Cover Letter Now offers alot of useful templates for creating resumes and cover letters. However, After having a few technical issues I was beginning to become upset with the service. That was until I spoke with a particular customer service rep (Maria Teresa Torres). She was very friendly and helpful. She corrected the issues I had been having and was very good at her job. If all of their Customer Service Reps are as good as Maria was than I would use their services again if needed.

My experience was Good! I was already employed but used the site to update my resume for an Internal Management position I was applying for and I believe that it helped me get my resume looking Top Quality! It was easy to use and had a good diversity of templates to get me on the right track. I got the promotion!

This site is a scam! I signed up for the 14 day "free" trial. After the 14 day trial was over, I cancelled the account. I was never contacted with information that I would still be charged a $40.00 fee. I checked my bank account and LiveCareer had extracted $40 from my account WITHOUT telling me. When I called customer service, the guy told me that I cancelled "on the 15th day", "one day late," so they were legally able to charge me the $40.00. Horrible customer service! A total rip off!

The templates are not so great. Having my name is such a huge font with no ability to make it a smaller font is a problem that you can easily fix; some of us don't like having the name in 40 pt. Also the Zety templates were better.

Ive never experienced such a thing. I first paid for a week cca 2 dollars. But out of nowhere without my agrement this site have debited cca 80 dollars from my account today. I used LiveCareer's resume writing tools and it was most helpful. I had to pay $1.95 for a two week trial before I could download my resume, but it was well worth that. The only problem I had was that I could not get to account setting so that I could cancel the subscription, but a 15 minute live chat with a nice person named Jam and that was resolved. All and all a good experience.

Its not right to not have the cost information up front. It is a predatory practice to not have the costs up front so you know what you are getting into before you get there. Also, renewing, revolving charges are definitely a predatory practice. I call foul. Be better than that. Where is your integrity?
