The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
Using this 2 step method is certainly not the fastest but it sure saves you money, on a pair of backup glasses for when I smash my first pair which the local store made me pay a kings ransom for.

Great experience with quick and easy online tools to get my measurements for my frames. Was able to get two frames at an affordable price, and got them both in about a week. Highly recommend!
I first ordered Apr 3rd I got my finished glasses back broken on May 20th. They contacted me about shipping back the broken frames with the new lenses on August 6th I finally got my finished glasses on August 15th.
Total wait time 134 days.

These glasses work for my runs, in that they don't slip off my nose. I used the online app to determine my PD, since my prescription did not note that.
I love Lensabl's business model, I've used Lensable a few times now, but I'm not thrilled that my last pair developed crazing due to poor application of the coating, and I was not given a free replacement.
The service was fine but I replaced my lenses because my original Lensable lenses developed crazing after a couple of years. If these new ones also develop crazing I probably won't be shopping at Lensable again, considering that I was not given a free replacement for what I'm pretty sure is a manufacturing defect.
I just got both my orders back for some updated lenses and WOW! They are perfect.

I have used Lensabl for a number of years and have had great experiences every time. Do not hesitate to have Lensabl make and install your lenses on your favorite frames. It just replaced prescription lenses in my Clic regular and sunglass frames without a problem.

So they get a five star from me because overall I'm completely satisfied with my purchases as this is my second purchase of the James Oro by Lensabl and the first purchase was perfect in my eyes, as far as James Oro by Lensabl part, but me having to try something new I added the anti-fog coating to the inner lens which I come to dislike when trying to dry wipe my glasses clean, It's difficult but you live you learn. Now to my second purchase the only issue as it took a very long time for me to receive my second pair of glasses and nobody reached out to me. I contacted Lensabl via email and got a fairly quick response saying it was a delay due to something, which would been no problem if they would have sent something to let me know but I'm patient and they did finally arrive and they Dope! For reference, m first purchase was July 29,2024 and I received them Aug. 10th 2024 the second purchase was on Aug. 16 and received them Sept. 21 2024… No deduction of stars because you can see when I received my first pair I loved them and bought a second pair 6 days later and both pair are Fly!

It was great they had little info on each different option so you know what your buying no complaints
I liked the frames and my first pair came and I loved them so got the other pair I wanted
I went smooth they had info for things so you know what the add-on is and rather you want to add it to you prescription or not no complaints we will see how the lenses come out stay tuned.

Waited about a month for my first delivery. Status updates from Lensabl were scarce and inaccurate. When glasses arrived the Rx was wrong! Was discovered that I entered 5 instead of.5 for the OC value. No Rx checking process? Really?
Had to pay over $200 for a remake and wait almost a month for that pair. So, ended up paying over $600 and waiting over 2 months to get a new pair of lenses. Lesson learned. Never again. Next time I'll go to my local optometrist.

Familiar with the name through another company I worked at that used them for Rx fulfillment. Even dealt with Andy Bilinsky a little bit.
The replacement lens process was affordable and easy to follow. My old frames were returned with new lens and the prescription was perfect. The also over excellent frame and very cost effective.

The process was relatively easy, and the price was cheaper than a local shop, But, if you have lineless bifocals, I would opt for the local shop. My new glasses are fine, but I don't see out of them as well as with my other pair. Someone ordering single vision might have a better experience. Also, finding a place to have them fitted to my face is an issue I didn't consider.
Just okay. Prices are comparable to my local optical office. No real savings for buying online. Should include an eyeglass case for the price you charge.

My original order arrived with not the correct premium progressive glass that I ordered, but lensabl quickly corrected the problem.
I choose lensabl because I already had the frames I wanted to use, and lensabl had good online reviews.
I've ordered two pairs of glasses from Lensabl, with the exact same prescription and they came back differently. The 'reading' portion on my most recent pair of progressives is obviously incorrect, compared to my first pair I ordered (again, with the same prescription) When I switch back and forth between the two, I can only read with the first pair you sent. Very frustrating and I probably won't choose Lensabl in the future.
I hadn’t received any kind of notification about the status of my order and it had been about a month, so I reached out to them and finally got a response saying that my order had been shipped. No notification, no tracking number.
Online choices were slim because I wanted to use frames I already had.
While I love that one of my favorite pairs of frames is now back in use once again, I wish that the process had gone much smoother. There is a definite lack of good communication, and the website design is very weak in the account area. It was nearly impossible to determine what stage my frames were in and when I might receive them, and I had no idea of any shipping details.
Again just like the website, the communication about the status of my order felt more like "oops" here is the status.

My husband absolutely loves his glasses, he got two pair of sunglasses and a pair or prescription clear glasses. All three are amazing quality and very comfortable
My wife loves her progressive lens sunglasses. However, I was surprised that it took over a month to receive them. In fact, I had to chase customer support to find out that the lens had a defect which required a trip back to the lab. Reactive customer support is the worst kind - if this issue was in deed the case, a proactive email to me explaining the situation would have been beneficial and changed my experience.
See comment about overall experience. Once I did contact support, they were helpful. But it would have been nice to get some detail about the delay before hand.
