What an easy to use and efficient service. I have a complicated prescription but Lensabl got it right there first time with minimal follow up questions. 10/10. I am grateful friends recommended me to you.
The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,
Uneven, bent, long wait, horrible experience. Glasses nosepiece uneven and bent, frames unevenly placed. I want a refund for this. Absurd
I Love your sunglasses. I put my perscription in them and they are perfect!
I believe ill take one of each!
Order two sunglass lenses and one reading lens for my frames. Two of the three have issues. One was filled correctly.
I had prescription lenses replaced in Ray Bans. This is the third time I have used Lensable. Great experience each time.

Costumer service was fast and transparent regarding my lenses. However, my frame had a slight damage, which was not there before.

Terrible they aren't my prescription I'm seeing double it makes no sense I gave you my prescription but it's way off

I ordered on 8/12, and it took them a week just to ship me a box to send in my frames. Nearly a week each way in the mail, since they use USPS.
And if that wasn't enough lead time to get me serviced quickly once they arrive there, it was 2 weeks (1 in shipping and 1 to make the lenses?) before they were sending them back again. So, total servicing time was around 5 WEEKS!
They sent them in nice packaging with a case and a complimentary cleaning solution + cloth. The lenses seem to be the right prescription and have the Transitions coating. I got the Active Transitions, but they do NOT darken much in the driver's seat. I would NOT recommend them for driving for that reason. Most likely cheaper to go with a 2nd pair as dedicated prescription sunglasses.
However, their Anti-reflective (AR), which they claim is applied to all lenses, is either garbage or was never applied to my lenses. I have horrible reflections on the inside of my lenses (see photo) that is distracting during work and potentially dangerous in the car. And they clearly didn't apply it to the outside (as attested by my colleagues on video calls). So, I reached out to their customer service...
Customer service is ONLY via email, and they send 1 message per day. After about a week of back-and-forth, they offered to ship my glasses back and (re)apply the coating. But I asked about faster shipping, and they just ghosted me. I waited several business days (because they tell you that each time you email, you go to the back of the line), then sent in a message asking what was going on. That was Wednesday 9/29. It's now been nearly 2 months with slow service and support, followed by radio silence.
If there was a 0 stars option, I would give them that. The product if OK, but the service surrounding it is SLOW and their support is both SLOW and UNFULFILLING.
The website is fantastic and the order process is easy. It seemed like it may have taken longer to get my glasses than the first time I used Lensable
Wonderful communication, fast turnaround and a beautiful product at a GREAT price. Highly recommended.
I had two pairs of Warby Parker glasses that I wanted to lenses replaced in. Originally, I contacted Warby Parker to replace the lenses, but was only met with frustration (one pair was an old style so they wouldn't do any coatings and the second pair was a gift and since I did not have a receipt for it on my account, they refused to change the lenses). My next option was going to my local eye doctor to get a quote for lenses which they informed me would be $300 FOR ONE PAIR!? After doing some research, I found Lensabl. It seemed super easy and affordable to get my lenses updated to my new prescription AND have the coatings (blue like and antiglare) that I wanted applied. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical and thought it was too good to be true... but I took a chance and I am so glad that I did! I was able to easily upload my script, enter in info for each frame that I wanted updated - heck, they even sent me a box with all the packing materials that I needed to make it even easier! I sent them in and waited. During the process, I did get a notification that my lenses needed to be remade becuase of quality check (which I would much rather have happen over getting bad lenses) - the lense redo was "expedited" and ended up being really quick. I received my glasses and they each came in a really cute white geometric Lensable case and they even gave me a glasses cleaning kit. I inspected my glasses and there didn't seem to be any damage to them (which has happened to me in the past when replacing lenses through Warby). I do not have a single complain. THANK YOU Lensable!
Ordered a large frame, frame supposed to be 145mm wide, although the frame was marked as 145 in size, the actual measurement is only 135.
I postponed gettingnew glasses for so ling because of this pandemic. But this site made getting new lenses so easy. I only needed my prescription!
I got a huge scratch in one lense, dont know how, I couldnt return it for warranty because it was the only pair I had.

Summary: if you've got the time to wait and the money to spend, then it might be worth it
Buckle up everyone. I mailed my frames in to Lensabl on May 19. After receiving no communication that my frames were received, I reached out on June 3, only to find out (over the course of a few days and emails) that the lab had lost my frames. They replaced them at no cost to me, which is exactly what they should do so that shouldn't impress you. The ordering of my new frames took over 3 weeks from their admitting my originals were lost. My original frames were from a company called LeonDesigns (some random goggle frame from Amazon) and cost $24.99. The replacement link I sent had my frames listed at $18.99. Customer service said they'd refund me that difference, as they should and again this shouldn't impress you. Finally my lenses were being fabricated! But then they didn't pass inspection. So they had to start over. I reached out to customer service support and they said give us one business day and they'll be in the mail. One business day? After waiting two months? Seemed too good to be true. To my surprise, they arrived today July 22, in great condition. One small thing though, the frames they sent me are Stoggles brand, not the brand I originally sent, not the brand they said they ordered to replace the ones they lost. So, moral of the story, if you've got some frames you don't care if they lose and you've got $90 laying around and 2 months of time, why not send them to Lensabl? See what happens! I've never had frames and lenses take so long, through Costco or through my ophthalmologist; the longest I've ever waited was 2 weeks. Until now.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the frames and lenses I received and the supportive customer service. They really were kind and responsive, which I know can be challenging. Every representative I worked with was top notch! I have no issues with the support team. So management, if you're reading this, GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM A RAISE! They are rockstars and deserve it.
The prescription lenses for my Stoggles are wonderful! This will be a game changer for me at the hospital :)
Lensabel broke my frames and did a very poor job of communicating the status and process for completing the order.

Other than the wait due to Covid-19 my experience was great. The process for getting Rx lenses was very easy.
The reading glasses turned out great, but the sunglasses weren't tinted to nearly as dark a color as I expected.
These are the glasses I have been looking for I could not find them anywhere and I have looked at other sites

Really didn't think the frames I had would be able to work since many places before had turned me down but WOW!
Best way to explain Lensal service. WOW! Great communication, excellent craftsmanship and great prices.
After a small problem which Lensable solved immediately I have my glasses back on to my nose. Both my nose and my eyes are happy with the result.
It went smoothly
The ease of ordering
I had a pair of frames that I really liked and wanted to get the lenses replaced with my new prescription. I found Lensabl and read reviews on their website (funny how they are all 5 stars) and decided to give Lensabl a go; it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. After approximately three weeks of Lensabl having my lenses, I sent them an e-mail asking about the status of my new lenses. I waited four days without any word, then I e-mailed again asking about the status of my lenses and, there was still no word back. Of course, they had already charged my credit card, so I guess a reply was not necessary. After another few days of not hearing anything, I went to the Better Business Bureau and found a phone number for them. I called, got an answering machine, left a message asking where my frames were; at this point I didn't care about the lenses, I just wanted my $400.00 frames back. I still didn't hear from them. I called back again and left another message telling them I was going to call the police and report a theft, then an attorney and see about a fraud case. Lo and behold, my frames and lenses showed up within two days... hmmmm. However, the prescription is wrong, the order was wrong, and I am warning anyone who is thinking about using this company... THINK AGAIN! IT IS ALL JUST A SCAM! STAY AWAY! I am not even going to send the frames back because I don't know where they will end up, and I already know that trying to get a refund will be pretty near impossible; hell, I couldn't even get them to give me a status. It really is a shame though because the concept is awesome... if only they would follow through, but hey, if you can get someone's money and not have to provide a promised service...
