The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. These lenses were crystal clear and exactly my prescription! I got them put in Stoggles and haven't tried them at work yet, but I am excited to!
Got the glasses looks all nice and clear but after one week only the one of the lenses popped out on its on, bad installation.

Glasses have a small blemish on left lens. I can live with it since if i complain, i wont see my glasses for a century.
Took longer than advertised, but very pleased I was able to use older frames. I use Costco for glasses but they don't allow outside frames.
Wanted to use old frames and Costco does will only use the frames THEY sell you.
This is my second time using Lensabl for lens replacement. Great results for a great price, and only keeps my frames for two weeks tops.
Order took over two months I kept emailing them even contemplating canceling the order finally shipped only compensation was over night shipping
I decided to go with Lensabl because I had a nice frame I liked and wanted to get new lenses for. I found Lensabl and thought I'd give them a try, and the whole experience has been beyond disappointing. First, it took a full month between sending in my frames and getting them back. Fine, between supply chain and shipping issues, a little bit of a delay is understandable. But that was the least of my problems. When I finally got my new lenses, the prescription was wrong: the right and left eye prescriptions had been swapped. Additionally, the anit-fog coating from the "Premium Lensabl AR with Anti-Fog" coating I had purchased made cleaning the backside of the lenses nearly impossible. The anti-fog coating is like a lint magnet, attracting lint even from the brand new cleaning cloth that came with my new lenses. I contacted Lensabl and asked for the lenses to be remade, to which they responded by asking me why I thought the Rx was wrong (as if I were too stupid to determine this on my own). But alas, they finally agreed to remake the lenses and remove the anti-fog coating after I obtained proof from my eye doctor that the Rx was wrong. "Great, problem solved!" I thought to myself, but it wasn't solved at all. It once again took a month for me to receive my (remade) lenses. And when I got them, the anti-fog coating had been applied again, once again making it impossible to clean the backside of the lenses. However, what is much more problematic is that the lenses have virtually no anti-reflective property at all. I can clearly see my own eye, crows feet and all reflected in the lenses as I'm wearing the glasses. Furthermore, this time the lenses had black spots on them that are totally resistant to cleaning at all. I've contacted Lensabl for them to remake the lenses again, but at this point I've totally lost hope that I'll get a pair of acceptable lenses. Save your time, money, and energy: get your lenses made at an established and reputable retailer. Lensabl just isn't worth the trouble.
Very simple process. I shipped my frames w/o the he lenses. Received grams with prescription lenses. Love my new prescription sunglasses!

I had trouble with looking to see at what stage my lens were at. However I would email lendable and they would reply to let me know where they were.
Very pleased with my glasses! I Always use lensabl when I need to change my prescription on frames that I have.

I waited months and had to send my glasses back to fix a garbage job. 2nd time I got them my frames were bent and ruined. Don't use this scam place.
Even on delivery day the website still showed 6 days to completion checked with customer service 2-3 times but information did not help much
They tried but did not seem to have good information - finally did at least set up for next day air return

I don't if it 1.67 index or not, but it thick, the last time when I replaced other glasses it thinner
I'm using very understanding about these things, however this experience is been very disappointing. There was some confusion on the website when I was ordering my classes as to what type of prescription lenses would be included with the tenor frames based on website. I was simply ordering the tenor frames with additional cost but the lenses didn't show up. I don't know I was very confused, I had requested lenses the G 15 tinted lenses with polarized coating... And Bose tenor frames that took my total up to over $700. I then found a discount code that allowed me to take $100 off. I was super excited I placed the order and then I waited and waited and waited. As I logged in to check on the prescription sunglasses, it simply said arrived at lab working on your order – this was the status for at least 4 weeks. When I emailed support to check on the status of the order. The next day the glasses shipped. No communication. When they arrived they had clear prescription lenses and no additional documentation about how to get support other than to go to the website. I purchased prescription sunglasses from other vendors and and had a much more positive experience. As soon as the glasses arrived I reached out to support that was yesterday and I still don't have any response. I would like to think that this company will work with me to resolve this issue but based on the communication so far I'm very concerned. Unless Lensabl rectifies this I'm going to have to spread the word about the poor communication and poor service delivery. I understand I'm a consumer I may have made a mistake, but at least we should confirm the final order before stepping or ask questions any doubt I'm extremely disappointed and I'm concerned I may have wasted 600 and some odd dollars on goofy looking regular glasses. (I even purchased the extended warranty!)

Ordered replacement lenses for my Bose sunglasses. Lenses came in but where not trimmed properly and would not fit my frames
Called them on the phone and was told I would have to contact them through e-mail. Sent them an e-mail and got a return e-mail said they would respond in 24 hours. After waiting 96 hours without a reply, I tried contacting several times by phone with no answer. I then called my credit card to reverse the charges, since it seemed that Lensabl was unwilling to address my issue. It was only after I contacted my credit card company that I got a response from Lensabl with return label to return my defective lenses with the promise that they were making new ones. I still have not received the replacement lens.
