So I wanted to download my resume but the only options were $20 online and they said there was a 14 day money back guarantee. So I downloaded it, was a corrupt file, and they wouldn't give me my money back. SCAM! Telemarketer even tried to sell me some more stuff when I called to complain. This website preys upon the goodwill of some of the most vulnerable in society -- the unemployed. It misleads and obscures in order to con money from people who devote time, sometimes a good amount of it, to crafting something using services that are artfully made out to be free. The site makes no forthright attempt to reveal that absolutely nothing useful about their site is free, when this information should be on their home page.
I got the 14 day trial, and luckily cancelled in time to avoid the $34.95 monthly auto-subscription that would have followed. I was on top of this because I sensed something rotten in the state of Denmark when, downloading the Word template forms of my resumes, I noticed that they came out more or less uneditable for the future, with font sizes mysteriously changed and non-character bullets that stymy attempts to alter what you've written. You literally need the service to even utilize the formatting in the future.
Please: avoid this site like the plague it is. I hope the people who own this operation never sleep again, forever haunted by visions of their victims. If they had any decency, they would simply reveal the auto-subscription and other monetary terms up front, on the home page of the site. They still might get good business, but I guess hoodwinking people is more profitable. To the owners: you are low, nasty, horrible excuses for human beings. Don't you have hearts? Don't you care? Don't you see what it is you're doing? Evil.

I extremely question the genuineness & character of this company and I don't want the same speech everybody else has gotten. We all know that in good companies, when something happens to tarnish the happy experience of getting the help through their business, they "right the ship." Now, I'm astonished by the number of negative reviews that, by word of mouth, will decrease your potential business at an astronomic level. Yet, you can't simply take necessary information out of the fine print and make it CLEAR which would quickly reduce the number of occurrences of this issue. Second, turn off the automatic charge if not CANCELED after the cheap 7days, which many think they are paying for. But those would mean you would definitely lose thousands of dollars. Why do that then right? I don't care what produce you sell, how good it is or how badly I need it. This is a deeper issue of deceitful-ness & greed. Do NOT use this service and support who they are at the core. There are other services that do just as well or better, may be a little more than the $4, but maybe it's a good business that isn't out to create a good product but set it up in a way that naturally creates extra steps for its customers and makes those important details not stick out. Do not use this service! I unknowingly invested over $150 in this company and overdrafted because of it. Twice, on my OLD account. Shortly after registering for this service, I created a new joint account with my wife. If i would have been more aware of what i was getting into with this product, all of this would have been caught sooner.
