What an easy to use and efficient service. I have a complicated prescription but Lensabl got it right there first time with minimal follow up questions. 10/10. I am grateful friends recommended me to you.
The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

The customer experience was good. Following the progress on the web needs some desirable upgrades. I contacted customer service to follow up, as my order was taking some time to complete. Found out that they had been completed, but did not pass inspection. They then had to go back to being re-cut and redone. This was never indicated on the website progress status.
Overall good experience. Would liked to have had more updates in process. Thanks! Will use again!
