The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. My glasses were never made correctly. My original order was incorrect so I had my script checked and my optometrist checked also checked my glasses form Lensable. She said the lenses were not correctly made. It's like they used someone else's prescription - TWICE! In between, it took a week, at least, for every replay to my inquiries. Very slow service. Finally, they refused to refund my money. IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
I ordered two glasses got one wrote a message to customer service and they aren't available on weekends also the glasses went down thirty dollars in the week since I ordered

The two progressive lenses installed on the two frames I sent in are both WORTHLESS! Both are not focused and I can barely see making it WORTHLESS! Glasses as delivered are not usable. One pair of glasses was delivered with a lens that had fallen out. The other pair the prescription was too high in the frame.

I do NOT recommend Lensabl and would give them a negative star. I went to Lensabl to use my old frame that I liked. I have worn glasses for years and yet they managed to fill the wrong prescription for the first time ever, causing me to throw away $146 in this day and age of high inflation. This cost was for new glasses using my frames.
They give you an "option" of entering your prescription or uploading it. I entered it and then uploaded the prescription. When the glasses arrived they were wrong prescription making me dizzy. So I called and told them and they claim I entered it wrong and couple of - negatives should have been + positives. I believe I entered them correctly and no reason to believe I did it wrong. Why would they even give you an "option"? They offered me a one time 30% discount to place a new order which is bad and why would I even trust them again. Would you pay them again? I offered $50 just to get it done but they said no.
So I ended up throwing away the glasses and $146. Up to you if you want to take a chance on them but I won't ever again and won't recommend them to my family and friends. There are so many other online or in person stores to choose from with better and lower prices and options. Their transition lenses weren't good either and didn't change like my old glasses.

Took less than two weeks to receive my frames, process them and return the frames back. I was able to log in and check the status of the frames and it was not expensive.
It's easy to put in your rx. I like that a prepaid label is emailed to you, so you can mail your frames to have the lenses replaced. The replacement lenses are great. But the nose pads are cockeyed.
I love lensabl because I can avoid the overpriced glasses at the doctor. Find the frames you want on ebay and you can get glasses at a quarter of the price vs the Dr's office.
My experience was very bad with lensabl and had very frustrating experience. They delayed my lens production for 10 day with no updates. Customer service is also very bad

I ordered frames online and they didn't fit my liking. I searched online and found you guys. I read the reviews, the rest is history. I have a picky taste and you guys satisfied that.
I waited for two weeks for my BOSE TENOR FRAMES to be returned with my new prescription and all I received was a pair of used lenses, no frames just a pair of used lens. I want my Bose Tenor frames returned.

It took over a month and a half to get my lenses. There was a constant poor communication from the team on my lenses. Initially I had requested a box be sent to me so I could send my glasses in after multiple weeks of not receiving the box I finally sent my glasses in with a box I procured myself. The excuse was that usps was behind however when I used usps it was there within a day and a half which means that your end was incompetent and pathetic in its excuse. I had provided my pupillary distance when I placed my order using the app from lensabl but yet a month and a half later when my frames were with lensabl I received one email indicating that they needed my pupillary distance to high I thought was odd since I had taken multiple photos earlier. When I reached out a week later they stated that I needed to provide the measurement still. I used a third party app because lensabl is obviously incompetent and unable to use the resources they provide the customer. Once I received the frames with the lenses there is a gap which shows that they do not care about their customers and will process orders without quality assurance. I paid 200 for these lenses and I am extremely disappointed. I will encourage others to NEVER use lensabl.

Ordering: easy to set up with small hurdles, pick up box came quickly super easy. I entered in my prescription and uploaded a picture of it along with PD value. Was notified later that the prescription for the order was incomplete. It turned out that the webpage was not recognizing the PD value so I emailed support and received a very quick response saying the issue was taken care of. Glasses were complete and mailed out soon after.
Now the bad news: I suspect in an effort to refit the lenses the technician bent the metal hinges outward or the plastic frames themselves (didn't know that was possible). When I put the glasses on they no longer had any tension to keep them on my face. So yes, I spent >$70 to get a pair of glasses I can't use. I theorize this may not be an issue with metal frames that can be bent back but the lack of attention to detail to me suggests this is still somewhat an amateur operation rather than a full-fledged professional one. Consider that at the price I paid I paid 50% the price of a brand new pair of Warby Parkers (I don't have vision insurance).
Take away: don't use this service for plastic frames. If you have any doubts just go Warby Parker and get a brand new pair.

Level 3 shade is much lighter than expected. Oakley lenses are a different shape than OEM. Paid for rolled and polished edges, and they don't look polished, they look sanded.
I am highly satisfied with the way the glasses look; they are beautiful and arrived thoughtfully packaged. Get ready for the outpour of compliments as these glasses are truly one of a kind.
The customer service experience was average—it was initially a little difficult to find the right email to contact. I reached out because the process was taking over a month when the website said that the glasses typically ship within 6 days—so I was confused. But once I got in contact with a representative the glasses were shipped out and received immediately .
