The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

Glasses showed up one month late. Crooked. Paid extra for lenses that darken in light - turns out to be barely perceptible (pun intended). No return policy at all. Bad company - Avoid.
This process takes too long, even with speedier shipping. I received the wrong prescription back... distance Rx in my Reading glasses. Won't use again.
Great job overall except there was a distinct and highly visible scratch on each lens. I don't understand how these "passed" inspection. Could have been easily avoided.

Didn't know services like these existed, the instructions were simple and my glasses came back in a nice case. Would definitely try this again if I ever have spare frames!
We did a lot of research online and on their website, and even if they let you know how long it would take, unfortunately, it was not the case. They give you an option for them to send you a box to send back your glasses, or they highly recommend for quicker turnaround for you to send them out which I choose to do and I paid for it to get there quicker and to track it, and with that being said, I noticed it sat in their location without anyone touching them because they give you the ability to track your order with them step by step throughout the process. I had to reach out by email (the only way they communicate) to ask them why there were no updates on my account since my glasses were sitting there. Finally, someone responded to let me know they were working on it. Almost 30 days later, I finally received my glasses without my case or sleeve, and when I reached out to them about this three times, they told me they couldn't find them and that I should have sent them without the case. Overall not a good experience!
I sent in two frames to have updated lenses put into them. I printed off two mailing labels which stated that payment for shipping was covered. After buying 2 padded envelopes and fixing the mailing labels I was told by the post office that additional payment would be required. I am glad I checked.
The first pair of glasses I received back were a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I chose the cheapest progressive lenses that provided polarization. These were returned in 7-14 days and I have no complaints. The second pair were also progressives, but I selected a fairly expensive lense and requested the blue filter for use with computer monitors. After not receiving any word on these, I contacted Lensabl. I was told they couldn't find the frames that I sent in. After I described them and included a picture they found them, unfortunately it took another 2+ months before I received my frames with the new lenses. I was repeatedly told they were first in the queue and it was anticipated they would be completed in 1-3 business days. After hearing nothing after at least 10 business days, I would contact Lensabl again and be told the same story. This happened at least 3 times. I was very close to taking my case to another level when my glasses were completed and returned to me. I must say that I like them but I would not use Lensabl again. They were expensive and I didn't feel Lensabl was up to the task.
I wanted to get new eye prescription glasses and my husband suggested Lensabl as they seemed to have reasonable prices. I submitted all the required paper work and after waiting almost a month, I finally got my progressive glasses. Immediately, I found that my right eye had the wrong prescription. I made them aware of this and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. After not responding to me I contacted them again and they told me to send my glasses back that they were going to fix the problem. It took them 2 months to get those glasses back to me. No one will respond to my emails until one day I got an email saying that my glasses were going to be delivered soon. They did! I have been using my glasses for a year now and the coating on the right lense is coming off. This place is just terrible. The quality of the lenses is the worst I have ever seen. I have been using glasses for 50 years and I have never had this problem ever. Please, if you want to get good quality of lenses with the correct prescription, pay a little bit more and run away from this scam.

But in the end everything was right I had to pay a little extra money but it's done and I finally got my glasses
The prescription got edited and some numbers were changed and I did not do it although they were telling me that I did and I had to pay for the mistake that somebody made

TERRIBLE Quality Control, EVEN WORSE customer service.
Needed glasses for spring interviews so figured I would give Lensabl a try. Ordered lenses in January 2021 with an estimated completion time of up to 2 weeks. After several weeks of waiting, I was notified that due to a lab error they needed to remake the lenses so there would be a delay. After waiting 45 days, I received the lenses, made INCORRECTLY. Sent a picture to customer service who took several days to respond and instructed me to return the lenses, which I did the same day. Over a week later, I received an update that the lab would not make the lenses, now claiming it was a different frame. Again I resent a picture proving they were the same, and asking what they could offer me for their mistakes and extremely slow turn around (3 months after order). Customer service never so much as replied, instead returning the frames, now with the demo lenses put back in.
In the many years I have gone to Lenscrafters, the single time they made a mistake not only did they make an additional new pair of lenses at no cost, but issued a full refund for the order. Don't waste your time with Lensabl and just go to Lenscrafters - they will make your lenses correctly in 24-48 hours, and actually treat you like a valued customer.

Everything was great until the end. I was excited to find a place to put lenses in my vintage frames! Service was great, questions answered in a timely manner, the website is fantastic, as you can track the progress and ordering is super easy! However, the glasses took a bit longer in the lab than expected. During that time there was a Black Friday Sale. I requested the current promo since my glasses weren't completed and had not been shipped. Suddenly all contact was non-existent. I sent 2 more inquiries w/o a response. I finally received a response after the glasses shipped stating inaccurate reasons for not honoring the promotion. I requested the promo during the promo and while my glasses were still in process according to the site. The representative stated they had already shipped which was not true based on the status on the lensabl website, and later verified by an email from the company when they actually did ship, as well as the tracking account through USPS. I pointed this out and she insisted I was wrong. It's too bad, I was excited about this company in the beginning. Blatant lies are a dealbreaker for me, even if everything else is fantastic.
I read the reviews and despite some trepidation, I decided to go with Lensabl for my progressive lenses. A few things went wrong- First, I couldn't load my prescription on the website. Second, I called support and emailed my prescription after some questions. Third, the glasses came back after 3 weeks and they were wrong as they flipped the signs on one of the lenses despite having the correct prescription directly. Fourth, I then sent the glasses and the time looks to be another 3 weeks. All in all, what could have been a good experience has been a poor one. I would have given this one star, but I did like the chat feature for help. Although they couldn't help move the order forward quickly and my order was wrong, they were attentive. If you think the turnaround will be 2 weeks or so, you're kidding yourself. It appears that the sales function and the lab are totally disconnected and I wouldn't be surprised if the lenses are created in a totally different location. They have to get this down if they want to get repeat business. Just not efficient.

Once we receive your glasses, lens production takes about 4-7 days barring no issues in quality check, and then the time to return them to you.
I sent 2 pairs of my own glasses with prescriptions to be filled. I never received an email stating they were sending them back and I had to send a few follow up emails. Once I received them, 1 pair was fine, the other was not. It had the lenses outside of the rims and I couldn't move the nose guards. I asked for a remake. After many emails and threatening to call my credit card company, I had a nice customer person reach out stating they were asking the lab. After asking for follow ups via email, over and over, I got another person who said the same thing. At this point, I was very frustrated. The second customer service rep gave me details that the glasses didn't pass and needed to be looked at again. They stated they would expedite. I finally received my glasses last week again, without an email notification, and am very happy with the glasses but not with the response time. I understand we are all busy and shorthanded. I get it. However, the response time is crucial in today's world, not stating on your website that the client shouldn't email as that will take time away from getting people's orders ready.
