I loved their resume templates and their offers! Very friendly staff! They also provide career support.

Great for building and refining resumes and cover letters! Job suggestions could be improved upon, however.

I was very pleased with my services but opted to cancel my account two days before the 14-day trial was up, knowing that I could reinstate my account at a later date to make updates. OR just create a new account and start over. The services were very helpful.

Well then I followed all of the proper steps the company illustrated and googled how to successfully unsubscribe. Of course I saw all of the discreditable reviews so I made sure I properly unsubscribed. I went through My Settings and received confirmation that I successfully completed.

Then I was charged $40... as you can imagine I was baffled and also upset because my immediate reaction was "Oh great another company just screwing people". Via email I stressed my case and then called customer service. The woman was nice and just doing her job, explaining to me that I cancelled my account, not unsubscribed. So even though I cancelled my account and did not have access to my resume, I was still technically subscribed. Nice guys... does it feel good to be a scam?

After speaking with her, she reimbursed $19 which seems nice but i still paid $21! Not to mention, I work for an international company so I was charged fees on top of it.

Moral of the story is I should have called directly to unsubscribe instead of doing so online. All-in-all I will not recommend their services to the 800 employees at the international company I work for. I'm not a fan of companies who perform trickery to make a profit.

It's a shame because I will use a difference service next time I need to update and polish my resume. This company has the potential to do well but they choose to be a scam instead.

Opened an account on 1/*******, attempted to cancel on 1/10/2016 at their website online, kept getting "oops" msg and would not allow me to cancel. I immediately sent them an email explaining that their website was not allowing me to cancel, as they clearly say you can, and that I wanted to cancel ASAP. Keep in mind, this is well within my 14 days to cancel! I received a response from them right away apologizing for the inconvenience of the website and that they were sorry to see me go. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that I wanted to cancel. I thought all was well but... THEY CHARGED ME 6 DAYS LATER ANYWAY!
I called immediately to find out what had happened and why they charged me. The rep I spoke to was very friendly and apologized that I was going through this, and that he could see the email I had sent to cancel and that he would send a request for a refund. Again, I thought all was well, but... I have now received an email DECLINING my request for refund stating I was over the 14 day period! UNBELIEVABLE! How this company gets away with such unethical practices, I truly don't understand. I realize there may be people who actually didn't cancel in the proper time, and had to be charged, but I most certainly cancelled in time! And by the reviews I'm reading, this seems to be a typical practice for them. I know its only $40, but the lack of ethics & shadiness of this company is shameful.
I will be closely watching my bank account to make sure they don't STEAL another $40 from my account. BE AWARE... this company is shady at best!

HAHA don't put "free-to-use", waste an hour trying to make a resume and then make me pay. Ridiculous.

This site is extremely unethical! I utilized the free resume formatting program to build my resume quickly as it was essential to fit my entire resume on one page. Yes this site helped me to accomplish my initial goal. However, the 30 day trial passed and I cancelled my FREE subscription after the first week, yet am STILL being charged (months later) regardless of the numerous attempts to cancel.

They actually stole my resume and are using it for advertisement purposes! While looking for new job prospects, I found MY PERSONAL resume which was built on their site only once as a trial for quick formatting purposes. ALL OF THE CONTENT FOUND ON MY RESUME IS MY OWN CONTENT! Written and formatted according to my skills, personal preference for style, content and even my personal information! I spent numerous hours (over time) configuring how I wanted to present my resume for my job search. AND THEY STOLE IT. Now, if a prospective job searches my skills etc, it will look as if I plagiarized another sources resume.

I used Live Career for my Resume and Cover. The service is easy to use and when I did not need it any more there was no hassle to cancel.

Fast and quick and helful customer service, the product is too expensive though specially since all the resume was messed up after exporting to word

I spoke to Joe, he was helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Refunded no problem, will be using again if I need to update my CV again.

There should be a free option, or at least an option without an auto-renewal. I don't mind paying $3 for 14 days, but the auto-renewal is ridiculous.

It's been great. Very easy to use and navigate. The entire website lets you create resumes and cover letters all at once. You can use different ones.

I find this to be an excellent service. I would love a one time pay and release, instead of a monthly subscription option to make 5 stars.

Amazing, easy to use, great price!
Built a professional resume in less than in hour. I could have never created such a good resume on my own.

It made it a little easier but also added work by downloading much of the info to the wrong sections as well leaving some info out completely.
