a 6 weeks to get my glasses back from the lab. When they came back packaged and insured inside a wonderfully structred blue box, with a new white glasses case of a triangular shape, and I inspected them, I found small damage spots that weren't there before shipping. Along with the lenses not quite being fitted properly, but only well enough to not outright notice. A small overlap on top of lenses to frame. They serve the vision purpose, but I will never use this service ever again, and wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

The glasses turned out fine but it took nearly 7 weeks for them to send them, with zero communication on their part, and only extremely vague excuses when I questioned them.
