The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
The wait was a bit longer than expected, however customer service did a good job of keeping me updated. The glasses turned out great, as expected!
After a month of waiting one of my orders came with the wrong prescription. I asked for a refund and no one has responded to me.

They lost my glasses that I sent to them, and never contacted me to tell me. In the end it took 2 months and multiple emails to get a replacement

Glasses were delayed twice, returned damages and both with incorrect lens tint color. Requested a full refund, immediately.
Sent my frames from Canada to get lenses installed. Easy to use online ordering system and clear instructions on getting the frames there and back to me. They received my frames relatively fast and before I knew it, I received confirmation that they were sending them back to me! The longest waiting time was actually getting them back into Canada but it may have been out of their control due to covid slowdown, etc. I'm using the glasses and now and can see clearly!

I placed the order, they sent me a box. I put my frames in the box, they sent it back. I can see good, and I look mad drippy.
They gave me the tracking number that for some reason i couldnt get.
They could make lenses for my frames Ray-Bans wouldnt.
