Had a good experience with the last few orders in the past year. This time was a disaster. After 7 weeks of frustration, I finally got my glasses back yesterday. They had black pen marks all over the lenses that took some time to remove. Still not even sure if they are correct, but at this point, I am done with working with you guys.

Overall made the experience easy to navigate, but when I excitedly went to open my box and find my new glasses, there was a frame that I didn't order and my order was nowhere to be found. Definitely get points for presentation and ease of ordering, but disappointing to get the wrong order delivered and hoping fixing it is straightforward.
It took two months... finally got my glasses. First pair had numbers etched in the middle of the lens. I sent the glasses back but it took sooo long for my new glasses, every time I inquired about them they apparently failed QC.
I would like to start this review by saying I was over the moon excited when I heard about Lensabl. As someone who wears glasses and contacts, I thought Lensable couldn't be beaten: fast shipping options, quick turnaround, affordable prices. However, after placing my order on April 26th, troubles quickly abound. After about a week and several attempts to get in touch with Lensabl regarding the worrisome timeline I was given, they sent me an email informing me that they couldn't fulfil my contact order. They refused to fulfil an order for Acuvue Oasis 2-week contacts since my optometrist recommended Acuvue Oasis daily contacts. After receiving an email from my optometrist that night and forwarding it to Lensable, it took them 7 days to let me know that they needed an updated RX and that an email from my optometrist would not suffice. I eventually gave up on the contact order due to the lack of communication on Lensabls end and asked for a full refund. Jove granted my request but failed to acknowledge the order on my glasses. I paid for overnight shipping but was later made aware that due to a glitch in the system, they would be shipped via ground shipping. I thought, ok, at least everything will go smoothly from here. But no. After receiving my glasses, I quickly realized why the pricing is so affordable; you really do get what you pay for. The lenses in my glasses simply do not fit. When snapped into place, they pop right back out. Basically lodged into place, with a headache-inducing distortion in the lenses. So, I emailed them yet again. I understand it was Friday, however, being on the East Coast Time, I would assume that the 3 hour time difference would allow them plenty of time to get back to me, either that day or Monday, when they supposedly resume business hours. I am now, sitting at my desk at 12:33 am on May 18th. No emails back from Lensabl, a pair of glasses that make it harder to see, and certainly no contacts.
Lenses turned out ok but I lost all the accessories to my new razer glasses. Most importantly the charger. After reviewing the shipping label it does say on the last line not to include anything but the glasses, however it was too little too late. It would be nice if they made that part in larger font or something for people like me who don't pay the best attention. Or ask if we would like it back upon arrival for an extra shipping fee. The lenses also took longer to make than expected, but not the worst wait I've ever had for glasses.
I received my glasses today and I am beyond thrilled. I had a pair on vintage Chanel frames and I had problems finding a lab that would put prescription lenses in them. Super happy with my experience

This process was so simply and saved me over $100! I simply sent in my glasses and waited a short while, got them back in the mail in a cute collapsible case and even got a cleaning kit! Love what this company does!

I paid over $400 dollars for new lenses and it took ca. 5 weeks to get my glasses back. In the meantime, every-time I emailed Lensabl I got back a form letter. I will never use them again... its quicker and cheaper to go to my local optometrist.

I had ordered a pair of glasses in January and had an excellent experience, and the value is evident. I needed contacts, so I decided to give Lensable a shot. Great pricing and quick delivery made it a no brainer.
I need the bi-focal Lens. It is why I ordered the glasses. It was apart of the prescription and order I sent in. I opened the glasses last night there is no bi-focal as apart of the lens. I need help correcting the issue. I get daily adds from Lensabl but it is a Mystery of how I contact Lensable and speak to someone about the issue and get it corrected

I ordered two glasses got one wrote a message to customer service and they aren't available on weekends also the glasses went down thirty dollars in the week since I ordered
This is the second time I've used Lensabl. The first time was great - easy process and quick turnaround. This second time, not so much. Lensabl needs to improve their communication processes. First, I wasn't alerted that there was missing information from my order. It wasn't until I logged on to their site (after a week was already lost) that I realized I needed to take additional pictures. After that, weeks went by with no update on my order. After a back and forth with a customer agent I was told that they had to get more work done because they failed a quality check. At this point, it had been 6 weeks since I had sent my glasses in. This frustration could be easily remediated if the status on the customer portal was more detailed. Showing "in the lab" for weeks on end doesn't provide any confidence that my glasses are being worked on or an indication on when I could expect them back. Additionally, if a pair of glasses doesn't pass quality control, then an automated notification should be sent to the customer to alert us to the delay.

Glasses as expected, mounted on Bose frames, everything OK, it took two weeks longer than expected. I will use Lensabl again. Great value.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
