I have no issues with the lenses provided, but the technician who installed my lenses scratched my designer frames in several places, all visible while I am wearing them. My frames are metal and have a screw to loosen and tighten the sockets, but it looks like the technician tried to wedge the lenses in as thought they were plastic. This visibly damaged the finish exposes the silver metal on my green and black finish 😢

I am still in the process of seeing what Lensabl can do for me, they have offered to replace my frames. I am hopeful all will work out.

I found some super cute frames on popular online marketplace. I took them to a well-known eyeglass chain to get them to replace the frames, they said they could not get the lenses out! Truthfully, they didn't even really try. I looked up Lensabl as an alternative. The reviews weren't great but I was willing to risk it. Very happy with the service.

I sent the frames in myself instead of waiting for Lensabl packaging so can't comment on the time it takes to get the box, then back to the lab but the time between sending them off and receiving them back was about 2 weeks.

Not sure how accurate the order status tracker is on Lensabl account is but it was good for a reference.

I used the chat to ask the status of my order and they were quick to reply.

It took over a month to receive my glasses. I finally received them and unfortunately my prescription wasn't right. There is no bifocal. Progressive. So I can't read with these glasses. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered lenses in june (4 months ago).
They never arrived, it was unclear if I put the city name in wrong.
I kept asking about it and postal service was cryptic and said it was delivered.
I kept asking and Lensabl sent me another pair, 4 months later. I can finally see!

even though situation was $#*!ty, they were nice and honest and prompt.

I used Lensabl to add Transition lenses to my sunglasses, hoping for a versatile pair that adapts to different lighting conditions. Unfortunately, the lenses don't get dark enough, especially in bright sunlight, leaving me squinting more than I'd like. I wish I had gone with regular sunglasses lenses for better protection and comfort. A bit disappointing for what I was hoping to achieve.

Glasses are great. The glasses took a long time to be delivered. After contacting them they said they did not receive the shipment of frames on time, would of been nice if they would of informed me they were waiting for the shipment of frames instead of me having to contact them.

Progressive sunglass lenses way off and the remake was equally off. I suspect the lens prescription simply won't work with the size/shape of the lens that fits the frame. Not sure where to go from here.

The overall experience was great. They got my glasses and kept me updated the whole process and the online tools to see where it was at in the process was great, but the quality is honestly terrible. I can deal with it cause it was cheap enough but the window tint or whatever was put on the lenses to be "tinted" looks like a blind person did it. I did pay for the cheaper option as I only where them maybe once a week so maybe it's my fault and should have expected cheap but I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it is.

After taking my order and payment, which included the frames Make and model number as asked, I was told they could not use the frames. I could get a refund, minus a deduct, or choose frames from their website. I chose Under Armour sport frames as they most resembles the Maui Jims frames I sent for my lenses. I received them today and the UA frames were youth sized. No where on the web page did it say they were youth sized. I'm pretty upset.

The service is very slow, and when I contacted customer service, they seemed upset. The representative sounded irritated when I inquired about why my prescription glasses hadn't been shipped two weeks after placing the order.

There was a delay in shipping the box for my frames and another delay in shipping my glasses with the new lenses. Therefore it took an over a month from the date of order to my receiving my glasses. However, I am satisfied with the new glasses and I understand that progressive lenses take longer to make.

Prompt reply but I didn’t feel that the reason for the delay of my shipment was truthful. Also, expected delivery information on the website was always 6 days and never updated.

I sent Lensabl my old Bolle 527 sunglasses. This Bolle frame fits my face and I have worn them for 12 years now. I have 3 pair of these sunglasses, so I sent Lensabl a pair with old and scratched lens along with my new 2024 prescription. I asked for polarized polycarbonate G15 color lens. After only about 10 days I received back my sunglasses - Lensabl tightened up the temple pieces and installed wonderful new lenses. My old Bolle sunglasses are once again like brand new! Hooray!

Glasses seem done correctly and I'm ok the way they look they are great. But I believe they weren't don't correctly. My left eye is good but my right eyes seems like it wasn't done correctly. Can't see right something is off on my glasses

I tried canceling this order the minute after I placed it and realized this was regular glasses and not sunglasses and it wouldn't let me. Now that I have them I've been trying to reach someone and put in request to have someone reach out to me like 3 times and I've heard nothing! I want to return these!

I was very pleased when I found I out I could get new lens put in my favorite frames,, I immediately started the process and got my eyeglasses back in a relatively short time the lens were much better than those from the provider who did the eye exam I will use Lensabl the next tine I need new lenses. The price was also quite a bit lower/

When they first came in they were the wrong prescription. I had to send them back for them to be fixed. They worked with me to fix the prescription. I only wish they would've honored the Goodr discount that they were running at the time. Or some sort of discount to the prescription being wrong since these were not cheap by any means.

I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help remedy the situation, and they have completely ignored me so far. I would not send expensive frames to Lensable since they did not treat them with the care I would expect.

Either told me issues they were having were not their fault (shipping me a box), or were completely unresponsive when I received damaged frames.

Needed new RX lenses for my Holbrook frames and lensabl made it happen. Affordable service, quality product, and fast turn around time. Sent my glasses back with a new case also. Will order again

I was nervous about measurements being correct from pictures, but I carefully followed the instructions and my glasses came back perfect! I am extremely satisfied with Lensabl

My lens order was elaborate, bifocal, transition lens, sunglass tint and mirror finish. This took 6 weeks. I think the lens turned out great but it took too long with little communication about why.

The ordering itself was easy. Really need a virtual try on feature. Also, a better way to communicate when there is a problem that you are waiting on the customer for since all emails go to spam.

Rude. And not entirely helpful. Or was my mistake but I couldn’t figure out what was wrong on my prescription and they were zero help just kept telling me it was wrong.
