What an easy to use and efficient service. I have a complicated prescription but Lensabl got it right there first time with minimal follow up questions. 10/10. I am grateful friends recommended me to you.
The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
No real updates, it takes much longer than their posted guidelines, I would go with other options. Very disappointed in their customer service
It took forever, and the lenses you sent me see the wrong size. I am demanding a refund or an actual fix

The whole process was so quick and easy, they kept me informed about timelines and process throughout, and it's GREAT quality for great prices. What more could you want?!
Customer service was poor, communication almost non-existent. When I finally received my glasses... I can't see to work at the computer!
Tip for consumers:
They do not inform you of there are problems with your order and your glasses have to be remade. So you just wait and wait...

Lensabl is one of very few Bose partners to equip Bose frames with presc. Lenses. The website allows for detailed configuration and the chat boosts the customer experience by direct (not a robot!) human answer. The ability for direct conversation was a key differentiator for the buy decision towards Lensabl and accelerated the custom order of lenses only (no frames needed). Order was place on Dec. 23rd '20, shipping on Feb. 5th '21 and pack received in Germany on March 10th '21 with tracking by USPS. It is worth noting that Lensabl made an exception to shipping outside of the U.S. The lens quality in material, crafting and packing is outstanding, perfect condition. The lenses require a very gentle but firm hand to snap into the frames. They are made to fit perfectly tight. Packaging includes a nice leather frame box and cleaning kit. Payment was clear and instant using Paypal. Very attractive discount was applied, so the effective price point is very competitive. Custom orders do need time to process and - given the manufacturing process of curved lenses for Bose tempo (close to impossible) with transition vantage - the order completion time is very acceptable. 100% happy German customer and many thanks to Megan, Rhinna, Jayme, Ann and all the folks on the team for making this possible. Expect more intl. Orders to come as Bose doesn't seem to have a lens partner in Germany.
This is the second time I've used Lensabl. The first time was great - easy process and quick turnaround. This second time, not so much. Lensabl needs to improve their communication processes. First, I wasn't alerted that there was missing information from my order. It wasn't until I logged on to their site (after a week was already lost) that I realized I needed to take additional pictures. After that, weeks went by with no update on my order. After a back and forth with a customer agent I was told that they had to get more work done because they failed a quality check. At this point, it had been 6 weeks since I had sent my glasses in. This frustration could be easily remediated if the status on the customer portal was more detailed. Showing "in the lab" for weeks on end doesn't provide any confidence that my glasses are being worked on or an indication on when I could expect them back. Additionally, if a pair of glasses doesn't pass quality control, then an automated notification should be sent to the customer to alert us to the delay.
Irritating to contact customer support only to be given canned answers that don't address the issue. Will not do business with this company again.
Canned responses that didn’t address the problem
Chose Lensabl because of their collab with Goodr
First time ordering lenses on line.
Customer service answers my question with my drill mount frames.
I proceed. I not only fill the online prescription.
I sent in a copy of the prescription with the old lenses still in frame for proper measurements.
I had not been given a return notification.
Sat a pob for several days due to lack of notification.
The prescription was correct
However, the bifocals took up 75% of the lens.
They had not filled the Laden from the lenses sent
Nor did they send my old lenses back which customer service seems to think they do.
After the go round.
The blue light blocker was so bad that when my glasses are on I front of camera or computer all you notice is two blue blades staring back at you.
Sent glasses back for correction
To bring bifocals to correct size glasses were marked.
And to remove the blue blocking glare.
Same thing.
Glasses sent back for correction
They kindly let me know that there would be no charge for the return and the removal of the blue light glare and that they would just do the AR
How kind...
Once again no notice of return. Though now I am waiting for them so.
Bifocals still not correct and now they aree not at a proper distance.
Anti glare... I can see my self from the inside of the glasses vey well.
All and all it took almost 2 months. And they are not what I would get at the optometrist office.
I know since that were I got my second pair done with now problems.

This is my first order with Lensabl. I'm trying them because they seem to offer what I was looking for. But I was sorely disappointed by their product. First of all, they did not true the frame before making the lenses. So the resulting glasses were crooked. It cannot be fixed because I have astigmatism. Rotating the glasses results in a double image.
Secondly, I ordered high-index lenses, so I expect the lenses to be very thin. Not true. I ordered a pair of glasses at the same time with my optometrist, with Essilor Crysal Sappire, Varilux, and Transitions. The glasses from the optometrist were thinner than the Lensabl ones.
Lastly, I ordered blue-light glasses. As they said, their glasses have an amber hue, while my Essilor has a blue hue. I can see that the Lensabl lenses were bluer than my Essilor lenses when looking at a computer screen.
I was excited to use the frame in the office, but now, I'll just stick to the pair from the optometrist. I will never try these online lens replacement companies again. They only give inferior products.
Tip for consumers:
Cannot replace a good optometrist. Don't use any of these lens replacement services.

