Pls don't use this service, they will sell something and add you to a subscription, pls be aware, is a total Scam, customer servise is awful and be aware dont add you CC details with this place

The CV review I originally paid for was vague and uninformed. Lots of "in this section what you should focus on depends on the job you're going for"... No examples! Signed up for a trial for two weeks and then they proceeded to continue to take money from my account for the next seven months until I happened to get a notification from my bank which brought it to my attention.
They never once emailed a reminder that the charge would increase etc. They actually never emailed again even though I was signed up to receive every possible news letter.
I imagine this is to avoid people noticing they are still signed up so they can continue to syphon money whilst providing absolutely no service what so ever.
They've robbed me of nearly £120 and the best they've offered is one months refund of £16.85.
Absolutely disgusting business practices.
Avoid like the plague.
I'm going through my bank to try and get the money back but it could take months.

Don't trust the two week package. They will charge right after claiming is an auto renewal service, how would go for a two auto renewal if the month or annual packages are available.

They will send you then a long nonsense email that really doesn't help anyway.

Don't use this company! It's not free but they don't tell you this until you have spend time filling everything in which can take over an hour. They offer a free trial that still costs approx £2 not too bad BUT they now have your card details. I cancelled as I didn't want their weak monthly subscription services so cancelled BUT I've just found that they haven't cancelled the account and have charge my CC twice at Aprox £16.85 I thought I must have screwed up but there are many similar stories on other review sites so don't just take my word for it. They even have a clear NO REFUND policy which covers their money subscription which is rather odd if they are truly genuine. Do yourself a favour and find a truly free site to help with your cv or pay a company a one off fee for acc and there are plenty out there. These people take money off the unemployed and that is a low as you can get.

Such a Scam Business. I cancelled my subscription several times, but the system does not stop billing me and continues to do so.

They charged me for the first time on November 5,2022. When I told them there was a technical problem, they refused to accept it and demanded that I be convinced that I would not be charged again.

They have now charged me again on November 8,2022. After conducting some investigation, I discovered that this firm is also defrauding other clients.

Whoever is reading this review, believe me when will be disappointed with their service. There is no customer service. They will not accept their fault.

Stay away from this company.

I built a resume in Jan of 2022 and then cancelled. They continued to charge me until today. I logged back into my account and I had opted in to receive all communication from them, but after I cancelled I never got another email. They just continued to charge me and hoped I would not notice (which I didn't for quite awhile). Upon contacting the rep pushed me to keep it for 4.95 a month after asking for a refund multiple times and then refunded 11.98. I immediately an email from them for the first time ever. Buyer beware. There are more honest services

Used their site for a once needed resume. Did not see anything about recurring charges and only just realized they have been billing me almost $40 a month until I just cancelled account. They stated that it is not in fine print and clearly stated under terms of service! Really!? Guess I better get out the white cane and my seeing eye dog because I sure didn't notice it. STAY away from this company!

I paid a few pounds for a one of service... so I thought but this company seems to think that it can continue to take £23.80 from my account every month and when it likes! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... 24 chat line not available, cannot log back in! Time to involve trading standards

Of course when my husband said it would only cost $2.00 to perfect his resume, I handed over my credit card without thinking. Man did we get fooled... After he found his job, and thought he cancelled his account. I realized they had been charging me $40/ month for the past 2 months >:(

I really wish I had realized sooner... $80+ bucks is NOT worth the month it took him to find employment, and obviously we were still in debt after us both being unemployed for that month:(

On a side note, my husbands Resume turned out just as good as the one I made for myself from scratch using only Microsoft word, and common sense... Scumbags advertising "free Resume Building" Hah.

My advice would be to keep your credit card info far, far away from these soulless con-artists.

All the things that people have said below; they're true. You'd be doing yourself a favor to stay far away from this sight.

I created one resume and have since been charged nearly $80. LiveCareer set up an unauthorized $34.95 monthly charge from my credit card. Fortunately American Express (excellent, trusted company) reversed the charges immediately once I noticed and contested them.

My only question now is why California AG has not gone after this company for consumer fraud?

These people are $#*!ing scammers. My husband joined, I cancelled the subscription and they're still charging us! DON'T use their services... pay someone to do your resume, it will cost you less money and aggravation in the long run!
