The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard. As I previously stated,

Received beautiful glasses and delivered really quickly.
The process was very snow. It took more that 2 month to complete my order.
After more than 6 weeks waiting, I decided to e mail the customer service. I received a replying , said it will take another 7 days to complete. I waited another 2 weeks, then e mailed the customer service again. I told the customer service that if my order could not be completed due to any reason, I will cancel my order and ask for full refund.
I sent your company my glasses and they came back to me brand new.
