What an easy to use and efficient service. I have a complicated prescription but Lensabl got it right there first time with minimal follow up questions. 10/10. I am grateful friends recommended me to you.
The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

Love my lenses. I can SEE again! And I get to keep the frames that I like.
Took a little longer than expected, but the final product was excellent and the price was right.
Took way too long, the transitions don't work well and I don't think the prescription is right.
Other than taking a bit longer than hoped, quality was great.

My lenses were crystal clear and my prescription was perfect.
I wanted to keep my frames and I originally bought them online so my eye doctor didn’t want to mess with it.
