The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
I had never used online to purchase my glasses but recently somone sugessted I try. I wanted to use my own frames so I googled someone who would let me do that and I found Lensable. THe review were good so I thought I would try. YOu sent me a box for my frames and I just got the completed glases to day. All I can say is "awsome". These are really great and done perfect. I was even able to upload the bill to my insuance company and the paid 100%. This experince was the best. I wold definatly use Lesable again and I am going to recomend to anyone who wants to save money and get great glasses. Thank you!
The website has many bugs that will affect your order placement—like fields not appearing or files not uploading when you think they did. Once your order is placed, the customer service is horrible. They write back with prewritten messages and rarely do they actually read your emails and answer questions. They take at least a month to make your lenses (not a week), and when they arrive, they are horrible. They are like toy lenses. And I paid for the upgrade. Their customer service does not respond within 24 hours and they do not have a phone number to work out any issues you may have. Don't waste your money on the "Lensabl+ Membership", it's a way for them to get you in and feel committed to them.
I'm in the process of working with my credit card to get all my money back. If I was ordering a custom t-shirt or hat, that's one thing, but these are glasses. I use them to see. When they are delayed and arrived all wrong, it's not good at all. And the fact that there's no one to call, it's just unethical.
After threatening to call my credit cards to file claims they agreed to call. They called. But their calls went straight to voicemail because when they call they called from a "No Caller ID" number. Really? You have $400 worth of my property (frames) and have taken some $500 from me in credit cards and you can't give me a number to call you back?
They claim the lenses took month because they had to re-make them 3 times. Really? Isn't that costly? In other reviews, I've seen this is common for them. So, wasting supplies, wasting labor, delays, and unhappy customers. Their business model cannot survive. I don't see them staying in business for very long. Don't do business with these people.

A few months back I ordered a set of lenses with edge polish. When I received them, they did not have the high luster polish that I always get. In our communication back and forth I was told several things, first that they were polished, but it was a satin polish. When I asked for a credit since that was not what I ordered and paid for, I was told that the satin polish was a standard courtesy for high index lenses. "Courtesy" means no charge, which made it worse because I paid for this. Then I was told that it was my fault for not telling the lab that I wanted a high luster polish. The problem with that is the online order form does not mention types of polish, and unless an update has been made to the website, neither is there any mention of types of polish anywhere on the site. At that point I posted a negative review. Lensabl responded by asking me to contact them. I did and I wish I had not. I received an apology and was asked to return the glasses so the high luster polish could be provided. Lensabl sent me a UPS Next Day label, I sent them back, and the moment they arrived at the dock and were signed for, they "disappeared". And they stayed "lost" for 4 weeks. In my inquiries I was told that the "lab does not have them" which could imply that someone else did have them. I don't know. But they offered to replace the glasses and asked for the web address where I had purchased the frames. I provided it and tracked that vendor's inventory. From what I can tell, Lensabl never purchased the replacement frames. At 4 weeks, I requested an update, and was told my glasses were ready to be sent back to me, and that a tracking number would be provided. The tracking was not provided but they showed up the next day, again by UPS Next Day. And they were my glasses, not a replacement. So, someone had them. Was this negligence or malice? I cannot say. But what I can say is that I will not use this company again, which is disappointing. My previous orders were wonderful. I will add, if it is pertinent, all the previous orders dealt with a lab in California; this order went to a lab in Colorado. I don't know if the company has moved or is working with more than one lab. It was very disappointing, and I am not a fan of heartburn!
I sent in a pair of stoggles to be fitted with sunglasses lenses and they returned quickly and were just what I was looking for!
It seem like the process took longer than expected but that's OK I'm more concerned about the fact that my frames were returned to me scratched!
I got the wrong prescription for farsighted and I am near sighted, Support is not professional at all

Little complicated it you are not tech knowledgeable. My bows on my Versace were bent when I received them back, working on straighten so I can wear.
My experience this time was not great. It took almost 8 weeks to receive my order which is unexceptionable. I will not be using this company again.
This was my second time ordering from Lensabl. I'm loving both orders I had with them and the service are excellent. I received my order on time.
I messed up my prescription and they replaced my lenses for free. That's great customer service! I will order from Lensabl again.
