I ordered a new set of lenses for large Razer Anzu glasses frames. I noted on the order it was for large Razer Anzu frames. Today I received SMALL Razer Anzu lenses. I placed my order on March 31st, today is April 16th. I waited 17 days to get the wrong lenses. I contacted customer service somewhere around the 10 day mark because I had read somewhere Lensabl had a 3 day turnaround. I was assured my lenses would ship within 2 days. They shipped 5 days later. I got my lenses on a Friday and reached out to customer service, which I'm sure I will not hear from for another 2 days. I am so incredibly disappointed and let down.
Have had several pairs of old frames (glasses and sunglasses) fitted out with new lens by leasabl over the years. Quality is always excellent! Price is way below what your local optician charges.
Lensbl process is easy and quick. Really saves using your current frames. As an older person, my prescription changes every other year. This is a great option to new glasses.

I've had Lensable do lenses for my Versace and now Luis Vuitton frames. Both were taken care of very well with a high level of communication though the process.
There was a mistake with the first lenses I received--I couldn't see with them--but Lensabl corrected them, and now they are perfect. Wonderful to be able order lenses for my favorite frames.

I ordered lenses for my stoggles, and they turned out great! But making them and shipping took forever, wnd it was hard to get information from lensabl about when they would arrive.
I was very excited to order progressive transition lenses from Lensabl back in late April, for some cool frames I purchased. Since they say 5-7 working days turnaround on the website, I started reaching out after 3 weeks. Apparently my lenses failed quality check, and went back into production. I reached out again a week or so later; failed quality check again. Back into production. I was told last Friday that they'd ship in 3 days; here it is almost day five and still nothing. These lenses weren't inexpensive and I certainly want them made perfectly and correctly. I have a high expectation of quality from Lensabl... so I guess it's good they caught problems during 2-3 final inspections. (But three failures is a bit concerning itself, right?) Honestly, my real frustration is that I have not been proactively contacted or communicated with once. You'd think they would give me the courtesy of an email to let me know my glasses were running a week, or two, or three, or four late. Nope, not a word. All communication has been initiated by me. You cannot call them, and the chat function on the website does not work. You just have to submit a question or concern and wait 24 hours for a reply. I really want to love my Lensabl lenses if and when they arrive. And maybe they'll be so great, it will have been worth the (6, 7, 8 week?) wait. But if you're in more of a hurry for new lenses, Lensabl may not be the way to go. So far my experience has been very disappointing. Plus it's hard to review glasses and lenses I still haven't received.
Bought some very nice and stylish Porsche Design frames on E-bay. None of the local shops would touch them. Lensable is the only place I have found for hard to fit frames.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
