I started this process in November - it is now mid February and I still don't have my glasses. Nothing fancy - my local Costco can do the same thing in less than week. Refused to send pairs that they said were ready ahead of those that weren't. Still not sure how long this debacle will last. BTW - three separate conversations with customer care have been useless and info-free. Never again

The initial process was simple. Wait for box, send in frames. Box arrived fast. The glasses arrived with the wrong lenses. After returning for correction, the wait was lengthy. All in all I am very satisfied with quality of lenses. The price was almost half of what other places charge. If not for the error I'd rate 5
My frames popped out within hours of getting my glasses
My order took nearly 45 days to be completed. On top of that they have not returned my old pair of glasses. The customer service agents dont even understand what the problem is, leave alone trying to solve customer problems.
I ordered a pair progressive glasses from Lensabl. It come back to me with crystal clear lenses and excellent work. It took about a month to get this pair glasses. It took so long because I have very strong prescription, and the lenses I selected were not workable. But I did not know that until I emailed customer service checking on order status; I was told I need different lenses. So I selected a different lenses; then things went smoothly. All along the customer services were very helpful and answered my mail promptly.
I had 4 different eye exams and 3 different sets of glasses from Lenscrafters since 2010, and the 4th time did not complete the purchase since the other place wanted to charge me inordinately more to replace the lenses in my perfectly good existing frames - and even though my frames had come from there on my 3rd visit, and the fact they had since discontinued them and there were no suitable options, they would not allow any incentives or discounts to even order 3 pair of glasses! Crazy, they clearly are not interested to make the sale. I found lensable who let me utilize my existing frames, game me a great price on 3 pair of glasses (work, auto, and sun). The quality is impressive, and I will definitely return for my next pair when the time comes.

Updating the lenses in one of my favorite glasses frames was relatively easy and I'm pleased with the final product. Took a little longer than expected but would definitely use again.
Two months ago I sent in my old eyeglasses for new tinted Progressive lenses but received single vision, non-tinted ones instead. (The error turns out to have been largely my own.) I contacted "Alex" by email who sent me a return label. I sent the glasses back and had several email exchanges with him to ensure the order would be properly filled this time; this took some time (up to a week at one point) but Alex was helpful and I believe worked to ensure I would get what I wanted (Progressive, Sunglasses G15 tint Level I, CR39 material). I confirmed in a reply to his latest email two days ago that this is what I wanted. An hour after sending that email, my eyeglasses arrived! Surprised, I opened the package and found once again the order was incorrectly filled (single vision-- properly tinted this time-- but NOT Progressives!) I emailed Alex immediately requesting another shipping label but I have not heard back from him (as I said, there has often been a delay for which Alex has been apologetic.) I sense from Alex that he (and Lensabl) is trying to make this right. I will need to send the glasses back one more time. My only major criticism so far is how long it takes for an email response to my emails. When I finally receive my properly filled order I will be able to write a positive review...
I am so happy to be able to wear my RayBan frames again with my current prescription. I was a little worried because my prescription is for progressive lenses, but they came out just right!
I couldn't find anyone local who would replace the lenses in my favorite sunglasses. So happy to have found Lensabl. So fast. I was informed at every step what comes next. Better than expected service. I'd definitely use again and recommend to others. Great job.
The process was straight forward. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the delay in processing. After placing my order, it took an additional 4 or 5 days to receive the box so I can send my frames back. After sending my frames back, it took another 11 days to process make the lenses and send mail them back to me. In the end, the whole process took a total of 16 days.
My experience with Lensabl was great! I had a question after I purchased my first re-lensing and I got a personal email very quickly that helped me out. Then the whole process went very quickly, even with these crazy COVID times and the shipping services being overwhelmed. Once Lensabl had my glasses, it was only a week or so before the glasses were on their way back to me. They did a great job and extended the life of my favorite pair of glasses. Plus it's way cheaper than getting new glasses!
Painless process. Only way it could be better would be make it faster, but I would not want to sacrifice quality. Also make it easier to check on status. Otherwise well done.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
