This site auto charges you with fees that are not made explicit to the user. The UX/UI is shoddy at best and I had a bad experience with customer service when I attempted to get a reimbursement. I will never use this site again, and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

My previous resume wasn't all that. I really needed some help making it sound professional, look neat and included everything in order. Using my new resume I got more calls back than using my old one. Got a interview a day later and my now new job thinks that my resume was the best one they seen.

I opted to do the monthly 7.95 option. But guess what? It's not monthly. You will pay for the whole entire year but they won't tell you until AFTER you process your payment. I don't mind paying for the services but I would like to know how much I would be paying before I agree to pay. I was under the impression that I would be charged once a month... not forced to pay for an entire year.
Outside of that the website is great. I wouldn't mind using it again but the way they marketed the plans just threw me off.

My use of the site was beneficial, and the most helpful aspect was the descriptive action sentences. After using the tools for a time, though, things got difficult. The wait times were long between pages, and the formatting adjustment was inaccessible in the edit window. What I had done with spacing in the edit window I could not undo, because the edit window's view showed a perfect format, when that wasn't the case. Also, the template would change to a default setting each time I went to the edit window, so I had to constantly change it back.
The customer service reps in chat should have referred me to the phone rep when they couldn't help me; instead, they just ended the chat and left me hanging. The phone rep fixed the formatting problem at her end, and explained a few things that she had done. Without the phone rep's intervention, I would had a useless resume. Thanks for listening.

It is a simple scam, if 40$ means money for you, then do not use the service of this company! I wanted to use the resume builder ONLY, free, as it was advertised. After that I got the 2$ option to download the resume. There were no CLEAR information, that once I hit the registration button, I will be charged for 40$ every month after the not advertised trial period for a subscription I don't want to use. I cancelled ASAP the registration, but I'm really curious whether it will happen and whether I will get refund or not. It was the "
Maybe it is legal there to inform the customer in the small parts, but here it is conscious scam of customers, which is punishable by laws!
I learnt the lesson and I will change my card + use safer solutions for paying through the net.

I was unfortunate in my decision to try this company for my resume builder. I paid their low 14 day fee and went to their website to cancel within that time frame. I went into my settings and hit Delete Account. It came up with my account is expiring. To my surprise I was hit with a $39.80 charge on my account. I went on to their website to LiveChat to find out about this charge. First off the customer service is horrible, very rude and was shocked at the service. I was informed that Account is different then their Subscription. That cancelling your account doesn't cancel your subscription. SINCE WHEN!
They will not work with you at all, they would not reverse charge or refund partial. I was told she would cancel my subscription but when I went back in my "Subscription" was still active. I can see from other reviews this is a habit of theirs. I will not recommend this company and I hope this review helps in your decision.

So i typed up my whole resume, great site with a lot of tools to easily create your dream resume. I was under the impression it was free, so spent an hour or so making it. Found it it was not free. Was extremely pissed.

After completeing the resume, just go to the preview resume tab, while in that tab hit the button print screen on your keyboard. Paste this into paint, crop and there you have it, a fix to this websites scam!

If you want to print a resume to bring to an interview, email your resume/cover letter, or download a professional looking resume then you do need a subscription. However we do offer the ability to download a FREE Plain Text format.
I'd also like to mention that sending your resume in a photo format is not standard in today's job market and there is a big chance potential employer may not even open the file. Also, if submitting in a photo format the important keywords in your resume will not be searchable since they are not in a standard text format. So using a photo format can be very risky. We do encourage you to download one of the standard versions offered on our site to ensure professionalism and increase your chances of being found by employers.

It's a total scam, the resumes and cover letter look awesome but if you buy one you pay at first something like $4 but after that they charge you again for the month at $35 with some cents, and then when that is not what you wanted and call to cancel and tell them that this is not anywhere on their website they do nothing for you. I just got ripped off from this company do not use them what so ever unless you want to pay money for something you didn't know was happing or want to use another time besides the one time you paid for the one cover letter or resume.
