Horrible site! If you want to be charged multiple times and if you want the price to continue to rise and be completely unaware of it than go ahead and use this site! I was tricked I to thinking I was paying a one time payment of 1.95 to try it out and was charged an additional 60 dollars. Spent an hour with customer service and never got my money back. Going to try and file a dispute! This is such a scam and waste of time. I never right reviews but wanted to aware people on this site!

I used the Resume Builder to help my son-in-law with his resume. The tool itself was very useful and gave a lot of suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. HOWEVERl... after the first $40 charge, I cancelled my account online. There were never any emails, not when I created the account and not when I cancelled. Access to my online account was removed (said it doesn't even recognize the email address), so I assumed all was well. Ha! My credit card was charged two more times. So I sent an email through Live Chat and received my only email from Live Career to date: "

Thank you for choosing LiveCareer Limited
We have received your inquiry. A team member will address your request as soon as possible."

And then 8 days my credit card was charged again. I'll be on the phone with my credit card company Monday.

I had a really good experience with the site and didn't think it was misleading at all. I did my resume, and paid like $5. It said right there that I had a week to cancel, and I got an email that told me that. My resume looked great. I canceled online with no problem.

No idea why people don't read before they pull out their credit card. It wasn't even in fine print - was right there on the page.

I am a college student applying for jobs and I was building a resume for the first time. I really needed it for free because as I mentioned I am a college student, a freshman actually. I finished my "free" resume and realized I had to pay for the download. It said it was only $1.95 to download it with the free trial so that's what I did. Little did I know it had been charging my card $40 a month for the last 6-months. I cannot afford $240. I am seriously hoping they will find the heart to return my money to me because I truly cannot afford that right now.

I would give it no stars as they charge you a huge monthly fee that you do not agree to. Luckily they do reverse it if you request it ( at least they said that they would. I 'll have to see if it comes through). What a shoddy company!

You can also cancel at any time. We even provide several ways to cancel including phone, live chat, email, and self- cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed and if you do not want to incur the monthly charge.

We processed a refund as a courtesy credit and it will be posted back within 2 to 3 business days. We also sent confirmation email for your records.

You keep sending me emails. I clicked one that said "View your resume" and it automatically purchased this for me after I already canceled once. I DID NOT want to pay 4.95 for this, I should've still been covered for the time I paid for last week anyway. But you charged me twice. I want a refund.

Great tools and templates, and the system was very easy to use. My only recommendation would be to be able to see it in printed view a little easier. I'm sure there are more routes to do this, but for some reason I found the only way to view the final look was to download and view in the quick view the system provided. Wasn't entirely a painful experience, but perhaps an easier viewing tool would be worth considering is all. Thanks for the great service!

They stole $150 from me using there auto renewal service! Stay the hell away from this $#*!. I gave them $2.50 to print off one resume with my credit card which turned into $150 from auto renewal services. After calling customer service to get a refund they decided they would rather be thiefs and keep the $. STAY THE HELL AWAY!

AWFUL! I cancelled and continued to be charged 35.00 a month! And they now state they cannot find ANY documentation stating that I cancelled. I had wanted a one time only and now having to fight them using my bank. THEY ARE rip offs and scam artist!

I really liked that it gave you ideas that you could add right into your own resume and also it had tips that were very helpful when completing my resume. Didnt find the templates good. The cover letter is poor. I would rather pay some professionals to work on my resume. I had subscribed the trial. However seeing the quality of the site contents, I have cancelled the subscription so that it doesnt auto renew. F it does it will prove the allegations made by some members here. I will rather wait and watch and share with you my findings soon.

This website is a total scam and you WILL be charged even after you cancel your subscription well in advance of the cancellation date! I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me of a "confirmation number" I should have received while discontinuation of the service. Said "confirmation number" or email did not exist and I was still charged for service which was is indeed canceled in a timely manner! SCAM