Frames are of a delicate design... I was informed that they might break, but what did I have to lose? They turned out great!
I have had 3 frames "reglassed" by Lensable... they deliver good value.
Although there was a delay in receiving my glasses, it was WORTH THE WAIT. I needed lenses made for hard to find frames and they nailed it…better than I could ever have expected. I am 100% satisfied!
I had high expectations for my recent lens order/fitting of a new pair of Stoggles safety glass eyewear. After weeks of waiting (the process was stuck at the "applying coatings" phase for several weeks showing "will ship in 5 days") I received my glasses in the mail. I had opted for anti-fogging coating on the inside of the lens and anti-dust and the works on the outside of the lenses. Two minutes into wearing the glasses with my mask on there was condensation on the inside of the lenses literally running down the lens. They looked like I had ran them under water. I cleaned the lenses thoroughly and discovered a small speck in each corner of the lenses. It looked like the lens had been clamped by a pincher or something during the manufacturing process. Not sure if this is common practice but I want a lens that is clear, not with imperfections.
After thoroughly cleaning the lenses (by the way, the inside coating on the lens created a great amount of difficulty in the cleaning process as it caused the cleaning cloth to stick to it for some reason), I did some woodworking. When I was finished kicking up dust I inspected the lenses to find that the inside of the lens was covered in dust (stuck to it) and the outside was fine.
I have contacted Lensabl and am now in the perpetual waiting game of an unreturned email. Overall, these lenses will not perform the function intended and I am out $150...

I recently got LASIK and no longer have use for my prescription glasses, but I love my frames. I'm happy with how my new sunglasses created from my old prescription glasses turned out.
Since I'm apparently hard to shop for, Christmas brought practical gifts. I treated myself to something specialBose sunglasses. I've been in glasses since I was a little kid and had early onset cataracts. Six surgeries later and I was without glasses for five years! Only five years. I love the Bose frames and three weeks after receiving them, I discovered I had to go back into glasses. Imagine my sadness. Enter Lensabl! Through information on the Bose site, I discovered Lensabl! I had already asked local labs to put prescription lenses in the Bose frames. Due to the electronics in the earpieces, no lab locally would help me out. I couldn't ship the glasses to Lensabl fast enough! I got them back this week, and I'm once again enjoying my daily winter walks with musicand crisp vision. I am SO grateful for this company! And considering what prescription sunglasses cost at a local lab, I feel like I'm still money ahead. Bose frames$200, prescription lenses-$100. Good prescription eye protection with the benefit of speakers feeding sound to your ears for $300. Win-win!
So glad to hear you're loving your new Prescription Bose Audio Sunglasses Fran!
Lenses for Bose Glasses: Overly large for Bose Glasses. Slow customer service. After returning first set of lenses because of improper operation along with a prescription, new lenses were made and they still do not work and are unusable. We request a full refund and will return the lenses. We take this matter up with Amazon or Bose if Lensable refuses. Order number paid through amazon is P01-**************. If I do not receive a response within 3 business days, I will turn the matter over to Bose, Amazon and Visa. I bought these as a gift and am very disappointed. Wife Catherine Stryker has been dealing on this issue. The case number is *******. I paid for them by Visa through Amazon Wife's email address is *******@gmail.com. Phone number is *******959. I cannot emphasize enough the slow responses. Can never reach a live person and have to keep calling to get a return call. When a refund was originally requested, we were refused as "we don't give refunds and will remake your lenses." What kind of logic is this? Make another bad set of lenses and cost yourself more money? Lenses are created individually, not an off the shelf item. We are thoroughly disgusted. Thank you for your attention for this matter.
Purchased frames and lenses, after i received them a competitor had the frames on sale, Lensabl offered a price match but took a 15% fee; if I knew this I would've only bought the lenses from them
With aging eyes, I was in shock when my ophthalmologists changed my progressive prescription with added prism adjustments. Less than a year ago I had "invested" more than several thousand dollars in new glasses and sunglasses. I searched the web and found Lensable that offered to update my lenses for less than half of the cost my local optical salon was quoting. I was still nervous about paying upfront and mailing my Tom Ford's trusting that they would come back to me with a prescription that would solve my vision issues. My first wow from Lensable was that the mailing label they gave provided UPS overnight service. I place the glasses in UPS care at 5:00 PM on the East Coast and got a confirmation that they were delivered to Lensable the next morning. Then I was further impressed that their Customer Service team stayed in constant contact with me advising exactly where they were in the course of completing my order. When in less than a week they emailed me a notice of shipment, I receive the package the next morning at 10:00 AM. Drum roll... AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Bye-bye optical salon. Lensabl is on my vision team permanently. Thank you!
INCREDIBLY BAD. I ordered something in late April and didn't get it until late August, by which time I had moved. That's FIVE MONTHS. I asked for a refund, literally for months and months, over and over again, and they just refused. They just kept telling me I'd have my product next week. FOR MONTHS! I spent months assuming that I had simply been defrauded by some kind of fake web site that took my money and just didn't even have a business of any kind. Not only that, since I moved, I also gave this horrible company my new mailing address several weeks ahead of time, not because I thought they were a legitimate business that had any intention of honoring my order at that point, but because I expected that I would have to take them to small claims court, so I wanted a paper trail which showed that I tried to work with them, politely, at every stage in the process (which I did!). When I found out they were actually going to send me my product after all, I was thrilled. But did they use the mailing address that I had given them weeks ago? No. They used the one I had given them MONTHS AGO when I first placed the order. Luckily my old landlord forwarded it on to me. This is the least professional and most disrespectful business I have ever had the misfortune of doing "business" with. In my personal opinion, they should be shut down. The level of incompetence and lazy indifference is just incredible.

