It took over 5 weeks to deliver my new glasses and I can't wear them at all. The prescription strength is right but it's a bifocal situation and the new lenses were made to sit far too high in the frame. I would have to wear the glasses perched on the end of my nose to get any distance vision at all. When the frames were reassembled the screws were put in upside down, leaving a sharp, pointed screw end poking up where the frames are handled when putting them on. As I was told the hold up for shipment of my order was due to the lenses NOT being right and sent back to the lab twice, I don't understand how this finished product is considered correct!
I have spent $207.00 on something I can't wear at all. I won't use your company again. I would give this review no stars if possible.
I am very impressed by this service! I got a new pair of lenses for less than half it would have costed me with my optometrist. Also appreciate the free Lensabl case and cleaning solution. Highly recommend :)
Lensabl is my new place for new lenses! I like to swap my frames a lot and the cost of variety adds up quick. With Lensabl, I spend a third of what I would be at any retail store. Once they received my frames they were quickly processed, and sent back to me in a nice soft-lined case with a cleaning kit.
There are good things and bad things to look forward to with Lensabl. The product is perfect, the responses from customer support were timely and helpful, and it was easy to order. It did however take three full weeks for my glasses to come back to me. The lack of transparency of my lenses progress as well as lack of confirmation of them being shipped back to me had me on edge every single day refreshing my progress page and sending at least two emails questioning the validity of the progress meter. With this all said I will definitely use Lensabl again in the future but only if I'm not in a rush to get my prescription lenses back to me in short notice.
I ordered a set of Sapphire Transition set of lenses. I was very excited for this next gen transition. While i was pleased by the speed and turnaround, what arrived appears to be 1) plain old regular grey transition lenses. There is no sense of blue visually. 2) when the transition happens, you can see the clear edges around the frames. It appears to be a coating or sticker(/) - i say that because the edge isn't uniform. All in all, it is an underwhelming result.
I opened a ticket immediately, but cannot get a response from the team. At this point, with no engagement and no recourse to fix, I will pursue a refund.
I was worried that I would make a mistake since I am no techie... the process was easy - a little tricky taking a selfie and getting decent picture of my pupils. I got my glasses back in about a week and they are great.

I ordered the Bose Sopranos as a surprise gift for my daughter. They were perfect, the prescription, the fit, and the transition lens in Amethyst. I had some issues along the way but the Ann, the online support assisted me with every question and issue that I had in the most timely fashion! I would order again from Lensabl! I have a difficult prescription to get right. Lensabl did. However, one of the lenses is loose in the frame. I contacted Lensabl a few days ago and am still waiting to hear back.

Took a little while and I've never bought replacement lens online before so I was a little worried but otherwise it was great and the lens are better than my prescription lens from the eye doctor on my other set of glasses.
I have to say I am very disappointed. I went to the lenses site and order reading glasses that was shipped to me to ship to you to install. The lenses were wrong after paying over 200 dollars. Now I have shades reading glasses that are useless. Unless I am planning to sit outside in the sun to read or operate i have no use for them
Decided to send my Stoggles to Lensabl for prescription lenses and I'm so happy I did! I'm a healthcare worker and this allows me never to forget my goggles when entering patient rooms. The process was fairly simple and fast, as far as uploading my prescription and sending them out to have the prescription lenses placed. Looking forward to getting another pair and sending them out again for lenses!

I had high index lenses made for safety glasses for my work as a nurse. One lens was high index material and one was not (confirmed by an independent optician). After many back and forth emails they told me they would remake the glasses correctly. I sent them back to the company, and after 2 weeks they returned them to me, with the exact same lenses I had sent in to be corrected.
I am so happy I used Lensabl - I have lots of frames and don't need new glasses, just new lenses, so Lensabl is perfect for me! The shipping was super easy and quick, and both pairs I sent in came back in perfect condition, with upgraded blue light filtering lenses. I really appreciated how simple it was to send photos for the Lensabl team to calculate pupillary distance, and to upload prescriptions. The only thing I didn't love about Lensabl was their website, which wasn't particularly user friendly for people sending in multiple pairs of glasses (it was basically impossible to keep track of which frames were going with which lens choices - it would have been helpful to have a space to put in a name or brief description of the frames so that you could easily tell which pair you're working with). I ended up deciding to pay extra for the blue light filter for both sets of lenses just because I couldn't tell which frame was which, and I really wanted one to have those lenses and didn't want them to be mixed up. Other than the clunky website, though, Lensabl is great and I will DEFINITELY be using their service again to upgrade the lenses in my other favorite frames.
I was very nervous about having my glasses done in this manner. I received them just one day ago & I couldn't be more pleased. Lensable did an excellant job. I love them so so so much!

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
