The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
After MONTHS of arguing, i had no choice but accept me brand new rayban wayfarers with scratched and damaged frames FROM LENSABL having issues getting the lenses out on top of crappy vision/perscription attempt. There are services who garantee their work if you arent happy. Lensabl claims they back their work, but then have no intention of follow through. I am unhappy with the amount of time, with the customer service, the price was outrageous, and my lenses are incorrect...but my $150 wayfarers were brand new, unworn. They had major scratches and GAUGES around the lense track because they clearly had trouble removing the lense...the completely ignored my claim and never replied about it. So i paid 150 for new frames and FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to have lenses put in that DO NOT allow me to see better, and have them RUIN a pair of brand new frames...OUT OF POCKET! I AM FURIOUS THAT I HAVE TO EAT IT...BYT WHAT CAN I DO?...NOTHING! DO NOT USE LENSABL...RUDY SHOULD BE FIRED!
Not only did I get my lenses replaced, I got ALL new cases (4) and lens cleaner. I've been telling anyone that will listen how great lensabl is.
I find no difference in price when I went to put order via local shops in walmart, pc penny, my eye dr etc. Why?

I saw this company on Facebook, and figured I would give it a shot since I already have beautiful frames. It was easy enough to place the order and get the prepaid shipping box to send the frames. I did receive notification that the frames were received. That is where everything fell apart. Several days after (when I was expecting my glasses back already) I received an email asking for my PD measurement. Something I already provided when I put in the order. I placed an order for the very best lenses. Almost $400 for single vision, and they seemed to get lost with no communication. I finally wrote in after a couple of weeks, only to be told that my lenses failed inspection and had to be remade. Only 4 to 5 more business days (I really need glasses!). After a longer period than that with no communication, I wrote again. Lensabl is NOT quick getting back to you. I received the same message. In the meantime, I saw another online eyeglass company offer a free pair. I ordered those, and paid only $30 for a complete pair of glasses with coatings and everything and received them in THREE days.
For all the trouble and worry, the only thing Lensabl did was upgrade shipping when they were finally ready. I purposely didn't order anything that said it took extra time, such as mirrored finish Transitions. I finally received them yesterday and honestly they are nothing great. The lenses are the same quality as the pair of glasses I bought for $30. Definitely not worth the $400.
Poor communication and a just ok product, and absolutely no customer service. I feel like these lenses should be free after all the aggravation I had. All in all, a truly bad experience.

I sent the glasses in to Lensabl on the 9th of October, they were received on October 13th and showed the 6 days to complete. After 8 days I contacted the company to find out that they could not insert the type of lens I ordered and had to use a different one and it would cost an additional $30 (No one bothered to contact me to tell me this). I told them to go ahead and charge me and please put a rush on the order. I paid the $30 the same day and after another 7 days I kept noticing there was no progression on the lens, kept showing 6 days to completion. Contacted them again after another 8 days asking why aren't the lens being done, they said they had not heard back from me, fortunately I kept the email string to show we had talked and the payment was made the same day, I asked again could they rush the order since so much time had already passed. Another 6 days passed with a status on my lens still showing 6 days and I contacted them again and request to rush the order, I was told there were layers of checks that the lab had to go through. I finally received my glasses November 12th. When I received my glasses, they kept my lens that came out the glasses which are replacement sunglasses lens. I'm done with this company. Beyond all this, I used a Groupon but could not use the 15% at the same time which they offered me. I only used this company because Bose recommended them for prescription lens for their Tempo glasses.
I had my own frames, sent them in with a prepaid over night label and have them overnighted back to me within 8 days. Phenomenal!
Bc they would cut lenses fast even if I provided my own frames.

Took a long time to receive my glasses but if you are not in a rush the glasses turned out great. Price was awesome.
So, I went to my local optometrist (I live on an island in the Pacific NW, so slim pickings) and, while he has all the bells and whistles, my most recent prescription from him was terrible. My vision was doubling, and I couldn't even read my Kindle books. So, I started using my previous glasses that I got in Mexico (I live there 5 months in the winter) and they were obviously the prescription I needed. I decided to send my glasses to you with my "old" prescription from Mexico because, obviously, I PAID for those frames/lenses on our island, and they didn't work for me. You made new lenses with my recent frames based on my prescription from Mexico, and THEY ARE PERFECT.
It took a bit longer than I thought, but you emailed me saying the ones you were going to send didn't meet your standards and you needed to re-do them. Since I already had my old glasses I wasn't worried.
I am beyond happy with my frames and my lenses from you. I was a bit apprehensive about doing this online, but I already had a pair of glasses that worked so it wasn't like I'd be hurting (except for the $$$ I paid for my new lenses on island…which didn't work).
So, I got new lenses on a frame I liked, and you were able to make my lenses as they should have been. Not to mention you were half the price of my local optometrist's frames/lenses.
I will keep going to my Mexican optometrist for prescription lenses (he's old school) but I will have them made in the future by Lensabl.