Ordering online was super easy. Printed out the shipping label. Got the glasses back within 2 weeks! Also kept me updated every step of the process

What I purchased was replacement lenses for my Rayban Sunglasses. I got prescription lenses with coatings, mirror finish, polarization - everything I could. The product that was given to me was exactly that - they even matched the mirror coating on the lenses to the original coating on the rayban lenses I sent them. I didn't provide a PD but instead did their "take a photo with a credit card next to your face" option and while it's pretty accurate, I think something may be off with mine. When I look through the glasses it takes my eyes a minute to focus - something that doesn't happen with my normal glasses. I'm gonna give it a bit of time to adjust and reach out to Lensabl about it and see what they think. Overall, the product is great and I'm glad I found them. Took almost a month from me sending out the glasses to getting them back.
Service is definitely 3 stars though. The tracking system on the website is less than desirable - it doesn't update as frequently as you think it would which provides inaccurate details about your purchase. For example, there was an issue with my lenses during quality control and they "expedited" a new set to replace the wrong ones. That's great and something I'm very happy about, but I received no notice about it, when I reached out to them about it I didn't get a response until days after and the alert still showed on the tracking page all the way through delivery. This made me very unsure as to whether they actually fixed it or not. Communication with their support team was great overall - they were pleasant and easy to talk to, but it took forever to get responses. I'm a patient and understanding guy, but it was on the long side. When my item was ready to ship, it was in the "Ready to ship" phase until I actually received the item. I got an email with a tracking number and everything, but the portal still said that it was "waiting to ship" - it's since updated, but again isn't very helpful while waiting for the item to be delivered.
Overall a great service and great company to work with, just some wonky things in between that need to be ironed out. I'll still recommend the service and even use them in the future! Thank you for the new sunglasses, Lensabl!
I ordered new lenses for my glasses on September 3rd & went my glasses the same day priority mail. It's now the 22nd & they haven't even finished them yet! I had to reach out to customer service through chat bc there's no way to call since it said they were in final inspection then all of a sudden jumped back to being at production in the lab. You can't call them so only way is through chat where they tell me they were rejected at final inspection. Now even since they restarted it's taking a super long time. It's Tuesday & been saying applying coatings since last Friday. I reached out to customer service again & ask what the delay is & they email me telling me that they were rejected at inspection & had to be restarted! I already knew this! That's the first thing I told them bc I already talked to customer services before! Can't even answer my question as to why they've been saying est time till shipping has been 5 days & stuck on applying coatings for the past 5 days! Anyways they claim the glasses will be shipped in 1-2 business days... we will see. Will update based on ifthey actually stick to what they are saying now & if lenses aren't actually correct..

After scouring the internet to find a custom prescription fitting for my sunglasses I came across Lensabl.com, they promised a custom prescription fit on just about any existing frame in around two weeks. Seeing as I needed to replace my existing glasses I decided to give them a shot. The lens customization options were vast for any kind of fit/lifestyle, so it was extremely easy to order my optimal pair of lenses!. After submitting my OCH photo I realized I had sent the wrong image, so I contacted support about updating it and it was corrected by the next day! My order did take a little longer than the two week time frame the website claims, being closer to three weeks but I had nothing but time and was in no real rush to have my new pair. Especially if it meant the quality would make up for it, AND MAKE UP FOR IT THEY DID. These Transition lenses are not only capable of getting darker than my previous "Premium" lenses but come with scratch resistant coatings, UV filters, and is anti- reflective all by default. All things I had to pay additional for with my old pair. And at a much cheaper price too! With all of it said and done, I paid SIGNIFICANTLY LESS for higher quality lenses. I really don't think I'll be going anywhere else for lenses!
I am sincerely unhappy with my experience.
-The customer service was incredibly poor.
-I was not allowed a full refund, even though the website states I should have and I requested it within 1 day of purchase.
-My glasses showed up 6 weeks after ordering, even though I ordered overnight shipping.
-My glasses do not accurately reflect my prescription.
I purchased two prescription sunglasses on December 15th for overnight delivery, but they still showed "arrived at lab" December 16th after ordering them.
I reached out for cancellation and was told they only refund partial purchase cost and that ordering take 4-7 business days plus shipping. The homepage did not reflect the 4-7 day ordering timeline or the partial refund. The website specifically states "if we have not yet shipped the first box to you, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase."
I paid for overnight shipping on December 15th, and my glasses didn't arrive until 6 weeks later.
My glasses do not accurately reflect my prescription.
Got prescription lenses in my Stoggles. Was super easy to be able to upload the photo of myself to calculate the pupil measurements. Super high quality lenses, reasonably fast delivery.
Smooth as silk. Easy to follow procedures for insuring a perfect fit. Fast, great case! Glasses are perfect.
