Eyeglass drama

The good:
Easy to order
Nice web site
Prepaid shipping both to and from me
You make nearly perfect lenses (at least both of mine are)
You generously reimbursed me for a broken frame

The bad:
You broke my frame
You refused to answer very simple email questions for several weeks
Most of my email questions took nearly a week before I received a response
You made bifocals instead of trifocals as specified on the order (this took nearly one month to resolve)
Total time from when I sent my old frame in for new lenses until I received the replacement new frame with the correct lenses: more than 4 months! Completely unacceptable. Good thing I had other eyeglasses to wear.

Easy Process- No Hassle

I sent in my goggles to have them change the lenses to prescription. Sent in my glasses with their prepaid label, filled out the lens information and uploaded my prescription. Got my lenses back in a brand new case with a cleaning kit as well. Loved the process, couldn't have been easier.

This order response is admittedly unusual for Lensabl. Previous orders were accurate and timely on delivery. One offer was sent to me with the wrong frames and had to be returned. Still have not received the frames I provided with the appropriate lens script. The second order has been returned in good order but the time from submission to return was unusually long. Perhaps it is all covid related but I will have to consider using them again and/or recommending their service.

Fast To Turnaround!

I sent in a pair of my brand new Razer Anzu smart glasses and Lensabl put my prescription lenses in them and had them back to me within a week. 10/10 will use again.

So happy,

My Rx has changed each appointment over the last six years. I have favorite, comfortable frames ( they hide my circles) but the lenses are outdated. I was skeptical about a mail away/ internet company but everything was excellent, from mailing the frames, loading info on computer, to good turnaround time. I estimate with my lenses Rx I saved AT LEAST $300 on just the lenses

So slow.

It took around a month for me to get my glasses back. Very unsatisfactory. The lenses were fine once I did get them back but I see absolutely no reason why I should use Lensabl again. Save yourself some time and headache and use a local shop for lenses.

Poor fit of lens in frame.

Online ordering was pretty easy. The support staff are responsive. Very hard to track orders and the order took much longer than anticipated. Biggest pet peeve is that they kept my lovely Kate Spade case and replaced it with a very ugly (and huge) Lensabl case.

A zero rating for your company

After weeks of searching on-line for just the right prescription, polarized sunglasses, I ordered them from your company. I was thrilled when they finally arrived yesterday- until I put on my new sunglasses. The distortion of my vision is hard to describe and they are not usable. Also, two loose lens fell out of the case along with the glasses. What on earth I should do with them, I do not know. They are marked as polarized lens which makes me think the lens in my glasses are not polarized.
I emailed your company immediately insisting on instruction on how to return this product and I expect a full refund. I will never do any business with your company again. I am sick to know I spent $266 on a product I need but cannot use.

No UPDATE at all.

0 stars! Placed an order, sent in the frames. Sent a message to customer service inquiring about the difference between the coating I purchased and other ones available. After which decided to just went ahead with the original order. 10 days of waiting, no updates so I decided to ask for the status of my lenses. When customer service answered back, they said that it was put on hold because of my previous correspondence to "change" my order. Complete nonesense. If I didnt even contacted to get an update, no one would even let me know that my order was placed on hold even though I didnt give any specific instructions to change anything for it to be placed on hold. The is just completely unacceptable. Total waste of time for the glasses to come in.

Perfection!

This is my second time using Lensabl. Once again they are quick, courteous with updates and their final product is always perfect! I appreciate you guys so much, not just because of the value, but for the fact that I can keep frames that fit me perfectly for as long as they hold up. Very Happy Re- lense

Great Customer Service

I sent two glasses to Lensabl to have lenses replaced. The only delay was a result of emails from Lensabl being filtered into my spam mailbox causing a delay in my response time to them. There was a little hiccup with one of the pairs of glasses but the team was really communicative with me and kept me aware of what was happening and fully resolved the issues. I had my glasses back quickly and they are working really well. One small note is that I didn't notice the language about sending them in the case. The cases I sent my glasses in were replaced with new Lensabl ones (that are nicer than the ones I sent the glasses in), but I wish I had known those would not come back to me when I sent them in.

Fantastic! Couldn't be happier!

I was a bit concerned when ordering prescription lens for my Bose Rondo sunglasses, but as it turns out I had nothing to worry about. The service all along was fantastic and personal, and when the sunglasses arrived with the new lens I was over-the-top satisfied! The lenses were perfect! -- as clear as my normal prescription glasses. I put them on and immediately went for a hike in our local Colorado mountains. This is a trail I hike nearly every day, but on this day the view was breathtakingly invigorating. All thanks to my new lens from Lensal!

Wowie Zowie these guys are AMAZING! SOO fast! Soo good! I never write reviews anymore cause screw that noise but WOWIE ZOWIE! I am thoroughly impressed! I am a nurse battling a pandemic with many other first responders. When I wear my glasses, they are easily knocked askew with the PPE I must wear for protection. I purchased a pair of goggles to wear for protection but they don't fit over the glasses and would not fit inside the PPE even if they did. I decided to have my prescription lenses placed in the goggles. Thank you Lensabl! They fit perfectly, protect my eyes from droplet contaminants and fit inside the CAPR helmet that I must wear to take care of isolated patients. Kudos! And thank you!
