I customized my resume through "Resume Now" which provides a great service and quality, my only problem was related to auto renew subscription. My subscription got renewed automatically and I got charged for $ 19.95 (I think the price is high) I thought you only get charged per customization or single service, I never noticed that my subscription was going to get auto-renewed, and that I was going to get charged. I presented my problem to an agent through the live chat, and the customer service was incredibly good, I got my problem solved really quick. Thank you for your service, my only suggestion is to make it more affordable.

Scam! Stay away. I called this company after checkingmy bank account. I had been billed a total of 8 times in the space of 20 days. They hide all charges in their site which at first says its free to use. They use your bank details and automatically charge you £39 dollars a month wether you ask for it or not. I phond them up and they agreed to cancel my account but would not reverse charges from a service they implemented without my consent. Absolute joke

LiveCareer really helped me successfully update my resume and cover letter with suggestive details and insightful examples. The templates were plentiful and awesome. Only issue I had was trying to get a membership online; I tried several times and my membership did not activate on-line. Had to eventually call a representative on the phone to actually start my membership. Nevertheless, overall great experience with LiveCareer.

SCAM This is a horrible company. You think you are getting a resume for $2.00 and then you are charged 39.80. Wish could rate them -100. BEWARE. This has happen to too many people. Contact the BBB or get together to file a lawsuit. This needs to be stopped. NOW

On the web site, I didn't like the fact that after paying for the service I used that I was suddenly a member and will be charge $24.95 each month. Also, I didn't like the fact that no phone number appear on the site that I used.

I think perfect resume should send out a email if you are going to be billed. I didn't see the small print that said I will be billed 35 dollars. If I wanted to be billed 35 dollars than I would have spent more with ya'll the first time not 2.95. This website site is a ripe off and I will NOT tell anyone to use ya'll website. Oh and I called ya'll today for a refund of my 35 dollars but yet I will only get 26 dollars back. So get take the rest of my money. NEVER again

Supportive but did have problems with cruising through your templates and then big problem was picked up with popups and ads. Took my tech support 5 1/2 hours to get rid of it all and then I had to buy another firewall and security app to keep the computer safe. I understand how some of these things can happen, but now a little leery of going to the internet for any templates. We did save the Resume to a PDF but still having problems editing. My daughter did help so I could clean up the CV/resume. Again one has to be so careful.

They opened a ticket for my claim of being robbed twice by them, but now that I asked for an email as a proof of my membership cancellation, they can't find me in their system... jajaja this must be a joke!

Do not use this website! Do not give them any of your financial information!... I wanted to use a template to write a resume and agreed to pay $4.95. It was not even worth the $4.95 as it was not really possible to do with their setup. Then to make it worse they started to take out $34.95 a month from my account saying that it was part of a confirmation e-mail that they sent for the $4.95 transaction. Of course I had not agreed to this but they had my info. So to repeat, do not use them at all. Stay away!

This is a total scam. The aim (in theory) is to provide resume templates at a cost which can be completed and downloaded.
The problem is that the site is unstable - the data gets lost and is downloaded in unrecognisable format - which cannot be reformatted nor modified afterwards.
Am absolutely furious for spending so much time inputting information and data only to loose it again.
Stay away - this is a complete waste of money.

Our free account allow you to try out the Resume Builder to get a feel for how it works, and see what it has to offer before deciding to purchase. At this time we offer a free text (. Txt) download of your resume, but if you want to print out a resume in a different format, email your resume/cover letter, or download a professional looking resume, then you do need a subscription.

We haven’t noticed any site instability, but we will certainly look into it. Your data should be automaticlaly saved, but if you are having problems, please contact our customer service.

The only thing I was unsatisfied with was corrected by Luis, the phone representative that helped me to cancel and reimburse me for the charges obtained when I was unaware. This site is RIDICULOUS. I paid the initial fee to make my resume. I then noticed that they charged me for an additional month at the rate of $34.95! Who thinks that keeping a resume should cost that much per month! REALLY? $420.00 per year? What a rip off. This company sucks with their customer service. I cancelled one day after I noticed this charge go through for the month of march, and they WON'T REFUND MY MARCH PAYMENT. This company must be so hard for money that they enjoy ripping people off. Well played, scammers... well played.

I took up your trial offer, but have recently found that I have been paying a subscription £22.95 a month since August 2014. As I have just realised this I checked your site and appears you are an American company and I am in England. There are no jobs on your site in England, so why would I need to subscribe to your site. I spoke with an agent on live help to ask how to cancel and when I explained I was in England the agent asked me to be more specific. I seemed to getting nowhere explaining the situation. I found this of no help.

They stole a bunch of money, I asked why they said that it was because of an automatic renewal that they claim is clearly posted all over their website. It's definitely not. Wouldn't give my money back. I told them that I would definitely warn people away from their website and that's what i'm doing. Their customer service is condescending and deceitful.

I let my trial lapse and contacted LiveCareer via a chat option on their site. A staff member named Jerickson was incredibly pleasant helpful in providing a solution (refund and a more affordable monthly subscription rate). They could have told me no since it was my fault that the trial lapsed, but that wasn't the case! A+ customer service. I am also very happy with the resume and cover letter that I created with this service. Highly recommend!
