Iniziamo con questa esperienza pessima con questo sito pessimo. Il 13/04 pago con carta 1,95 € per "Accesso completo al CV Builder per 14 giorni" ma utilizzato per un giorno solo. Qualche giorno fa mi ritrovo un addebito di 19,95 € di un abbonamento MAI richiesto, infatti ho acquistato per soli 14 giorni. Contattato il servizio clienti che risponde che è una cosa che va in automatico, un abbonamento è automatico? Ma da quando? Mi propogono un rimborso parziale per "porzione rimanente e inutilizzata". Peccato che io non ho utilizzato niente, neanche parzialmente, in quanto l'ultilizzo effettuato era nel periodo di quei 14 giorni che avevo già pagato! Diffidare dalle recensioni positive che sono palesemente fasulle! Adesso mi ha aspetto una risposta automatica del tipo "Ci dispiace molto sapere che ha avuto un'esperienza negativa."

O serviço é incrível, porém o cancelamento é impossível, o botao do cancelamento do serviço pelo site não funciona, tentei inúmeras vezes cancelar e não consegui, e ainda vem me cobrar 25 euros pelo serviço que não da pra cancelar e não da para sair
