I received my new lenses and they were not what I ordered. I asked for progressive lenses and instead I received lenses with in-line bifocals. I cannot even see out of them. It took your company over a month to get my lenses. This is not want I ordered and I am asking for a full refund. This is my first experience with your company and maybe my last. If I am not given a full refund on my money, then I will do pursue other options.
I ordered Bose Frames on March 28. Only wanted +2.25 reading glass lenses. After nearly a month, the wrong model Frames arrives. This the gang that can't shoot straight. All their excuses are about "quality," something that does not exist with these people.

I thought I would give a try and order new lens in my existing frames that I had, which I loved! One was the gradient sunglasses, they seem fine! My other glasses are my daily wear ones, I don't know what happened to the frames, but they are totally different, they don't sit on my face like they did, and the lens seem a tad off! I was very happy with the ability to print off a shipping label & mail in, and when they arrived I knew they were there & that is helpful. But, I got a notice that some quality check had not been met & had to redo them, with a notice that in three days possibly would be done, well the three days turned into a lot longer & had no idea what was going on, I had to contact customer service, did get a reply, but a better notification system would be nice! Glasses came back boxed nicely, I don't know if I will be able to use my one pair of glasses!
My first experience with lensabl two years ago was excellent. Fast service and great support. This time around I had the opposite experience. Very slow customer service and very slow production of lenses. Not sure if I can continue to recommend lensabl. I may need to try a new provider in the future
I have been using Lensabl for a couple of years and have ordered at least 5 pair of glasses. The first order was great, but it has slowly gotten worse. It takes too long now to get our glasses. The last 3 times, they didn't meet the quality check and had to be redone. On my glasses, I dropped them (from an end table) and a lens popped out and scratched. We will just go back to have them done through our doctors office.
New lenses arrived after 3 weeks. It was difficult to understand the progress of my order the website didn't update for nearly two weeks even though it said "shipping in 6 days" once my frame had been received. The lensabl app for measuring sh and pd was difficult to use. Thankfully though the glasses seem to be of good quality, the process could be improved
The quality of the lenses and frames, as well as the styling, is just beautiful. Just as beautiful as prescription glasses that cost me much more money in the past. Thank you! The clarity of my vision with these is unsurpassed, it's so nice wearing them! My only slight complaint is that it took a bit longer than I had hoped to receive them. Luckily, I had a "back up" older pair to wear (I lost my "good ones."). If you can manage to make them come more quickly, then you'd get 6 stars!
I had to send multiple emails to get an update in the status of my order. Lens failed quality check and it took 4 weeks total to complete. Also did not receive the original glass case that my stoggles were sent in back. Unfortunately, I would hesitate to recommend to a coworker.
I wish the turn around time was faster, but other than that- the process was easy and the glasses/lenses are awesome. No fog is THE BEST

Put the old glasses in the box they send. Get your new old glasses back a few weeks later, with a really cool case and lens cleaner. Happy customer!

I received the product (lenses) that I wanted, but I received them after a month. I prefer to have quality over speed, but in this instance I think Lensabl over-promised. It is almost as if they did not have the lenses I wanted in stock.
I got an email late yesterday saying that the frames I sent in were broken by them during service. I was very upset by that. They were vintage frames and I would like to know how badly they were damaged. I requested that they be sent back but still haven't gotten a response. I have emailed twice and commented on an Instagram post by the company. Today I see they deleted the comment and have not responded to me. You would think they would want to make things right. Beware of this company.
First my first experience it was not a pleasant one. I ordered my spectacles back in January and thought that they would take no more than two weeks to arrive. Lensabl never sent me any information on the status of my order except the confirmation that my payment went through. I had mad an account with lensabl to see that status of my glasses but it just said they were in the process of making them, and it continued to say that for the next three months. It was not until I had to contact the company in March and ask what was going on with my order and they sent back that they had to redo my glasses. I was not informed of this and I had thought my glasses were on their way. Lensabl finally sent my glasses to me and they arrived in April. Definitely will not be buying here again. Lensabl should work on updating their customers on orders and keeping that communication.
It took over 5 weeks to deliver my new glasses and I can't wear them at all. The prescription strength is right but it's a bifocal situation and the new lenses were made to sit far too high in the frame. I would have to wear the glasses perched on the end of my nose to get any distance vision at all. When the frames were reassembled the screws were put in upside down, leaving a sharp, pointed screw end poking up where the frames are handled when putting them on. As I was told the hold up for shipment of my order was due to the lenses NOT being right and sent back to the lab twice, I don't understand how this finished product is considered correct!
I have spent $207.00 on something I can't wear at all. I won't use your company again. I would give this review no stars if possible.
I am very impressed by this service! I got a new pair of lenses for less than half it would have costed me with my optometrist. Also appreciate the free Lensabl case and cleaning solution. Highly recommend :)
Lensabl is my new place for new lenses! I like to swap my frames a lot and the cost of variety adds up quick. With Lensabl, I spend a third of what I would be at any retail store. Once they received my frames they were quickly processed, and sent back to me in a nice soft-lined case with a cleaning kit.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
