SCAM! My daughter could not print the resume, first of all. FREE is NOT FREE, it is $1.95 and that is just the beginning... SECOND, she cancelled ON the 14th day, which they say was the 15th day so they charged her not $1.99 but $43 to use this pathetic site once. When I called to see about getting her refund they were snarky and said it was the users responsibility, yeah... which she did cancel but I guess it depends on how you count 14 days. Maybe they use the new Common Core math to count? In any case, for a one time use, that was supposed to be free, it was anything but free!
DON'T use the trial UNLESS you are prepared to get sucked into an automatic renewal that they WILL not refund. I would not recommend this site, there are other places to go for a resume that do not scam young college kids or young business professionals out of their hard earned money!

Added 8-10-2015: Yes, they replied as they have done with many of these reviews but if you review those other reviews LCRB will do nothing to change their practices, only offer more excuses & blame. I checked the dates on the bank withdrawals and our cancellation e-mail and it falls on the 14th day, yet they still refused to reverse the charges. I will not waste my time with them, I have filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and a bank dispute and I urge all of you who have cancelled on time to do so as well.

They provide mediocre service and charge your credit card subscription fees even when you did not sign up for a subscription. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT'S A SCAM!

In order to download the resume with our templates and designs you must be a premium member of our service. We provide to our new customer to try the service for a trial period for $1.95. This will give you premium access to the service for 14 days so you can explore the different tools and templates that we have available on the page. Before the subscription is purchased we provide the information that after the 14 day trial is over is going to auto-renew to the monthly subscription. We also have this information provided in the checkout page and a customer also receives an email with all the information of the subscription when the order is processed. We offer many ways to cancel the active subscription, this include self canceling on the page under your settings, by chat and also you can call and we can assist you on the cancellation. We are very committed in providing great customer service. The day I decided to use this website, I was only charged $1, because of the resume downloaded to my computer, I then deleted the account and everything was fine. Checking my bank statement almost a week after, I was charged $39.80 from livecareer even though I was no longer using their services, and I also was never told that they took the money, or that they were going to, they did as they pleased. I called and simply told them what happened, the customer service man was polite and filled out a request form, the board rejected it, because they already took my money, Once again, I was notified, I was furious and demanded a refund, because they "accidentally" activated my account when they were authorizing my $1. I am currently calling again to complain, I have been on hold for 20 MINUTES! I am livid, I am not a rich person, I had to turn off my phone, because I simply did not have enough to pay for it, therefore I am borrowing a friends. I tried to use their website hoping it'd be helpful to find a job, but instead they left me no money. THIS IS BULLCRAP! DO NOT USE THIS RESUME WEBSITE...
