What an easy to use and efficient service. I have a complicated prescription but Lensabl got it right there first time with minimal follow up questions. 10/10. I am grateful friends recommended me to you.
The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
I have never ordered glasses on line before. There process was easy and my glasses were perfect when I received them. I ordered only the lenses.
I had a great experience with Lensabl. The glasses I ordered are on par with the pair that came from my eye doctor at a fraction of the price.

Glasses took longer than expected but the lens are great. But I will say the frames were bent I had to adjust them to fit correctly.

I received my glasses. The left Lens works great and right lens does not. I am working with Lensabl to correct the right lens

The ordering process was a bit cumbersome because I could not upload my lense Rx into the site and had to email the script separately.

I sent my frame to Lensabl to replace my clear lenses with colored lenses. I was completely satisfied with the work.

Needed to replace lenses, my local eye dr. Wanted to charge me 480.00, for replacements. So basically I good great quality lenses for half.
I was not notified they were waiting for a prescription. They did not send tracking one I provided that. Terrible customer service

Received my glasses back yesterday & they are horrible. Prescription is incorrect, frames are bent out of shape & screws are missing.
