This is one of those "services" that is totally designed to rip off unassuming (usually young) people. They offer you something for $1.95 with the caveat that you cancel within a specific window of time or they will charge your credit card $39.95 for a recurring fee. If you are lucky enough to discover the fee, you will quickly find they won't refund the whole thing. They will refund just a portion. The customer service people sound like robots and don't have any authority to do anything but refund a portion of the fee. YOU DON'T NEED THIS SERVICE. USE ANY WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM AND MAKE A RESUME> DO NOT USE THIS!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I had a billing issue with them. I called and talk a man named RJ. He was very rude. He keep laughing at me and hung up on me. I called back and RJ was the one who answered my call again. I asked to speak to he supervisor... once again he laughed at me. When speaking with his supervisor, the gentleman said that I was the one that ended the call. He didn't even listen to the call. Bad supervisor. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did refund my money and was asked not to use their site again. Like I said great customer service.

They lure you in with a super cheap 14 day trial and then charge you a bunch of fees after the 14 days is over, I had to get a new debit card because of this.

They are deceptive in there billing practices! When I realized I was being charged( 5 months) $39 a month for a one time use I called to complain and they were unwilling to remove any charges.

I created an account to make a resume without any information that I would ever be charged if I did the free trial. Without my permission, my account updated to premium and charged me over $400. This was never mentioned in the terms of agreement (which, yes, I read). A FREE TRIAL account should remain FREE until cancelled, which I did. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT'S A SCAM

LOL to all the dumb $#*!s here. Next time you purchase anything online, try reading the NOT SO FINE PRINT so you'l know what you're signing up to. No one forced you into signing up to their service. I made my resume with them and everything seems to be working fine for me, WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT. And the customer service is great, you're just too dumb to even listen to what the reps are telling you. I signed up and paid for the 4 dollars over the phone, the rep cancelled my subscription before we hung up, I have a great looking resume, and I got the job. Thanks LiveCareer! All I wanted to do was cancel my subscription so the lady said to give her moment to process the cancellation. Then she says how about if I lower it from 19 to 14/month and i said no I just want to cancel so again she says ok give me a moment to process your cancellation then comes back again and says how about 3/month. 15 minutes later it's finally cancelled. I mean what part of I JUST WANT TO CANCEL do they not understand.
