The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

Wanted to try something different
Ordered the bose glasses with 1 day shipping and when it came in the mail the box was empty no glasses. Bc of a "computer error". So now I have to wait longer just to get my glasses. Whole point of getting these glasses was so I can hear bc hearing aides r way to expensive, wen insurance cant cover them. So yeah not a great experience

So after buying a pair of Bose Tenor Sunglasses w/ RX lenses and encountering some of the WORST/NON-EXISTENT Customer Service, I decided to buy from them again.
This time I bought Bose Alto Frames w/RX clear lenses for everyday use. Once again, the Customer Service was TERRIBLE!
This company does NOT reach out to their customers to relay any info... UNTIL the customer enquires... Example of this... I placed my order on 1/9/2021. On 1/16/2021, the site said my order would be shipping out within 3 Business days. On 1/25/2021 I sent an email (NO PHONE NUMBER SUPPLIED TO CONTACT THEM) to try and find out when EXACTLY my glasses would be shipping. They responded hours later that they asked the lab and would let me know. Hours later I received another email stating that when the glasses shipped that I would receive an email update... GUESS WHAT... No update ever came and my glasses arrived yesterday (1-27-2021).
Although the quality and workmanship are very good, the amount of time from when I placed my order and received by glasses was absurdly unacceptable.
The prescription is not working I cannot see with these glasses I need to have a replacement or a return and get my money back

I found my perfect sunglass frames at Slyk Shades online and Lesabl replaced the lenses for my sunglasses with my prescription. The work was done quickly and I am very pleased with the results.
The quality of the lenses were good when they finally arrived. Took more than a month to get my glasses back after they received them.
Ordered a glasses with nonprescription lens from Lensabl on 8/25. Since I don't need to send the frame I was expecting 4-7 business days to shipment. After two weeks, order was not yet shipped and online status was stuck at "sent to the lab." I had to send an email, and wait for a day, to ask about the progress because the online chat is never available. The response was that the glasses had to be sent back to the lab because it failed quality check but it should be ready for shipping in 2-3 days. Fine. After waiting another week, still not yet shipped and I again sent an email asking about the progress. At this point, I start to doubt the quality of lensbl. On 9/11, I asked to cancel the order. Lens broke their promise to reply in 24 hours, response came back on 9/14 with the same excuse that it had to send back to the lab because the lens failed quality check. On 9/15 I asked for cancellation confirmation but on 9/16 lensabl said that the order had been shipped yesterday. So I looked at the tracking info and it showed that 9/15 was when the label was made but 9/16 7:54pm was when UPSP got it. So they could have stopped this shipment. Now I'm stuck with the return of this order which also is very slow and painfull.
I do not recommend Lensabl.

Tried this on a whim to salvage some old favorite frames, and they did a great job! The whole process was really fast and easy.
Arrived sooner than expected. Process from time I ordered to the completion of order was great with email notice of final product to be shipped.
I ordered new lens for my frames. The experience was perfect. Better experience than going to a chain eyeglass company. I will use them again.
I was worried Lensabl was not going to get my lenses right, but they did! I see perfectly now and the extra protection works wonders.
I placed my order on September 23rd. I chose Lensabl because of previous good experiences.
I opted to print my own label to save time as I needed to get my glasses back as soon as possible. My back up pair is an older prescription. The lab received my frames on September 26th. The online status of my account was "Estimated to ship in 6 business days". That status never changed until the glasses shipped on November 18th, almost a full 2 months later. I inquired several times with customer service via email. The lab lost my frames and had to replace them. I had to send a link for the replacement frames even though my original order had the Ray-Ban item number and color code. I was also asked if I had a picture of the frames I sent. Really? Isn't this your business? You even sell Ray-Bans on your website. Why would you need a picture when you have the actual item number? I tried calling the 800 number on November 17th. The message said that I would get a call back within 24 hours. I never received a callback. Lensabl is supposed to be a convenient option. It has been nothing but an inconvenience. Slow, unresponsive, and unapologetic is a better description. I am not even sure why I am bothering to provide feedback. Based on recent experience with Lesabl, this will likely be ignored.
I needed sunglass lenses for my handmade frames. Local shops didn't want to do the work, but Lensabl did a great job. I recommend!

I got reading prescription designed for bifocals instead of single far sighted script. Delivery was slow, although I paid for rush shipping.
Mirrored lenses are not mirrored. Took ages for shipment. Updates said "shipping in six business days" for over a month. Look elsewhere.
Bad from start to finish! My original order on May 4th did not go thru as I use Google Chrome (like most Americans!). No error message that it didn't work but I found out when I asked about the order 2 weeks later. The CS rep told me it was because I used the payment plan but I didn't use that; I entered a credit card # to pay in full. I ordered again on 5/18. On 6/1, I was told the glasses failed QC & would be remade. I heard nothing until 6/17 when I inquired again. On 6/21, I was informed they had failed a QC check for the 2nd time but would be prioritized. They failed a QC check for the 3rd time on 6/25. Your rep did give me the excuse you want to make "perfect lenses" so you QC checks are stringent. Your checks may be stringent but obviously your manufacturing process is terrible as they failed 3 TIMES! I was then informed they would be completed on 7/1 & shipped overnight. You sent me an email that they were shipped & would arrive on 7/2. What you really did was create a UPS shipping label on 7/1 but actually shipped them on 7/6 & they arrived yesterday on 7/7. I am completely unimpressed w/ everything about you & would have canceled long ago except for the fact that these glasses were a gift for my 17year old son (for his birthday in May when they should have arrived) & he really wanted them.

Don’t use Chrome to order.
Don’t order from them if you can get somewhere else. This is the site Bose will send you to automatically if you go thru their site for prescription lenses but I’d look for someone else if possible.

I recently was very excited to purchase a pair of the new Razer Anzu smart glasses, and a huge factor in my decision was Razer's partnership with lensabl, because I knew I'd be able to get prescription lenses tailored to my needs. And I did! While there was a bit of a wait (a little over a month overall), after a few days now having used my new prescription lenses in my Razer Anzu frames I can confidently say that's it's been well worth it. The only inconvenience, if you can even call it that, is that I had to manually reach out to lensabl beforehand to request to NOT send my frames to them, given the partnership with Razer (it would be nice if there was a checkbox on the website or something). So it was great to, in this case, not have to send them while waiting. Additionally, the prices feel just a little high to me, but I seem to have definitely gotten what I paid for. But anyway, the customer service representatives I interacted with (Jason, Megan, Jove) were SUPER helpful, responsive, patient, and kind. They helped make the wait bearable by providing me consistent & prompt updates as I asked for them, and also readily addressed any questions I had. Based on my fantastic experience and the high quality product I received, I would not hesitate to purchase lenses through lensabl again, and as a Razer Anzu smart glasses wearer I would highly recommend their services. I had corrective eye surgery a year ago. Since then I'd been introduced to the idea of blue light lenses. I discovered Lensabl had the ability to retrofit my old frames, and in a short time my glasses were returned in a very carefully packaged box. I'm excited to try them out.
