DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of progressive lenses which were supposed to be ready in 4-7 business days. It took 5 weeks! When I finally received them there were completely blurry, no space for distance only medium and close. I sent them back and after another 3 weeks I received the new lenses with only 1/8" space for distance!. I payed $417 for lenses I can not use, return or get a refund for. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS! While dealing with customer service via email (only option available) they lied constantly about the status of my lenses. They have an F rating from the BBB. Horrible experience and after 2 months of waiting and over $400 spent I have nothing I can use..
I am usually very positive and upbeat, glass half full guy, but my honest review of my lenses is pretty darn awful. I wear progressives and have been wearing for years and my script is updated with a recent exam. I followed all the instructions to the exact specifications. I have to tilt my head and eyes to be able to focus close up. Distance is not great either. The focal point doesn't converge well at all! I also paid for gray (which is supposed to be the darkest) transition lenses that only give very, very minimal shading during daytime sunny days. I paid almost three hundred dollars with the discount and the lenses are basically unusable. Shame on me for not reading the fine print as there are no refunds! Also the lenses do not fit properly in the frames and overlap on one side and are recessed on the other with with most likely result in the lenses become dislodged any day now, I tried to push them back in but don't want to damage my Oakley Carbon Plate frames. I have had great results with another online frame and lenses company but they don't do the "my frames" their lenses deal like Lensabl does. My advice, try Pearl Vision or Lenscrafter and get what you pay for.
Your company broke my monogrammed sunglasses I received from my wife for my birthday. You didn't tell me for weeks that they were broken. You finally sent me an email asking where they were purchased for. Replacement which I promptly provided, stating I want a copy of your receipt for proof that they are coming directly from Persol not some crappy discount website. Months later I finally received the frames back from you - No Monogram?!?!? What the $#*!?!?! How many different ways can your company screw up, it's incredible. Your company is impossible to get a hold of, your phone number is a joke since zero staff actually answers it. Email is the only means of communication and let me tell you, that sucks and appears very shady. I want a full refund then I wish to never ever hear from your piece of $#*! company ever again. Oh and bye the way - thanks for blocking me on Instagram and Facebook for telling my friends the truth about the service I have received instead of trying to communicate and proactive.
This company does not represent an honest glasses and lens provider to the vision concerns of the public. They represent themselves as the Lensabl company located in North Hollywood California. They have no relationship with this laboratory as I personally have gone to this lab as shown on mailing labels provided by Lensabl.com and asked them if the website was part of the way they do business. They were clear that they were not in any way connected to Lensable.com. Lensabl.com does not have qualified opticians that work for them although they represent that they do. If you ask them for proof of that fact, they will not provide it to you. They only communicate through email and no other means. They have no mailing address and use mail fraud to drop ship packages to another location in North Hollywood representing that you are shipping to them. They have a no refund policy that is buried in their website and will not refund your money when requested. They will not answer questions related to technical optical lens questions as they are not opticians nor do they possess knowledge in this field. Lensabl.com does not provide sales receipts or invoices to their customers. Lensable.com is a completely fraudulent Website and do not order anything from them. They only communicate through email only and will not give you proper names, phone numbers or credentials.
After 57 day, and my having to personally push the process thru repeated contact, my glasses arrived from lensabl. Be prepared to personally shepherd the process should something go off course, they seem to have no other process other than responding to

Well, honestly, you seemed to lose my frames for a few weeks, because it was almost a month from when you got them to when they were shipped back to me. But I did get them, and I'm pretty happy.
I ordered my first set and while it took forever to get them, I finally did. I lost the first pair and ordered a second replacement pair. Took forever again but finally got the. After a week the nose pad fell off somewhere. I asked for help and the rep (Jayme) said since they were not lensabl frames I was out of luck. I HAD WORKED EXCLUSIVELY WITH THIS REP TO ORDER FRAMES IN THE FIRST PLACE!. Multiple attempts proved fruitless. My advice, stay far away from Lensabl!
On my first go around it seemed to take quite a bit of time to complete my lenses. About two and a half weeks, not including shipping. The status update they provide is all over the place and didn't seem to be accurate. Great in theory but you would need everyone to do their part to make it work. The only way to contact them is through email. You're at their mercy as to when you might receive a reply and even then if they address your concerns. When I received my glasses my excitement was short lived as I noticed my new lenses were scratched in several areas. I contacted Lenasble and they sent a label to return. I sent a email expressing my disappointment and got a reply that was patronizing and a bit condescending. They did make a $30 adjustment on a $200 purchase. After a couple of weeks of not knowing the status of the redo I sent another email. Later that night I was notified the glasses were being shipped. I received them today and more disappointment. Although there were no scratches on the lenses it appears either the holes were not placed evenly or they had attached the lenses unevenly. I'm disappointed. I'm happy to have a pair of glasses that have sentimental value returned me with my latest prescription. I'm not certain if I will send them any future business. I will say that it appears they tried but just fell short of what a reasonable person might expect.
First, I want to start by saying that I wanted to love Lensabl. I'm a huge fan of start-up companies and often prefer them over established brick and mortar stores. As businesses' shift towards eCommerce, consumers must rely on positive reviews to confidently engage with a business. Unfortunately, my experience with Lensabl went from disappointment to total regret. I placed an order for a set of prescription lenses with an anti-reflective coating. Upon receiving and close inspection, I noticed stains between the lenses and the anti-reflective coating. I emailed Lensabl's customer care team to set up a repair and to update my address for the repair to be sent to. When the repair was complete, I received a shipment confirmation to the old address. I immediately contacted Lensabl and requested that they contact UPS and have the package rerouted, but the follow-up reply was days too late. I eventually receive my glasses and notice the right lens had 3 scratches! By this point, I had lost all patience, from defective lenses, untimely communication, and my order being sent to the wrong address. I send my last email to express my disappointment and frustration, and to give them a final opportunity to fix the matter before I request a chargeback with my credit card company. Ultimately, we agreed to have a right side replacement lens sent out for me to install myself. I will never use Lensabl again, nor do I recommend their services. Proceed with extreme caution as it's not worth the time nor hassle!
Everything went well. They have a good system that handles exceptions and corrections well. They also included some nice finishing touches. Great service.
I sent a pair of steampunk glasses. There were four lenses, two lift up, these were already tinted, the were the one's I wanted to be prescription since I'm nearsighted. The two lower ones were clear glass, these didn't need anything done. I mailed them in with my prescription and took photos for the PD and SH. I was told the photo's were not good and that I needed to go to an optometrist to get that information. I sent these in July. With COVID I wasn't able to do that. Then I received them in the mail, they're done! Only how can they be done when I haven't sent in the information that was needed? Also when I looked at them the clear glass was TINTED! How ridiculous is that? I've notified the company that this needs to be corrected.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
