My second time with Lensabl was as excellent as the first. Everything when as outlined in their ads. My new progressives fit perfectly in the frames I sent them. I would recommend that you upgrade to the middle grade of lense for clarity.

Shipping and the order process were great. The glasses look nice. The right lens is not totally clear. Even though you used the same prescription from my eye doctor, the prescription doesn't feel the same as the glasses they made for me. I was hoping to wear the glasses more, but I'll use them as a backup pair.
Glass showed up fine. It took over a month to get them. Lens Crafters can make glasses in an hour!? I am not sure why they're efficiency is so remedial.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses.
One of them was a pair of sunglasses.
It was supposed be changed to be singlases with a prescription. It was clearly explained and I sent a picture of the glasses and I got response that I could be done.
I received a total new prescription lens on my nice glasses but no on the lens I sent and the two glasses removed from the frame.
Obviously, I can't do anything with my sunglasses now.

Fast, they mailed me what I needed. I sent it back easy. My frames look great w the new lenses the case and cleaner are a nice touch.
Sent my glasses in for lenses and got them back two weeks later. The lenses were not made right and were misshapen around the edges. I had to email the company for over a week before I got a response. Finally sent them back to get fixed. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I email the company. They respond a day later saying that their having difficulty with the lenses and they need the dummy lenses. I had originally sent the glasses with lenses already in them by the way. I asked them why I wasn't notified that they needed the dummy lenses sooner and why they couldn't use the lenses that were already in the glasses and got no response. So I sent them the other lenses. Over a week goes by and I finally have my glasses back though the lenses are still not acceptable and my glasses were clearly not handled with care because there are scratches all over the bright gold frames. I will never use this company again and I will absolutely not send my glasses back to be fixed because clearly they don't care about quality. The company is also really hard to get ahold of since it's only through email.

Ordered lens back in December 2020, in February I realized I had never received the lens and contacted customer service. I was told the lens had to be re-done. I did not feel this was truthful as I think if that were the real case, someone would have contacted me to let me know. I think the order fell through the cracks and got lost? In any case, very disappointed. I have used them for years and this was a shock of how it was handled. The order should have been discounted or something. It took over two months to get the order that arrived two days ago on February 15th, 2021.
The frames were mailed December 28th to the company. It took 6 weeks before they were finally shipped back-to the wrong address. Very frustrating experience.
Although there was a slight delay due to "Quality Control" issue I am still very happy and completely satisfied with the service as I was informed about the delay on time.
I would definitely use lensable's service again. I prefer a slight delay vs. providing a product that is not up to the standard. I am very happy with the product and the service.

This was my first time with Lenslabl and unfortunately I was not impressed. When I first got my prescribed glasses I found that a lens was missing. Not sure how that happened, but after reaching out to customer service I was able to send my glasses back to get them redone.
I had sent my glasses back in its original packaging (box, case, microfiber wipe and glass solution spray). After waiting over a week, I finally got my glasses back, but this time the microfiber wipe and glass solution spray was missing.
I will be reaching out to customer service again. I understand mistakes happen, but one would expect everything to be double checked before sending the package back to its customer the second time around.
Ordering was easy enough. Return shipping was super fast. I have been wearing them at volleyball practice and it makes a difference. The only thing is that I got the anti-fog coating on them and for some reason the top of the glasses still get fogged up even if I wear them over my mask. So every few minutes I have to take them off to clean them so that they are not foggy anymore. But over all I am happy with them. I also wish I got the light sensitive lens but other then that I love them.
We had a great experience. Compared to what typical opticians charge Lensabl is a much better price and do a great job.
I was excited to receive my Stoggles and when I put them on I found it difficult to see. At first I thought I would have to get use to the new lenses especially because these are progressive lenses. After several days I realized it wasn't me and I had a problem with the lenses themselves. I immediately sent an email and an explanation of the problem. After multiple emails and explanations Alex and the team addressed my concerns and realized the lenses needed to be sent back, reviewed and ultimately re-made.
Following my purchase I had an updated prescription while not a significant change the team was willing to remake my lenses with the updated prescription.
I have since received them back and can't tell you how appreciative I am for the response and the teams willingness to address my concerns and remake my lenses.

Just received my glasses. I think they did a really good job. My only complaint was it took almost a month. The website only said my order will be shipped in 6 days... FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. Only after sending an email requesting an update were my glasses shipped to me.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
