The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

At first I was not sure to send my frame because of the growing internet fraud but I say we'll I gonna try and iam not regret my decision at all. My glasses look very nice and elegant and the communication and time frame second to none, I highly recommended.

I received my glasses on the above order on 3/6. I have a few questions and concerns and want to explore what my options are. (I have sent this same message to your customer service in a separate email)
1. I have worn Varilux lenses in my progressive prescription for the past 10-12 years. Are the lenses in my glasses Varilux? I was under the impression that I was getting Varilux since your website said you used Essilor technology. The viewing corridors on my new lenses seem small compared to my Varilux lenses. Is there an option to get Varilux lenses?
2. The new lenses are very thick compared to my previous prescription. Is this due to the strength of the prescription? Is there another type of material or technology available that would provide a thinner design?
3. I had you replace the lenses in one of my frames. With this new prescription and viewing corridor limitations the frames sit too high on my nose. When I look through the lenses at the bottom of the frames (usually for reading or close work) the vision acuity is poorer. Is there an option within your customer satisfaction policy for me to choose one of your frames and upgrade?
4. Since I'm pretty unhappy due to all of the above with my new glasses, I went back and reviewed my new prescription compared with my previous three prescriptions, each two years apart. I have found that this one jumped significantly from the 2019 prescription… from right +3.75 to +4.75 and left +2.75 to +4.0. I'm concerned that the prescription may be wrong since it moved so much. If I get it checked with a different optometrist and it is different, do I have any options with you to have new lenses made under this order?
Sorry for all of the info and questions. This is my first time trying to use on-line ordering for my glasses.

Changed my sunglasses to prescription sunglasses. I have used Lensables several times in the past and always I am happy with the product.

Very slow. 2 sets ordered. 1 is fine the 2nd is not usable. Not being able to speak directly to a customer service agent is a major drawback
I order new lenses for my sunglasses on Nov 27th and I still don't have my glasses. It's Jan 15th. Totally unacceptable.
It took approximately 3 months for me to get my lense prescription filled,...including 1 redo. Terrible experience.
Customer Service seemed detached from the operations team. They never had answers, and getting those answers took days. frequently I was told my prescription would be filled in 2-3 days, and that was not the case. The customer service experience was as bad as the overall experience.
Because the "specialized" in filling customer frames with new lenses.
I received my sunglasses faster than my the glasses I sent before. They seem 0k. I have not noticed a problem.
