The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
The quality of the glasses seem good. Yet, they did a poor job on the schedule and communications. The estimates of the times were inaccurate and they constantly gave me inaccurate updates.
The experience was fine however the lenses are not. I have to send them back. The reading and distance are not my prescription. Please send me a label so I can send them back

I was satisfied with lenses; however, the one star review is because of the time it took to receive my glasses back. It took approximately 7 weeks to receive my glasses. Very disappointing.

It took way to long to complete order and no communication during the wait. It took three times longer to get them than it took to get new glasses from Warby Parker.

I don't doubt that some people get some type of product or service from this company that helps them. They have been an absolutely nightmare for me. I placed an order for three separate products the same day. Each of them have had significant problems after almost 6 months. Order 1 was for a pair of dark lenses for a Oakley frames. I have never received them. They don't acknowledge this... nothing. Order 2 was for a pair of clear lenses for Oakley frame. They first sent lenses that weren't even close to fitting the frames. Then I have to send my original lenses and frames back to them for another 2 months while they work on it again. They finally got this to me after 5 months. Third order is the worst! I order a pair of glasses with dark prescription lenses. I get these fairly quickly for LENSABL (3 months.) They look fine, but my eyes are always feeling weird when I wear them outside. I finally realize after a couple months that one of the lenses is normal (like I ordered) and the other is a transition lense (which means it gets MUCH darker when I'm outside than the other lens.) LENSABLE will not respond to me. I have left dozens of messages for their customer service OVER MONTHS and they will not respond.
Got my order wrong, I told you that I got my order wrong, and then the replacement pair got lost in the mail. You made me eat that cost, even though the initial mistake was yours. Trash.

I've used other online vendors for prescription glasses and Lensabl is by far my favorite. The prices are good, the process is easy and the glasses are great!
Jove was very responsive - got 1-day shipment -- BUT - when I opened the box - it was just the lens. I sent my Bose Tempo frames to have the lens installed. Still do not have my bose tempo frames.

Sent new frames for prescription lenses.
They seemed fine, but after some weeks a lense fell out of frame.
I returned them and when I got them back the right lense was not secure in frame; it rocked a bit. (They had not rocked when I first got them back.)
So i sent them back at my expense... But this time THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING and glasses were in same condition as i had sent them, lense rocking in frame. NO OLD LENSES WERE INCLUDED in this return shipment, meaning they had not replaced it AT ALL.
They could not have inspected these glasses before shipping, or they would have easily detected the same problem had not been addresed.
I want my money back at this point but was told no. So goodbye Lensabl.

Trying to get prescription lenses on your website was very confusing and caused a delayof 2 months trying to get my glasses. I'll be looking for a different company next time my subscription changes.

The glasses are great! Came with a cleaning kit and a nice case, but one of the nosepieces was just loose in the container without a screw, and no additional screws to attach it.
I sent in a pair of my brand new Razer Anzu smart glasses and Lensabl put my prescription lenses in them and had them back to me within a week. 10/10 will use again.
I was a little nervous that you wouldn't have all the configurations to make my progressives work but somehow you made it work! And I never sent a photo of me in the frames!
The original lenses I received were not the correct power. I sent them back for inspection and recently received them back with the correct power and they are perfect
Ordered blue light blocking lenses, the ordering process was quick and easy, shipping was quick and easy, and the final product is crystal clear. Love my new lenses.
Difficult to process order, and you said you didn't get prescription, and images, when you did, and finally said you did.
And the glasses don't work. Most importantly.
I ordered reading glass lenses with the same magnification that the reading glasses I buy from the drug store. The lenses I received have No magnification.
I must say that I am very pleased with the completion of my glasses. Rimless glasses are typically tough to change out the lenses, you made a believer out of me. Will use Lenabsl again.

I sent my glasses in on June3, I received an email a couple weeks later confirming the style of my frames saying they are ready to send out. A week went by and I never got a shipping notification so I reached out, they said they had a problem with the lens on inspection so they were fixing it and sending them out. A few weeks went by with no update so I reached out, the responding by saying they had broken my frames and I was to pick a new pair or if I had the receipt they would reimburse me (I did not have a receipt). We could not find my original frames so the had me pick out new ones, after some time, I asked for an update and they said oh sorry we can't get you those ones, pick another. So I picked another, I was told they could get those ones and they would send them out ASAP. On Aug 17, I finally received a packaged from them, they are my original frames! This company has extremely poor customer service and I think they are also completely dishonest. I would never recommend of use them again.
My 2nd pair of SLYK shades being made with my prescription from lensabl. I just need to get used to them! My 1st pair that I've had for 4 years are still going strong!
